Property is beautiful and all amenities were first class! Kitchen is stocked with every kitchen utensil and tool you would ever or want.
Bed rooms have very soft and comfortable sheets, pillows and towels.
House is decorated beautifully. Better than a top rated hotel.
The owner has supplied games, and lake equipment for all ages . If you are board at this property it. Is your own fault.
Our adult children , their spouses and 3 grandchildren , as well as my husband and myself, were very comfortable and enjoyed this family lake community home fully.

This property was exactly as listed. This is a well-maintained home with all the amenities as advertised. Access to the HOA beach with paddle boards and a kayak was a definite plus, especially during the holiday week. Coffee on the deck in the morning was peaceful in this very quiet neighborhood. Also, another plus was access to a variety hiking trails right outside the front door. We would definitely stay here again!

My family stated at the property after our Daughters wedding. The home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and has everything needed to ensure a great relaxing stay in Tahoe.
The house is in a great neighborhood close to everything on the North Shore. The property itself is very nice and we enjoyed many games of bocce out front.
The deck is fantastic with several areas to sit or have a meal. The deck has an awesome BBQ and hot tub both of which our family utilized throughout our stay. We also enjoyed coffee in the AM and sone wine in the PM sitting on the deck.
If your a cook kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and appliances are first rate. The rooms are large and the beds super comfortable. Each room has a TV and plenty of closet space.
The property is part of a very nice private HOA beach area with a pier which is a huge perk if your going to visit in the summer. The home owner provides a kayak and a couple SUP’s to use on the lake. If you like to golf the home owner also provides a couple sets of decent clubs for use during your stay.
The home is right across the street from some wonderful hiking and biking trails. We hiked just about every morning and the trains were well marked and amazing. We met lots of great people and dogs on each walk but no bears!
I cannot say enough about this property and we will definitely be back.

A lovely home that accommodates 7 adults and 3 children very well. Kitchen is well stocked and love that the knives are sharp. The bear picture over the fireplace is amazing.
Access to the HOA beach was a great addition (by car). Detailed notebook was thorough as to the house amenities and activities in the area.

This is our second visit to this property, and we plan to return. Everything from the comfortable beds to the gourmet kitchen to the spacious deck and yard is well designed and inviting. Lots of room for adults to sit back and relax, and it’s safe for little kids. The location is very convenient to the lake and groceries. Richard is readily available and responsive to questions.

One of my biggest problems with vacation rentals is that they are hardly ever at the quality that is advertised. This property was the exact opposite. Every expectation was met or exceeded. The property is beautiful, well-furnished and kept in excellent shape. it was absolutely perfect for our family trip, and we couldn't be more thankful to the host. We are already talking about our next trip to Tahoe and plan on staying here again.

We liked our stay at this home. Easy to communicate with the owner and it had everything we needed. Some smell of cigarettes throughout the upstairs bedrooms.

The house was as represented. We’ve rented quite a few houses and this house was among the best. The kitchen had all the provisions and supplies we needed and everything was in good condition. Given the historic amount of snow/blizzard during our stay, we spent a lot more time in the house than we expected. We were very happy and comfortable here. The snow plowing required nearly every morning was excellent too.

We had 6 adults and 3 children staying together and it felt big enough to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was well equipped and nice for large meal preparations. The location was good and close to the lake. We would definitely come back here!

This home was perfect for our family of 9. The owner has thought of everything. The house was very well provisioned and included a binder with all the information we could possibly need. The location combined the best of Mountain living with access to the Lake and all that comes with it. The Bear theme was appropriate as we saw a Bear while Mtn Biking at the Beach in a tree and right in our neighborhood.

Amazing Tahoe Home
This house is amazing! This is our most favorite rental house in which we've ever stayed. It is incredibly well-stocked, a true home away from home. The beds are so comfortable, towels plush and plentiful, the kitchen is so so awesome to cook in, and the wall of glass doors is the best snow-watching ever. Every bit of the decor reminds you that you're staying at a house in the woods. The fireplace, fire pit and hot tub all worked perfectly. Great communication from the owner. (The renter's guide provided is thorough and super helpful.) The keypad failed and we got locked out temporarily due to a power outage, and both the owner and handyman texted back within seconds. Power came back on and we could enter through the garage door, but no doubt we would have been let in by someone quickly otherwise. We got a major snow dump while staying there and the trail across the street from the home was magical. Plow service is exceptional, and roads were clear within an hour of waking up. Our family members recommended this home, they've stayed multiple times, and we are so happy we booked it. Gorgeous home, relaxing, picture-perfect vacation. We will definitely be back!

Loved it!
This is our second time staying here, and it certainly doesn't disappoint. It is so comfortable, and kitchen renovations have made it even nicer. You also can't beat the fact that it's just steps to a trailhead so perfect for dogs and kids. Hope to stay here again soon!

Family get away
Our family of 10 had a fabulous time at this home. Richard, the owner, couldn’t have been more accommodating. We lucked out with fresh snow and he had the deck, walkways and driveway cleared for us. He also had some sleds and snowshoes available for more snow fun. As others have said, the kitchen is well stocked with various tools, sharp knives and spices. My only recommendation to others is to bring ear plugs or have a smaller group where the loft is not a 4 th bedroom as anyone sleeping there hears the noise from the living room.

Fabulous home!
We loved this rental. There was so much space & the furnishings were lovely. Most of all, the house was so well stocked, so clean, and in really good shape. Beds were super comfortable, towels were plush. One of the best rentals we've stayed in. And Richard was incredibly responsive when we had a hiccup with the hot tub power. Once we got it working, it was heavenly after a day on the slopes! Would love to stay here again.

Perfect for 3 families with kids! Very well organized home. Very comfortable and great for small groups.

Beautiful Home Away From Home
This home is even more beautiful than the pictures show. Perfect layout for a family with older children. The downstairs master was secluded and quiet with easy access to the porch and hot tub. The open kitchen created a nice connection to the family room so one cooking could remain part of the conversation. The snowy view from the family room to the back/side yard was expansive with the amount of glass. Access from the garage into the mudroom/washer dryer was ideal.
We had a fantastic time and we hope to be back!

Can’t say enough about the comfort level staying here. Kitchen, beds, location-all more than we expected, and spacious for our large group. Plenty do do at the house and in the area-definitely take advantage of the private beach for serene sunsets! Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us!

Beautiful retreat with family
Our family loved this home. We spent most of our time outside on the deck which easily accommodated 8 people. Great size for family and friends. Kitchen was perfect with open concept into the living area. Every single bed was equally comfortable (I tested them). Thanks for a great stay! We’ll definitely want to come back again :)

Amazing Tahoe large family house
What a beautiful large home. This was the nicest high-quality house we’ve ever had in years of renting in Tahoe. Everything you need is there and lots of lake toys too.

Great family retreat!
We wanted to treat our three adult kids, their partners and our grandchild to a fun and relaxing week together. The Carnelian Bay home exceeded our expectations! Not only is the home situated beautifully and conveniently on a generous lot with pine trees and space for yard games (provided), but the owner has furnished the home with all you could want for comfort and convenience. We especially loved the deck for everything from morning coffee to family games and evening chats around the gas fire pit. Our cooks especially loved the kitchen. The location is remote enough for quiet but close enough to hikes and water play on all sides of the lake. The homeowners beach was pleasantly private. Richard was quick to respond to questions. We’d do it again!

Relaxing Family Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Cedar Flat home. The accommodations were clean and well maintained, and the property was very nicely and thoughtfully appointed both inside and out in a quiet, forested neighborhood. The owners responded quickly to our inquiries and provided thorough, detailed responses. We enjoyed many of the referrals to restaurants and activities provided in the onsite guest book. The private beach access was a hit with our family, especially during the heatwave that hit during our stay. We are thankful for the opportunity to gather at this outstanding property to enjoy time with our adult children and hope to return one day to create more wonderful memories.
