About this apartment rental
This spacious, kid friendly, waterfront condo is the epitome of cozy and the perfect home-away-from-home. You’ll find yourself surrounded by the most calming ocean and mountain views right outside your private balcony. Three private balconies, in fact. Golden sunrises will greet you through the mountains each morning. During the day you’ll even catch some exciting views of dolphins! They can be spotted year-round, and peak whale season is Dec – Mar. Just outside your door is the Camerones Beach and the most awesome part is actually at night, when you can listen to the waves and rest to the beat of the ocean.
Conveniently located on a quiet local street in Downtown PV, you’ll find everything you need within walking distance. Shops and the Supermarket are within 2 walking blocks. Several exquisite seafood restaurants, happening bars and delicious taco spots are in Downtown. If you decide to stay in for a home-cooked meal, we’ve got you covered! How about your very own private chef? You can sign up for our BBQ service, where you will cook on a gas grill and even take care of the cooking, right for you if wanted. The personalized service doesn’t end there, we also provide in-house massages that can be requested. Essentially, we offer the benefits, security and service of a resort but the prices and reliability of a privately owned vacation rental.

Not to mention our airport transfers service where we will find you by name at the airport and chaperone you to your luxurious condo, just to enhance the Puerta al Mar vacation experience.
One of the #1 listed “things to do” in Puerto Vallarta is the scenic Malecón Boardwalk. Lucky for you, this is merely 5 blocks away or about an 8 minute walk. Great location, walked everywhere. So nice to have the option of hanging by the pool or sitting on the beach. Lovely to sit on the terrace and watch the palm trees swaying in the breeze.

We had a great stay. Late check in was simple and rental was clean, comfortable and just as described.
The view and beachfront location made our stay well worth it. The mattress could have been a little more comfortable but we slept like babies with the sound of the waves all night. AC units and appliances worked well. Washing machine mode button does need some repair and only worked with hot water but we had no problem using it.
The location was ideal for our small family. Just a few minutes walk to the malecón and anything else we could need. We will definitely be returning for future stays.

Paulette’s place is BEAUTIFUL, everything is exactly as in the pictures, pool is amazing! The location is outstanding, everything you can possibly need is within walking distance and Paulette and Rosa are very quick to answer any questions or concerns. Will definitely stay here again.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and super convenient. Located minutes away from supermarket, restaurants and shops. It’s right on the beach with easy private access in and out of building. The view from our living room balcony was beautiful. Don Carlos was super helpful and accommodating when we needed beach chairs and umbrellas put out and in. Check in and out was a breeze and unit has washer and dryer that came in so handy. Would definitely stay again. Great spot definitely recommend.

Overall, stay was quite nice. We really enjoyed the area a little bit of a drive to access Golf. The food was superb especially those small places off the beaten path the beach we would’ve enjoyed more if it had less rocks and was a little noisy on the weekend.
3.0 / 5.0
Nice location and staff but very dirty on arrival
HVAC leaked water most of the time w were there
Doors are flimsy and hard to operate
Had to ask security multiple times to ask partying trespassers to leave the private beach area outside our window. Police on the street stopping people at 3:00 AM overall we had a good stay but would not go back to that specific location

A great condo with decks looking over the ocean and a deck towards mountains for the morning sun. Well stocked once we discovered the pantry in the laundry room. The neighbourhoods is great. Off the Malecon but close enough to walk to it if you want. Two grocery stores a short walk away.

We stayed 7 days in November and we already booked our trip for next year.

The property location and condition are excellent. Some minor repairs could be made to the condo, such as the sliding doors, blinds, and water fixtures. My stay was great until a child had an accident in the pool during a party a condo owner was having, I noticed that they were only vacuuming the pool and the owner did not witness the accident which was quite bad. The pool needed drained cleaned and refilled. The other property owner whom was a Mexican national then made threatening remakes and racial comments. I felt unsafe as him self and several guests surrounded me. In the end the host had the pool drained and refilled, filtered and I avoided the other owner the best I could for remainder of my stay.

I stayed here in may with my sister and the place was beautiful and extremely easy to get to the beach. Swam in the ocean every day and sometimes the pool when we didn't want to get Sandy. Sunset dinners on the balcony (or nearby beach restaurants) were beautiful.

Great property in a good location.
3.0 / 5.0
This is a great location, great view, the heart of 5th December, many restaurants within walking distance, grocery stores, local market(end of San Salvatore), walking distance to the Malecon. Be prepared to have late night noise on beach side Partying/fireworks and band noise on the street side(we used white noise and it didn't bother us).
The condo is quite nice, as with other reviews a little TLC is needed ( complete the dishwasher installation, not mounted so it tips forward, fix the balcony sliding doors - master very difficult to close, deep cleaning needed, dust balls hanging from doors, coffee table ledges full of dust) if these things aren't cleaned, makes you wonder - which leads to the cockroaches found in the kitchen. We notified the concierge on our way out to lunch who said she would contact Paulette and advise us, while out for lunch Paulette had instructed her staff to go fumigate, firstly Paulette should have asked out permission to have her staff enter the suite while renting(she acknowledge this oversight)and secondly were we ok with the fumes while staying there, which we were not(individual health reasons),when communicated to Paulette she didn't respond for a day, indicating no other tenant minded it being fumigated while staying there and it wont cause lung conditions. She dismissed our individual health issue, rather grouped us as other renters. We also would have appreciated the opportunity to put anything away that was on the counters before fumigation.
We've stayed at many condos of the same caliber/cost as this one, and have never encountered the lack of supplies - one roll of Toilet paper(which is disclosed in the agreement),no dishcloth, two garbage bags, no laundry soap, 3 dishwasher tabs, sparse kitchen/cooking supplies. For the small cost to supply these items when applied to the rental cost-supply the condo with the bare amenities, renters will wash towels more frequently etc. Having the tools to keep the condo clean goes a long way for the rental property too.
The master suite has a sewer smell most of the time, we tried running water to ensure the P trap had water in it - not sure if this did anything - sometimes the odor would lighten up we ended up buying air fresheners for the master to mask this.
The pool area was very nice with quick gated access to the beach, the Dulce, Rosa and Jorge we excellent to assist us with anything.
In summary a few improvements/supplies would make this rental worth the cost.

Felt at home! Staff was exceptional… Location wonderful!!
The location of this property is right on the beach on one side with mountain and town on the other. Malecon is close by with all it’s art and attractions.
Marta is the best! Anything you need, she is there for you. David is the security guard that watches over you at night. Manuel keeps the grounds and pool spotless. Rosa is the house keeper.
The breeze through the condo kept us cool and relaxed. We were there to relax and that is what we did. The only issue was the uncomfortable chairs outside. We loved to relax on all the balconies but were limited due to that.
We really enjoyed our stay. Great Restaurants, shops, grocery store and banks were within walking distance. We also enjoyed all the fun happenings on the beach. Glad we went…

great location
it was a great spot to stay, spacious, decent appliances and swimming poll. My only constructive comment would be that some fixtures through out the condo need attention, such ceiling fans not working properly, bathroom cabinets and fixtures lose or not closing properly, also in our first day we notice that the floor was not very clean after cleaning a water spill with a napkin, thankfully there is a mop and bucket available in the unit, so we decided to mop the entire condo and clearly the whole floor was not as clean. On the positive side my daughter and wife liked the place very much because they felt safe with David (security) specially after I asked him to keep on eye on them by the beach, while I was out running some errands.
4.0 / 5.0
Location good, service so- so
Location was great but inside needs updating. Dishes provided were not clean, just put in cabinet with food in them. Dresser drawer missing handle, table centerpiece chipped, various plastic hangers strewn about closet, tacky and old plastic signs displayed for non smoking and to squeegee the shower after using (?). Bedroom balcony had bird poop everywhere as did the pool chairs. One had same spot the entire week, never cleaned once. Bed was comfortable though and location can’t be beat. Service was so-so: would accommodate requests but we didn’t feel welcomed, more like a bother with lack of friendliness. Huge issue of allowing public to come onto private roped off part of beach reserved for condo guests. Drunken people climbing trees, drinking glass 40s and the best… a Homeless person slept there an entire day, as condo staff did nothing to ensure this area was for guests only.
Mandatory insurance tacked on after booking, as was numerous fees. Also received contract one week prior, which was due within 24 hours. Really??? No lawyer in US can review that quickly so we’re forced to sign or forfeit payment. Have not received deposit back although we left condo spotless. Assume that was buried in fine print of bs contract.
Overall great location but biggest issue was there was no warm welcome ever except for by the night security guard. We were just weekly guests to tolerate. This is severely overpriced and in addition had various bs required fees and insurance an unacceptable timeframe to review the fine print.

2nd time staying in condo. We loved the breeze off the waterand Marth is awesome. One thing that good be better is the chairs on the patio, very uncomfortable but other than that a great place!

Perfect location, great property
This condo was perfect for our girls trip. Grocery store, restaurants, street tacos, captain Don’s bar, shops, all within a 5 minute walk. We walked to the Malecon almost every day. 25 minute walk to the Malecon. Swimming in the ocean or the pool, pool was heated, ocean was slightly cool. Security was very good. We even witnessed a turtle coming onto the beach and laying her eggs! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location
This condo needs repair and updates maintenance. Cabinet doors don't close properly, sliding glass doors very hard to open, some light switches are broken; etc. After investing in a deep cleaning and renovation, this is a nice Condo in a perfect location.

Perfect Location
Great condo with a nice heated pool that’s also right on the beach! Amenities in the kitchen are ideal for cooking meals at home but there are so many tasty places to eat so close, try Mangos/elbarracuda. Space is ample for the 5 of us, beds are very, very firm. The staff are wonderful and helpful.

Paulette's oceanfront condo is absolutely outstanding . The staff, Marta, Jorge and David were extremely gracious and helpful.
The condo is very clean, the beds comfortable and it was well equipped.
We were serenaded to sleep by the sounds of the ocean. We can't wait to return

A place of beauty
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property in Puerto Vallarta. The communications between us and the host was very good. We were well received by the management staff and taken to our apartment on arrival. The view was breathtaking from the living room and Master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom was facing the city and the street and one could experience the real l life of Puerto Vallarta with people going to work, restaurants, shops and bars. It had a small balcony as well. The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. We spent many hours on the balcony , soaking up the beautiful views and the scene of the beach and pool in front of us.
It is a very safe location and had a security guard at night. All the staff members, Martha, David, Jorge and Rosa were extremely helpful during our stay. It is easy to get around from there as there are a supermarket, plenty restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. I can certainly recommend this place and look forward returning in the near future. Micheline Muller

Incredible
This is a magical and perfect place to stay in PV. Close to all that matters and far away from the things that don’t. Right on the beach and close to Mangos beach club, grocery store and awesome restaurants and street taco stands! Lovely pool and staff willing to help with tours etc. Can’t wait to come back again!

An amazing location, just a few blocks from the Malecón Boardwalk. Wonderful restaurants are just a block or two away and the beach is right out the back door. A perfect vacation getaway.

Lovely PV!
Spent a week in PV at this two bedroom three bath place on second floor. Very spacious place with three balconies, two looking out to the ocean. Full kitchen, living room and dining room. Staff were great, especially David, but all were very friendly including our host Paulette. Location is great; on the beach, less than mile from the Boardwalk and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in old PV. Uber is available but taxis are fine. Two great golf courses not too far away as well. Snorkeling at Marietta was great and the time at Mujuetas was awesome. We will be back

Perfect spot for relaxing on the beach
This condo was perfect for us! It has stairs and an elevator which is nice. The decor was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We loved the balconies and ate breakfast there almost every morning. The condo has huge glass windows and doors, so the views are amazing. You can hear the waves lapping at the shore line every night as you drift off to dreamland! All the amenities of the condo were very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the beach chairs and umbrellas, the beautiful beach and the colorful rocks. I collect Sea Glass and I returned home with a nice new collection. The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and the grocery store. I like that Jorge or David were always looking for us when we returned from our ventures in the town. Martha gave excellent restaurant suggestions! No negatives from us.

Third time here!
Our third time in this complex, second in this unit. The owner is terrific to deal with. When we arrived the hot water ran out a little too quickly. One text to the owner and it was corrected in a few hours, excellent! The view is amazing , the location is ideal. Close enough for an easy walk on the Malecon but far enough away that noise has never been an issue. We absolutely will stay here again, you won't regret it!

Fun and simple option for Puerto Vallarta
Pros: -Martha, Jorge, and day management man (forgot name, but so nice). They were all so friendly and helpful. Tip: Jorge the night manager loves coffee, 2 sugars 2 creams. - Right on the beach. -walking distance to everything, about a 5 min walk to the Malecon restaurants, bars, and shopping. - 10 min cab ride to the mall, 15 min cab ride to the marina where all fishing trips, etc. leave. -master bedroom is amazing, with a balcony looking onto the beach and open space, falling asleep to the waves crashing. -back patio is right on beach, beautiful views 24/7, including sunsets. Keep in mind it is a public beach.
Cons: - the second bedroom faces the street. Every night the bar around the corner has a live band until about midnight. When that stops, there is a ton of street noise. For planning purposes, kids should be back there, not adults. - the pullout bed in the front room isn't very comfortable.
I'm not saying we won't go back. We will just be more conscious about who sleeps in the back room!

Great location and nice unit for us. Clean and walking distance to everything on a nice stretch of beach. Beautiful sunsets without the noise of the malecon or romantic zone. Staff very nice and made amends for a last minute room change.

Amazing place next to the beach!
I can’t recommend this place enough, it has a fantastic location! You have downtown a couple blocks away, plenty of places to eat local food and the best part is the beach location. I will definitely come back to this place next time I travel to Puerto Vallarta!
