В целом нравится отель. Выбираем его уже не в первый раз.

Месторасположение отеля. Цена супер. Хороший персонал.

Не понравилось что поселили в подвале. Хотя оплачивала «делюкс». И на картинке было фото с балконом. Я знаю что может быть лучше!

Good

The design of the hotel is beautiful. Balconies with lots of trees brings you a calm view. The hotel location is amazing, there are some restaurants and bars in front of the hotel. There are even more places to go just walking few blocks. Staff is attentive and kind.

The room is not that quite as expected, another room noises bother you. The hotel is still under construction and the noises can be perceived. The construction staff worked during early hours on the holiday. It looked like the staff were not aware of early leavers due during my staying

Great place with its own restaurant above.

Location is excelent near restaurants and malls. Good parking and there is a private entrance for the Coffee store above with great dishes.

Good for a night

-clean room -safe area

-my towel was dirty -the room is actually underground, there is just a small window in the bathroom -it was first difficult to find the location

Property was hidden in a nice area surrounded by nature and next to Veredal.

Well located, the barrio is beautiful, not noisy, safe place. Mall 10 min by foot, very convenient. Very clean.

The cleaning crew entered the room at 10h00 without any warning, a bit intrusive. Noise insulation not so good, one can clearly hear what's going on outside, and the ventilation from the toilets emphasizes the noise of the works which are currently made on top of the room, but nevertheless, no noise during the night

Great place in a good price.

The location was great. It's a new building and furniture.

It's not completed built, so, there is a kind of disorder at least on the first floor where I was. Just one lady was not so nice. Julieth was very nice. Also, I heard a lot of noises when people arrive, likely because my room was next to the reception.

Good place for the price

The location is great, safe, and there are a lot of good restaurants and malls close. The rooms are very clean and new. Most of the staff were very gentle.

There is no option for breakfast, you must go in front of the hotel in a bakery. Where I did stay, it wasn't so quiet, because the room was next to the reception.

The most important attributes for this hotel are both the Staff (particularly the excellent hosting done by Juliette and Jorge!!) and also the location in Pereira! Access to everything Pereira has to offer in a clean, friendly and beautiful area of Pereira! Thank you Juliette and Jorge for hosting me! I'll be back!! :)

Nothing. Exceptional Hotel, Staff and Location. Most importantly - the staff were helpful in my focus on seeing sites in the city and finding key locations.
