DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH!! **Update.. The Splash pad will be closed for renovations from November 1-15. On site restaurant with Coffee, Cocktails, Doughnuts and Snacks now open, located above the water park just past the West tower elevators on the lobby floor!

This is a beautifully decorated direct FULL OCEANFRONT one bedroom, 2 full bath condo with two extra bunk beds in the hallway and a queen pull out sofa in the living room! Plenty of beds for the whole family! Conveniently located on the THIRD floor of the west tower means you don't even have to wait for an elevator, you can just walk down! The master bedroom has a beautiful sea grass king size bed with a super comfortable new mattress, night stands and lamps on both sides, for late night reading, a brand new smart TV with cable, and a Smart BLU RAY player. The master bathroom has a new farmhouse style sliding barn door, large shower and a huge soaking tub. The bunk beds are perfect for the kids. There is another full bathroom in the hallway with a large walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, mixer, blender, crock pot, cutting board, etc.. Everything you need! There is seating for four at the bar and a table for two in the kitchen. You can enjoy gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico while eating or preparing a meal. The living room offers a new commercial-grade Sunbrella queen size sofa bed, custom blackout drapes, a brand new Smart television, and a Smart BLU RAY player complete with all your favorite streaming apps. The living room has also been newly remodeled with BEAUTIFUL hard LVP floors, great for families! Don't worry about staying connected, we have free secured WIFI that runs throughout the resort with a router right in the unit! Outside on your private FULL OCEAN VIEW balcony, you can sit and relax while watching the sun sink into the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. And don't forget to run down to the beach kiosk when you arrive for your COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIRS and umbrella from March thru October!! This service is over a $40/day value that we provide EXTRA for our guests!! No more carrying heavy chairs up and down every day!
The WEST tower where your condo is located also houses the children's water park with slides and a ginormous bucket that fills up and drops tons of water on your kids as they run and squeal with delight! Theres also a large hot tub and seasonally heated swimming pool! The east tower is where you’ll find the Rip Tide poolside bar and grill along with another seasonally heated pool and lazy river along with a toddler splash pad!
We have tried to provide a perfect, relaxing condo for vacationing families in every way possible. Splash is a fabulous resort for children of all ages (adults included). This complex has everything you could possibly want, right on location. There is a state of the art workout room with stunning ocean views complete with everything you need to maintain your healthy lifestyle, even on vacation! The seasonal Rip Tide bar and grill is under NEW management and are dedicated to helping make your stay enjoyable with an all new menu and staff! They offer pool side island themed beverages and food including chicken fingers, cheese fries, quesadillas and much more! Between the Riptide Grill and the new Doughnut and snack shop we have on the lobby floor you can now get breakfast, lunch AND dinner directly at the resort during peak season without ever having to leave the resort!
There are also on site rentals for jet skis, banana boats, parasailing, paddle boards and more!! This was the perfect location and so family and kid friendly. My family and I celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and we will definitely be booking again. Everything was nice and the location is perfect. Super close to everything!! We had a great stay here

Really cool property! Perfect amount of space for my wife and I and our 3 kids. Kids loved the splash park and lazy river. Beach access was perfect. The appliances were a little dated, but worked. The elevators were slow at times, but being on the third floor made it easier to use the stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very nice - plenty of space, clean, and well decorated. The kids loved the bunk beds, and there’s a huge bath tub. Plus all the amenities and the included chairs out at the beach - we will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time,only drawback was at 10:00 our checkout time, the cleanup crew was there before 10 and made us feel like being rushed and the fact we had to wait 30 minutes at a time to get a elevator other than that it was great and would like to do it again sometimes thank you so much

Loved everything about our stay only complaint we have is we would of liked to have been able to enjoy hot tub but resort didn't enforce rules and it was always at all times filled with teenagers.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Splash! This unit was perfect location to get to the pools and beach easily and quickly. Great for families with small children. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and we felt very safe. It is quiet enough but also close to the Pier Park and other activities. The condo was a great size, very clean, and had everything we needed. Comfy beds and incredible ocean view. Will book again!

We loved this location! The view was very pretty despite the rain filled chilly weekend and we loved how close beach access was. Our brave children got up early one morning to splash around in some off season waves and once rinsed off, enjoyed the warm pool water and hot tub. The location was close to Pier Park which made it very convenient to enjoy the rainy days inside Dave and Busters. Our room had everything we needed from little shampoo bottles, dishes in the cupboards, and a washer and dryer in the unit. It was a short weekend vacation but sitting out on the balcony listening to the ocean waves late at night made the perfect ending to our days. Parking was in a multi-level garage and we had no problem finding a place to park. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great property for kids! Spacious condo for 2 adults, a 13 yr old, and 2 11 year olds with a 1.5 yr old. Heated pool in the off season was great. Unfortunately hot tub was closed during our stay. Easy beach access.

Unit was clean and well appointed in Splash Resort with tons of amenities. We liked the lower floor because we could come and go via the stairs without waiting a long time for the elevator. We had beach chairs with our unit, and we had no issues with registration. The property is a bit out off the main drag, but this had both pros and cons. I would highly recommend Splash, and specifically this oceanfront unit on the first floor.

Check-in was smooth, good amenities at Splash, beach chair service was great, and condo was very clean. We used the primary bedroom and our teen on the hallway bunk bed. We felt we had plenty of room and all appliances worked well. Communication with property manager was good too. The primary closet is locked and not allowed for guest use which was an inconvenience since we travel with clothes on hangers. There was nowhere to hang up our clothes so we’ll know for next time.

My husband, three children (4,9,10), and I stayed in early October for our fall break. The condo was perfect for our family. Our kids love staying at Splash. The included beach chairs was a great bonus! The unit was very clean and just as advertised. We did have one little issue with the fridge, and the property manager/owners were very quick to respond and get Splash maintenance up to the unit to get it fixed. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and decorated very nice. It was so nice to be on the third floor! Communication with the owners was quick and easy. We would definitely stay with them again.

Property was wonderful, condo was beautiful and the view were breathtaking. The only complaint I would have is not with this VRBO but with the property itself. The property only has two elevators which becomes inconvenient due to the amount of rooms. Getting a luggage cart and being able to get a empty elevator was almost impossible. Other than the elevator situation, the property and condo was wonderful.

Splash is a favorite place of ours and we have stayed in many rooms. This one by far was the cleanest and most well taken care of. The manager was quick with a call back and fixed our issue with the door code. Couldn’t have asked for better.

My husband and 4 year old really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, stocked with necessities, and amenities are great for all ages. It was also a nice bonus to have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella already ready for us as part of the stay. I also loved that it was on the 3rd floor, so we had less wait for elevator. Highly recommend!
