It is a SHORT DISTANCE TO TOWN and a VERY SHORT WALK TO SNOWFLAKE LIFT. The walk to the Snowflake lift is approximately 200 yds.
The shuttle stop is also right across the street from the town home.

The Snowflake lift is approximately 200 yards from the town home. It is at the corner of Four O'Clock and Kingscrown.
~How far is the walk to town?
It is about a 6-10 min walk down to Main Street. It is an easy walk on a side walk. Walk times will vary depending on the weather.
~Where is the nearest shuttle stop?
The nearest shuttle stop is right across the street from the town home. You can see the stop from the back deck of the town home.
~Where is the nearest ski school for the kids?
The closest ski school is just up the street (1-2 min) from Elk Ridge. It is at the Base of Beaver Run at Peak 9. It is easiest to park in the 15 minute parking to drop off your skiers for ski school, go back to the property to park, then walk back up to the base.
~The UVHOA pool is accessible for this unit. It is open as long as the mountain is open and during June, July, and August. It is a 5 min walk, or a 2-3 min drive from the unit.

Christmas family ski vacation Property was great

A lovely, well maintained home that was great for a family holiday! Kitchen is well equipped so that we could cook Thanksgiving dinner. We loved walking downhill to town to ride the gondola to Robbies for hot drinks and to watch the skiers. So nice to take the free shuttle back and get off right at the house. Jill was responsive to any issues that arose.

Wow, what a great find in Breckenridge. This condo is fabulous. And effortless communication with Jill. Had a couple of basic questions, she responds quickly. It's huge and decorated to make you feel at home in the mountains. It's a truly clean and inviting house. There's plenty of room for people to spread out, but also room for everyone to gather. The fireplaces are really nice and help warm up the living area if there's a chill. The kitchen is roomy and well appointed. For the coffee lovers there's no Keurig, but it has a drip maker. The master bedroom is huge and comfortable. The hot tub is large and really enjoyable. You're close to a lot of fun activities, restaurants and night life. The free Breck shuttle is right there and entices you to ditch the car. If you're looking for a terrific place to stay while in Breckenridge, look no further. We hope to get back someday.

4 pairs of fathers and sons coverged on Breckenridge for a 14er climb. The accommodations were superb. The place was exactly as advertised and conveniently situated in Breckenridge. Our strongest recommendation for the entire experience!

This was a beautiful property, immaculately clean, with a ton of space for both privacy and gathering. The location was ideal, just a short walk to town. We would definitely stay here again!

The location for this town house is amazing! The communication with the property manager could not have been better. The dryer did not work and within 10 mins of texting the property manager she had a person set up to come out same day. The mattresses could be updated and some everyday kitchen spices would have been helpful. Overall a great stay!

A group of two families from Australia stayed here for an 11 day ski holiday. Nine of us in total. We couldn’t fault the house. Location is true ski in and out, the house is beautifully presented and well stocked. It’s an easy walk to the Main St of Breckenridge to go out for dinner. No problem dealing with the property manager. We would definitely stay here again if we made the trip from Australia.

Stayed over Christmas. Location was perfect for getting on snowflake lift. Parking VERY tight for SUV's (we had a Suburban and a large van...took some careful parking to get suburban fully in garage, but we made it work). We walked to main street most nights, a bit of a hike, but our family enjoyed the walk. Rooms in basement did get very hot at night. But overall a wonderful stay and plenty of room for our group.

The rental was spacious and the free shuttle across the street was very convenient - only a few minute ride into town. Also not a far walk, but the steep incline on the way home is a challenge. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing. Highly recommend!

This was the best property I have stayed at in Breckinridge. Can’t beat the location. The home is immaculate. There is so much space, and all rooms have TVs. Enough bathrooms to accommodate a small army! I will definitely stay here again!

This was a great property for the ling weekend. Awesome place in the middle of Breckenridge- 6 minute drive to Main Street or a nice 15 minute walk. Private hot tub and access to a communal pool. Appreciated the ease of booking and communicating with the property owners.

Breckenridge stay
We were in Colorado for a family reunion at the Snow Mountain Y and extended it for my immediate family in Breckenridge. We shared this condo with a nephew and his family, so 4 adults and 5 teenagers. Perfectly roomy and comfortable for the 9 of us and a short walk to downtown and the Gondola up the mountain for the various entertainment options there. The pool is not real close, certainly walkable but via a dirt trail down through the complex, or you can drive if someone is not up for the short hike.

The only tips I have for you is to get to know the bus routes. The bus stop is literally across the street and we used it quite often. Off site parking was super expensive. I had to pay $35 a night for our 3rd and 4th car! I'm not sure if the new pricing was due to the beerfest being held that weekend, or if that was the new pricing permanently. We had a great time and I would love to rent this house again next year

We had a fantastic week at the Elk Ridge property. We were close to the Snow Angel lift or just steps away from a Free Ride pick-up. We were able to do laundry, cook meals and enjoy the hot tub in the evenings. Perfect spot all around.

Wonderful place
We had a great time staying here! The property is well maintained and the main floor open plan layout feels much bigger than it looked in the pictures. Plenty of room for 6 adults and two kids to spread out. We also enjoyed the location and walked down to Charter Sports (rented skis there and they held them for us overnight) and then directly onto Snowflake Lift each day. Easy! Hot tub was a huge plus for aching muscles and was new and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed, including a slow cooker and nice glassware. The only two minor recommendations we have would be to put a bar on the top bunks (we didn’t feel comfortable letting our kids sleep there) and the jacuzzi in the upstairs bathroom didn’t seem to work (bath, yes - jacuzzi, no). Overall a fantastic trip and we would stay here again.
