Sayan Beach, a luxurious smoke-free building on the ocean’s edge in the heart of the Romantic Zone, just steps away (or a short cab ride) from one of the most beautiful and popular beaches, a number of restaurants, lounges and bars in old town, Puerto Vallarta.
This corner unit can accommodate 6 adult guests and offers many luxury features including amazing views of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets. The unit is professionally decorated and includes cozy king size beds in each of the 3 bedrooms, comfortable living room/dining room, in-suite washer/dryer, smart TV’s in both the living room and master bedroom, and wireless high-speed fiber internet throughout. The outdoor terrace is equipped with dining and sitting areas, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, an evening meal or ending the night with cocktails. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, garburator, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter-tops, and contains everything you need to fix any sort of meal. The building also offers a water purification system which means you can use the icemaker in the refrigerator.
The building features 24 hour security. It has secure parking including entry intercom, security cameras and controlled access with 24 hour staff. My family and I had an unforgettable stay at this luxurious vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta! The building itself is stunning, with modern design and top-notch amenities. We were particularly blown away by the two infinity pools—one on the rooftop with absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean and city. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of Puerto Vallarta.
The service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious meals with a great variety of options that pleased both adults and kids.

It’s difficult to overstate how amazing our stay was. From the incredibly beautiful condo with stunning views to the friendly and helpful staff and delicious food at the on-site restaurants while lounging in the infinity pools, this was the perfect vacation destination for three besties.

We’ve been coming to PV for over 25 years and have stayed at hotels, condos and villas like Villa Tita. The Sayan beach property has to be one of the very best in Puerto Vallarta, and this property and stay were spectacular. Watch the sunset from the infinity pool on the roof, or watch rays glide past from the private beach just steps away. We’ll definitely come back.

We have stayed at the beautiful Sayan Beach condos for the last 3 summers. There are many reasons we keep coming back. First the owner, John, and his property manager, Mercedes, are amazing to work with. They have arranged transport to/from airport for a reasonable fee and are very responsive in answering questions or solving problems if needed. Second the location is beautiful! There are two pools, one on the ground floor overlooking the ocean and a rooftop pool with the most beautiful views of Banderas Bay. The staff is very attentive, kind, and helpful. They can arrange any adventures in the area for a reasonable price. There are two restaurants on site that serve delicious food and drinks, again for a very reasonable price. We often found ourselves spending several days just staying on the property and enjoying the amazing pools, views, and food/drinks. Third the condo is very spacious, well decorated, and has every amenity you would need. Lastly the location of the building is a 5 minute inexpensive Uber ride to the romantic zone which has great restaurants and shopping if you decide to venture out. Don’t hesitate to book this condo, you will love it! We can’t wait until we can return again. Thank you John and team for another memorable stay.

We spend a good deal of time in PV and this was one of our favourite stays. The condo is beautiful, the building, facilities and staff are lovely and the location is just far enough away to feel private while being a 7 minute walk along the beach to the middle of the action. We will be back!

The Condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Every person working at the property was very concerned with providing exceptional customer service. We felt very safe but a little isolated. But by the end of our stay we realized there was a stairway to the Malecon from Sayan. It was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

We loved this location, the condo, and especially the kindness of the staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make your vacation perfect, including the owner. The drinks and food at the pool were reasonable and delicious and the service was incredible. The security staff- Mel and Moises went above and beyond to keep everything perfect. The beds were very comfortable, a choice of pillows, ice machine and cold water from the fridge. Shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry soap, and paper towels were all provided. Highly recommend.

My husband and myself along with 2 other couples stayed here for 2 weeks, it was heaven! We opened the doors to the expansive balconey and listened to the waves, night and day. The bedrooms were spacious and each having their own ensuite was awesome(it would be nice to have the safes working though). The kitchen was well appointed but perhaps more ovenware and a roasting pan would be great. Big plus was having laundry facilities being there for 2 weeks. My husband and I enjoyed a day at the beach using chairs and umbrella provided. We also swam in both pools and the vistas were stunning. The food at the restaurant was excellent and ate there a few nights. We enjoyed going into the romantica zone for various dining experiences. Would totally recommend this condo and we hope to repeat our experience next year !!

Puerto Vallarta is a favorite spot for our family but this was our first time staying in this condo. This condo was absolutely luxurious for our family spring break with young adult children. It was spacious and beautifully furnished. The balcony alone has multiple conversation spaces, looking out onto an infinity pool and the beach and jutting rocks beyond. the ability to open up the entire glass wall onto the patio allowed us to hear and see the ocean even from the kitchen. We didn't use it but the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there is a built in gas barbecue on the balcony. Especially nice was that this is the end unit and the north side of the building where this unit is located is bordered by an area of beautiful mature trees that softens the otherwise clean, modern feel of the premises. The location is fantastic. A short climb up rocky stairs from the beach takes you over the last outcropping of rock before the main public beach and an easy walk to and from town. Alternatively a less pleasant but still easy walk along the road takes you into town in ~20 min, or you can grab the bus, a taxi, or an uber to pop into town. We most often walked in and out of town on the beach. The rooftop restaurant/bar and pool are and the ground level bar and pool area are beautiful and barely used. The ground level gym is lovely and opens up onto pool area. Owner and local manager communicated well and everything was well arranged and laid out. Would highly recommend!

We loved it here! We were traveling as three adult couples, so the three bedrooms with king size beds made perfect sense. The pictures don't quite describe the roominess and the relaxed feel of the property. The view is stunning. We were able to see whales in the distance right from the balcony. This was a top notch stay at a beautiful location. Quiet and relaxed spot, right outside the city. Short walk to both the Playa Los Muertos and Conchas Chinas Beach. Right behind the property is the Playa Amapas, which is a quieter and smaller beach. The pools at this property are truly amazing. The restaurant service both on the rooftop and down by the restaurant is great. All the staff at this property are kind and very helpful. I can truly recommend to stay here. Too bad it was over so soon! We'd give it six out of five stars!

We go to PV every year, and this was the first time that I wasn’t ready to go home. I loved that there was tons of shade! It was also beautifully quiet with wave sounds in the background. The location is amazing. It's very quiet but only a 10 minute walk to the center of town.The only thing I didn't like was that you aren't allowed to take your own food and drinks to the pool areas, but that's a condo wide policy and not the fault the owner's. The condo staff was actually very friendly and helpful though.

We had 2 amazing days in the condo before hurricane Lidia hit PV. We loved the condo and the property as soon as we arrived. The rooftop terrace with the pool has some of the best views around. The staff at Sayan Condos was very welcoming and helpful. The location of the condo was perfect for feeling calm and serene, but close enough to town to enjoy the restaurants and shopping. The 3 bedroom condo was the perfect amount of space for 5 of us. The owner of the condo (John) was very attentive to our needs after the hurricane hit us. Unfortunately we had to leave the condo after only 4 days because the power couldn’t be restored. John made things right with us by issuing a refund since we couldn’t stay the whole time. We definitely want to go back to his condo for another try.

This is a deluxe condo with fantastic views to the newly renovated infinity pools (finished in July of 2023), palm trees and the Bay of Banderas. The unit is in great shape and everything is kept up very well. We were 3 adults and 2 x 10 year olds - everyone had a great time. We finished every evening by spending about an hour in the roof top pool at about 9 pm - it was awesome!
The building is very well run - Melqui, Javier, Hector and all of the staff do a great job. The property is secure and you can tell that everyone who works there takes pride in what they are doing.
The walk to the Zona Romantica takes about 20 minutes. We went to several restaurants including Los Muertos, El Granero and Yamada Sushi - all were good. We also saw two shows at ACT2PV. All 5 of us ended up getting haircuts in town. The barbers at Barba y Barba were all very professional.
I have been in the travel business for 35 years and this is one of the best properties that I've ever stayed in.

Our wonderful experience began prior to our arrival to PV with communications with the owner, John and his on-site manager, Mercedes. Mercedes was so accommodating arranging our travel from the airport to the hotel, and with the added benefit of having a stop at Costco. She contacted us several times to offer any additional service that we may need. You will absolutely love her. The condo itself is gorgeous, the interior beautifully designed, and sunset views from the deck were breathtaking with colors like I’ve never seen. The condo is located so close to Zona, Romantica. With thoughtful touches at every turn (i.e. ample deck furniture, built in music system for the terrace and living area, authentic local dishware, quality bedding...and the list goes on), our stay was an absolute dream. The checkin process was flawless and we really appreciated the service that was offered for a pre-arrival grocery order. We've stayed at Sayan Beach before and this is the first time we've seen an option like this and it was perfect for our late arrival into PVR.
