Our recently remodeled 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo was designed with you and your awesome beach vacation in mind. The location is perfect, the complex has everything you may need and EVERYTHING in our condo is Brand New! All flooring, linens, dishes, appliances, furniture...everything...just out of the box recently and lovingly cared for. Our unit has 3 brand new flat screens (all with HD) and we everything is premium. Stay with us and enjoy the unique high-end finishes (Pottery Barn, Pier 1 and more) you are looking for in a luxurious vacation rental.
Siesta Key Beach was recently ranked as the #1 Beach in the country. It's powdered sugar sands and turquoise waters are amazing. Beyond the beautiful beach, Siesta Key is a really fun island with great restaurants, shops, clubs, water rentals, tours, fishing, boating, parasailing, biking, jet skis and so much more. Our condo is ideally located in a the beach-side complex known as Jamaica Royale. Our unit is the fourth unit from the end that is closest to the beach. This ideal central location near the renowned public beach, allows you to soak in all that Siesta Key has to offer. Not only can you conveniently "beach it" to your heart's content, but when it is meal time, you have many great options. Our condo has everything you may need to make great meals, but if you prefer to go out (especially on vacation), you have many great choices. The free trolley and many free ride services puts the Main Village and the South Village within a short ride of this condo. Our family truly enjoys Siesta Key getaways especially in this central location, a few steps to the beach and the two heated pools within a "stone's throw"...and a short ride away from an array of other activities.
Pictures are worth many words, but we believe our updated condo provides a unique and uplifting Siesta Key experience. We have a dedicated covered parking spot right at the front door. We also have multiple guest parking spots super close. Once past the front door, you will be blown away by the fresh renovation and upscale furniture that creates a cozy yet upbeat environment. The calming color palette blends with the super comfy seating and décor. Meanwhile, the brand new Samsung stainless appliances, glass railing and other modern features to create ideal modern cozy beach scene. We hope you and yours truly enjoy it!
Our unit is a unique two story that provides additional separation of living space. The walk-in main level is the open living, dining and kitchen area. There is tons of seating and the two loveseats are ideal for those who enjoy a big flat screen tv. One of the loveseats is a pull-out if you need the extra sleeping space. The main level also opens to an awesome 1/2 covered patio with another great dining table an outdoor couch/lounge. The main level has a small bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower for the convenience of all. This area also has a stack-able washer and dryer for a convenient in-unit laundry experience.
Once upstairs, there is a beautiful super-spacious master bedroom featuring a new queen bed (and high sheet count linens!) and an elevated lanai. The master is as spacious as any on the island and we added another wall-mounted flat screen to create a wonderfully comfortable hang-out and sleeping space. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and one trundle that can be pulled out for extra sleeping. The guest bedroom also has flat screen #3 with some games, books and other activities. The upstairs bathroom has a new vanity, new toilet and a glass enclosed tub/shower.

You cannot beat this property and its proximity to Siesta Key Beach. A very very short walk. Ideal if you have little kids. The condo itself is beautifully updated, comfortable sofas, comfortable beds. All towels and linens are all provided. Check-in process is super easy. Clint is amazing to deal with always gets right back to you on any questions you may have. We will definitely be back to this property!! It was an amazing week of fun and sun!!!

We had a wonderful week even with tropical storm Debby occurring during our stay. The condo had some board games to help keep the kids entertained during the storm, and sand toys they could bring to the beach when the sun returned! The condo is located close to plenty of restaurants and activities, and just a couple minutes walk to the beach. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. Check in and out was extremely easy, and communication was exceptional. Clint went out of his way to call and see how we were doing during the tropical storm which was caring and appreciated. We definitely can see our family staying here again.

The location was great. Thought the master bed was comfortable and appreciated that the upstairs and downstairs drapes were lined. The kitchen was nice. We were just disappointed that nothing really seemed brand new or out of the box. The couches were saggy and uncomfortable and the washcloths were more gray than white.
Our granddaughter loved the pool and we enjoyed being able to walk along the beach each day. Clint was a very attentive host.

This is the perfect spot for a family beach trip! Property is very family friendly and this unit is steps from the beach and from two different pools. The unit also contained everything we needed chairs wagon sand toys boogie board so we didn’t have to bring much from home. All of this made a huge difference with a three year old!! Beach allows canopies so we could set up and sit comfortable all day. This is our new go to spot for sure

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at the Siesta Key condo. It's conveniently located close to both the beach and the pool, making it easy for us to enjoy both without any hassle. The condo itself suited our needs perfectly, with comfortable amenities and a relaxing atmosphere.

The location is great; the communication with the property manager was very good. The listing said it was newly renovated but the carpet was stained and dirty., it was well equipped with appliances, beach equipment etc.

Location of this property is great. It’s steps to the beautiful beach and pools.
It is listed as renovated and updated and that may have been the case a few years ago but it is showing its wear. Kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed.
Beds were comfortable. Although we didn’t need them there were plenty of beach toys, sand chairs and umbrellas.
Bathrooms were only partially updated and both tub and shower were very worn and chipped in places. Carpet needs replacing, it was heavily stained and had a strong odor coming from it on the steps.
We didn’t feel safe on the top balcony because we noticed broken and decayed support beams under it when we sat on the terrace. We notified the property manager about these concerns and he told us it was safe and has been waiting for 3 years for repairs. We would have to jump on the broken part for it to break. Felt this was a very dismissive comment to legitimate safety concerns.
This is obviously a popular unit with a great location and OK for a short stay. Our expectations were just higher given the description and pictures.

Absolutely beautiful wide beach, uncrowded this time of year. Steps away from 2 heated pools & beach & 3rd pool available too. Condo supplied beach towels, beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, & cooler. Condo well stocked with everything you could need. Resort also has lounges & chairs for guests to use. Nice patio with table & chairs, sofa. Very close to famous Siesta Key Beach & all the area has to offer. Free trolly for Siesta Key. Just a note, the 1st floor bathroom is tiny with a tiny shower…but there is no room to enlarge/reno it. Did not affect us but if you were a bigger person it would be tight. Overall WONDERFUL!

Great Condo with everything you need. Close to the pool and beach. The weather wasn't great so it was nice to have the big TV downstairs to watch the Football games. Our Family had a great week staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay!
It was a great condo with every amenity you would need. Including beach chairs, beach towels coolers and a very handy wagon to haul all of your stuff to the beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed the outside space with the table and the outdoor chaise to enjoy in the morning at breakfast and in the evening to wind down.
Overall Clint’s condo is a great place to stay and we hope to come back!

Check in and out was super easy! Property manager responded quickly with an issue. This is an old property that has been cheaply renovated. Appears larger in pictures than actual size. The kitchen is well equipped and has newer appliances! There are no screens for either of the patio doors, which was a bummer because the weather was perfect for allowing the ocean breeze to blow through. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was on the harder side, and the pillows were horrible! The upstairs bathroom is not connected to the master. The bathroom vanity and the window seal were always covered with tiny ants. On our second night we had an uninvited guest in the living room space ~ a very large ugly cockroach! Made the rest of our stay a little less pleasant or comfortable to say the least…
It is a short distance to the pool and beach! The patio was nice to sit outside in the morning for coffee and breakfast! There is a large storage container on the patio with beach toys, etc.,and they did provide some nice large beach towels for guests use! Overall the unit smells old and musty and is overpriced on rates! Will not return…

We had a great vacation and really enjoyed the condo. 2 small problems: we encounter 2 large bugs ( we understand it is Florida but there are some holes in the wall under the kitchen sink that might be portal of entry. Also air conditioning duct in ceiling over kitchen island leaks water and might be a bit moldy. We love the location to the beach and pools. The condo was very clean and the kitchen utensils were good quality. Overall great stay. Thank u

This is our 2nd time to stay in the Clint's condo! It is so amazing! The condo has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful waters and beach of Siesta Key! From the wagon to the chairs and umbrella to the high quality beach towels - nothing is lacking! The updated condo is staged perfectly with plenty of towels and blankets and pillows. Everything in the condo is premium! We really enjoy having the washer and dryer which helps us pack light! This year the property has extra security for the property itself and for the beach which we greatly appreciated. We're already planning to return in 2024!

Nice location to the beach. Just a short walk to the beach. Rental supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and cooler which was nice. There were also lounge chairs available on the beach. Two pools very close to rental. Siesta Key Village was a short drive which was great for food, shopping and coffee. Rental was very well maintained and clean upon arrival. Kitchen had good basic supplies. The one and only negative was the bed in the main bedroom. It was extremely firm and not very comfortable. Otherwise it was an excellent place to stay for our first visit to Siesta Key.

This condo has a great central location on Siesta Key and the condo is perfectly located in the complex. Just a short jaunt to the beach and very close to the pools. I had contacted Clint prior to our arrival and let him know that if we would be arriving on an early flight and would appreciate if we could get in early (knowing that probably wasn't possible). I knew it was a big ask but he told me he would see what he could do...and he did!!! We visit Siesta Key every year and this is our first stay with Clint. We will be back for sure. The condo was clean and well equipped.
My only feedback would be is that we were constantly looking for somewhere hang our things to tidy up after being out (purses, bags etc.) wall hooks would be a great addition to the first floor entry and the bedrooms. The complex was very nice and all the people we met were just as nice.

This was our second year staying at this condo. It is in a great location but is in need of updating on some items.
The sliding doors for patio are older and harder to lock. Would be nice to have screens on both downstairs patio and upstairs balcony off master.

Everything about this place was lovely. There were candles, plenty of dishes, pots and pans and everything is new, plus well designed. The rooms and furnishings are all color coordinated for a serene and elegant ambiance. We wished there were screens so we could leave windows open at times. The location is amazing, an easy walk to the beach even easy for older people! Beds and sofa very comfortable.

This was our first time to Siesta Key and to Jamaica Royal. Firstly with regards to Siesta Key and the beach, the beach was quite weedy and there was a pungent sulfur smell most of the time. I am led to believe this is the seaweed rotting. The sand is as soft as they say and shells are plentiful. Siesta Key Village had potential, but I think due to the time of year that we visited, it was quiet and lacked a vibe or atmosphere. Our best evening in the village was on our last night which was a Friday when it seemed people made the effort to go out for dinner. I would imagine it is busy all the time earlier in the season.
Jamaica Royal and our Condo ....
Our condo was lovely and well-equipped. A couple of the furnishings were a little tired and not quite as described in the listing as being 'recently refurbished' but, I recognise that if the property is being used week in and week out, things will get worn.
I have given this accommodation an overall rating of four stars because I was disappointed that the main pool closest to the beach was closed due to long-term building work on the adjacent tower. This would have been known well in advance and in reality, we should have been told this. The building work did not just impact the pool, it impacted the surrounding area and was really unsightly and noisy. The work started daily at 7.30 am and being as close as we were to the beach, we heard and saw it all the time. More than one of the towers was out of commission due to ongoing works and a row of smaller apartments was also being refitted. This is not really what I want to have to put up with whilst on holiday. It was far from peaceful.
Comms with our host were good and I appreciate the fact that he personally could not do anything about the ongoing work, but be warned, it is there and there seemed like a lot to be done before it was completed.

Beautiful condo close to the beach. The condo literally has everything you could want inside and outside. There were so many items for the beach to include wagon, chairs, my husband lived the gravity chair, umbrella, beach toys, and noodles. We left a boogie board for others to use. The upstairs patio is wonderful, nice place to unwind. Highly recommend and would stay again. BTW did I mention how great the beach is and not crowded.

We stayed a week in July with our daughter, son and two young granddaughters. Communicating with the owner was easy and our few questions were answered promptly.
The unit is exactly as pictured and has everything a family could need including some family games, a well stocked kitchen and everything one might need for the beach - beach towels, umbrella, chairs, noodles, boogie boards, toys and best of all a wagon to cart it all to the beach. The decor is pleasant, furniture is comfortable, beds are fine and having a washer and dryer with little ones is ideal. It is very obvious the owner has made a concerted effort to be sure his renters are comfortable and happy.
The resort is very nice, family friendly and ideal for young children. There are 3 pools, 2 of which are about 100 yards, (left or right) from the patio. Another 100 yards after the pool to the left is the gorgeous and expansive beach which was perfect for our 4 and 6 year old grandgirls.
We all enjoyed the week and plan to return next year. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit and the owner (Clint) to anyone looking to stay on the beach. Many thanks.

Stayed for a week and had an awesome time. Clean and modern space, big bed rooms upstairs separate from the living space. Awesome location at the far end of the complex closest to the beach and one of the pools. Complex has grills we enjoyed using. Having both patios covered was great for enjoying the outdoors during the Florida rain showers. Every piece of beach equipment included which was awesome for us. Only complaint is the beds are uncomfortable and we ended up with back pain by the end of the week. Still a great stay though. Host was super communicative and responsive. Would definitely come back!

Clint was a great owner that communicated timely and clearly about our upcoming stay, check-in process, and check-out process.
The condo is updated, well maintained, and very clean that left us feeling right at home. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make several meals on our own and all the amenities to enjoy the beach and pools.
We had a great experience in the condo which made our overall vacation experience great.

The Perfect Getaway
Everything about this condo is first class! From the newly renovated features to the amazing location - this condo had everything needed for total relaxation and enjoyment. The grounds were beautifully manicured; the condo was literally steps away from the white sandy beach and crystal clear water of Siesta Key! It was the perfect size for our family of three. I can't say enough good things about Clint. He readily responded to any questions and provided us with one of the best experiences we have ever had with Vrbo!
