6th Floor condominium overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico on the best beach in the United States. 2 Bedroom (1K, 2Full) two bathrooms. Unit includes a washer/dryer, full kitchen with refrigerator & dishwasher. Television with cable & high speed wireless internet. Has a wonderful screened in balcony with chairs and tables that are nice to use to play cards after a fun day at the beach! Great for families of all sizes.

The condo was wonderful. Beautiful view. Everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked. The first time we stayed at a vacation rental that actually had plenty of towels and nice beach towels. The location was perfect for our day trips to Sarasota, The Ringling Museum and Anna Maria Island. Would love to stay again.

Weather was the best for ever!! Condo had great, comfortable furniture and a huge tv! The kitchen was well stocked, too. Totally disappointed in the K bed, was sunken to the middle of the mattress! Took to using two bedrooms to avoid rolling inward. Unhappy with this part of the condo. Hopefully it gets upgraded, then we’d rebook in a heartbeat.
The pool and beach service were perfect.
Was a great stay, but please do something about your king mattress in your lovely condo.

The unit was just perfect! It was right on the beach. The views of the sunsets were spectacular. Robert was very helpful and responsive. Great week for a girls trip. Could not have been better. Unit was fully stocked with beach towels, kitchen supplies, washer/dryer worked great, everything we needed. Loved having a gym! Thank you - will come back next year!

We enjoyed our beachfront stay at this condo. The good is the location to the pool and the beach. A view that is amazing especially of the sunsets in the evening. Our only complaint or recommendation is that there really needs to be an exhaust fan in the master bathroom. Due to the humidity the paint was starting to peel off of the ceiling, but besides that we really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo! The view!!!! Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels for everyone. Darkening shades on back windows, so you never know if sun is out or not if you like. Front bedroom does not get dark, my kids stayed in it, they got tired enough at the beach to not care;). Main bedroom mattress could use updating, but nothing you can’t make work. So convenient to the beach. 10/10 would stay here again:)

The condo is the perfect size for a family of 4! The second bedroom has 2 full size beds vs 2 twin beds as pictured in the listing - it was a pleasant surprise! Just a 5 minute walk down the road you can grab dinner, ice cream, some souvenirs, and a daquari to go!
There was an issue with cleaning upon our check in, however the owner and cleaning staff were quick to correct the issue, which we very much appreciated!
The view of the beach is BEAUTIFUL from the condo and we loved the ability to watch the sunsets in the evening and check the surf in the morning!
If we stayed again, one thing I wish would be changed is the master bed. It's quite hard, and not too comfortable!

This unit has everything you need during your stay. Perfect view of the ocean from the screened in lanai. We had access to the beach chairs everyday on the beach. It’s not very crowded and very easy to get around the island. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this unit. The owner was very easy to work with. Thank you Bob!

This property met ALL expectations from the reservation process with Robert, to the view upon walking into the door, to the conveniences available like coolers, beach towels, and a well stocked kitchen. The screened in patio was a favorite place to start and end the day plus it brought the outdoors to the indoors with a breeze and sound of waves. The master bed was very comfortable and the bathroom a good size with double sinks and an ocean view! We did not use the tvs but there was one in each bedroom as well as in the main room. We did use the fast speed internet and it worked well. Siesta Key Beach is an absolutely beautiful beach with wonderful complimentary chair and umbrella service. Our two favorite restaurants with delicious food and top notch service in the area were the Summer House Steak and Seafood (best Mai Tai too) in the Village and Ophelia’s on the Bay located near Turtle Beach. This is the second time that my husband and I stayed at this condo, and this time we brought friends. We loved to sit on our balcony and drink our coffee in the mornings, then off we went either into town exploring or relaxing by the pool or swimming in the ocean. There is no better beach than Siesta key

Great condo with a great view. The pool was a good size and the beach was nice. It was about 20-25 minute walk to Siesta Key beach. Also had some restaurants etc. in walking distance.

Midnight Cove is a wonderful expanse of property on Crescent Beach in Siesta Key. #463 (Building 4, 6th floor, 463 for weary travelers) did not disappoint in the slightest. Door keys are NOT the last for of your cell like VRBO mentions, you need the code. The condo is very spacious (so many kitchen cabinets), modern and updated (remember, it was built in the late 70s/early 80s!).
The lanai fronts the living area and master bedroom and over looks the pool and the Gulf. Tables and chairs to enjoy the sunset (if you don't go to the beach and witness it "live". It's amazing).
The sand is unlike any we'd experienced in other beach vacations. The chair and umbrella service that's included is especially convenient. Nice thick beach towels provided.
Walk to Captain Curt's (best calamari we had) or hop the trolley to the Village (stop is right at the property). Publix is a mile away. Location can't be beat.
Other reveiws have stated a couple of negative maintenance issues but they didn't affect us in the slightest, I'm not re-mentioning. Bob and Debbie respond quickly with any questions or concerns.

This was our first stay at Midnight Cove. Great location with regards to restaurants and things to do when you wanted to be away from the beach. Nice pool with access to the beach. Looks like everybody did a great job cleaning up from Ian. We typically made a big breakfast each morning and had everything needed in our unit to do just that. Other pluses for us:
- plenty of space for two couples
- we did not have to bring a beach towel from home
- washer and dryer in the unit
- large lanai to enjoy the view
- keyless entry - no need to worry about a key
- we had a maintenance issue but it was resolved in quickly

The interior of the unit and furnishings are tired.
Kitchen cabinets are sticky, delaminating and some doors don't close. Couldn't use the shower in the master bath because there isn't an exhaust fan and temperature too hot to open the window. Master bedroom temperature is several degrees warmer than the rest of the unit. Shower in hall bath has dark mold around the floor.

We enjoyed our stay & loved the location! The decor is lovely. It felt like a vacation at the beach..very bright & happy.
Our only wish is that the King mattress be replaced & the water pressure in the main bigger bedroom shower be increased. (I have long think hair & I had to use the 2nd bath shower to actually get shampoo out) That wasn’t a huge deal, just a preference!
Also, a little confusion with securing chairs & umbrella at the beach. The first 2 days there weren’t any left by the time we got down there (10AM). That is the buildings issue not so much this unit. Just a bummer.

This was such an easy vacation. Everything so close by. Trolley and shuttle bus right at the entrance. Could walk to many restaurants including a delicious ice cream shop. Chairs and umbrella made available daily. Beautiful pool and grounds area. There is an outdoor barbecue area. The condo was well furnished including beach towels! Nice quiet condo and building well maintained. The condo was very homey and even came with beach reads. Beds were sleep worthy. Would definitely stay there again 😊

Location of condo was excellent! Close to restaurants and trolley that took you into siesta village if wanted. Place was clean , grounds nicely maintained. The condo we stayed in had screened in balcony that overlooked - the pool and beach with stunning sunsets ! Great response from owner when needed. Would highly recommend !

This condo is on a gated, private property that is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. The condo itself is clean, updated, tastefully decorated, and well suited for a family. Fully stocked kitchen, including bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens was a plus. No need to bring anything but food, paper products (including toilet paper), and toiletries/sunscreen. The master bath is beautiful. My kids enjoyed the 2 pools, tennis courts, and of course, the beach. My husband enjoyed the workout facility. Location is great and walking distance to corner grocery store, drug store, shops, and restaurants/bars. We loved that we had passes for each day of our stay to reserve beach chairs for each person in our condo. It was a quick drive into downtown. Communication with the host was easy and response time was quick. The best part was the view from the furnished, screened-in deck. Absolutely gorgeous! Highly Recommend!

Overall our experience was very positive. The location and unit could not have been better. We were able to swim even though the Red Tide was in the Gulf…not the crystal blue water we hoped for, but still an excellent stay. The pool was great, and the beach attendants that set up loungers and umbrellas were a great bonus!

Location and size of condo was great! There was not a functioning tv in the second bedroom. We did not have washcloths. When we contacted the owner he said cleaning staff leaves them. I asked to have some sent to us because we didn't have any. Never got them.
This was our first experience with red tide. It was awful. Could only use beach a couple days. Everyone wash coughing and there were dead fish & eels on the beach and it smelled.

The condo is lovely and we enjoyed the balcony and the view of the beach. The complex was quiet and the beach was not overly crowded. The beach is absolutely beautiful and you can walk for miles and enjoy the gulf sunsets. We took advantage of the trolley that stops right across the street to go out for dinner and to the village. This was one of our top vacations. We look forward to returning soon!

Do not judge the rental by the Vrbo pictures! My family has been vacationing in SK for 25 years and always stay at Midnight Cove and always stay on the bay side, it's beautiful but a short walk across the street to the beach. This year my husband thought it would be nice to stay on the beach side. So we opted for this rental. The pictures are not accurate and the place was FILTHY!!! The rundown:
1. Floors dirty and filled with sand - three steps out of the shower your feet turn black and have sand all over them
2. Carpets in living room and kitchen were stained and dark in appearance from so much dirt
3. Clearly not vacuumed as there was trash and wrappers on carpet and tile
4. Dining chairs stained
5. Furniture is old and some is not accurate as to what pictures show
6. Strands of hair in refrigerator as well as on outside
7. Kitchen is OLD....appliances and cookware are outdated and not much of it, shelving looked like it was from the 70's
8. Cracked lighting in kitchen and cabinets are chipping and felt sticky to the touch
9. Bed sheets did not feel clean and guest beds uncomfortable
The rest of the place is cosmetic...old 'popcorn' walls, scratches on walls, (cheap) furniture falling apart , nails in wall where decor must have been hung, second bathroom painted a horrible purple color and they failed to paint the bottom half of the wall under the vanity behind the toilet so it has the old wallpaper on the bottom half.
We realize it is a condo on the beach and sand is, unavoidable to a certain extent, it is more so the dirty floor, filthy carpet and kitchen. We never wanted to be in the condo, never made any meals or sat as a family at the table to dine. We ate most meals out $$$
I did reach out to the owner after I talked to the staff at MC and they said I needed to speak with them. Owner responded and asked that I send pics to him and that he would have someone out to clean. We opted for NO as we were already three days in and that meant taking time from our planned activities to wait on cleaning crew bc we were not about to let a crew come in while we were not there and all of our personal belonging were in the condo. Thanks but no thanks! We dealt as best we could and decided to warn potential renters. BTW, once I told owner we were not interested in taking time away from our vaca to wait on cleaning , we never heard another word...no apology, no I'm sorry.
