Perfect weekend getaway.

The location was amazing, in a beautiful gated community with friendly neighbors. With a party of 7, each room had their own thermostat for anyone’s liking. Hours spent at the fire on the deck, and in the hot tub cooking at the grill. Game room was very fun, with a gaming console set up, comfy movie theatre style chairs and a foosball table. We went for a walk and met a friendly family of neighbors who showed us a great place to overlook Cle Elum. Beds were comfortable for the whole group, warm and cozy for the cold October night.

Fantastic home fully equipped for a family with small kids (has boosters, pack n play, toys, plastic dishes) and comfortable for one couple or two families. Two living rooms both with tvs provide evening relaxation. Foseball and board games keep the kids entertained. Outdoor seating and hot tub were great for the adults. Kitchen has everything and more that you will need with plenty of plates, glasses, pots and utensils. Ice maker is a bit slow, so we picked up ice in town.

Property was easy to find with easy access, a little icy on the walkway so needed a little TLC to get grandma into the house. The house has a great layout filled with so many amenities especially for our kiddos. We were extremely impressed with the amount of toys provided with the rental. The only issue was the Wi-Fi was not working and we needed it for some work related business and the cell reception wasn’t good enough to accomplish that. We contacted Vacasa via phone and sat on hold for an hour before switching to their text mode. Took 5 hours for a response. It is advertised that Vacasa is available 24/7 but that is not what we experienced so thankfully it was nothing emergent like a burst pipe or something. The next morning we were contacted by a contractor of Vacasa who came to the house to try to fix the router problem as it is not accessible to us renters, but he was not able to get the Wi-Fi to work. The Wi-Fi did not work as advertised and support from Vacasa was terrible but the house was amazing and suited all our other needs spectacularly. Would stay again!!

We had a great time on our Christmas getaway. There was lots of snow to play in and everything we could have wanted for two adventurous toddlers.

Loved the location. Very quiet, the house was comfortable and had most anything you could need for a family vacation, especially young children. On the down side the house needs a good thorough cleaning. There was trash on the front porch and in the driveway and trash on the back deck and yard. The house had cobb webs, food crumbs on the floors, and dirty pots and pans. For such a nice house it was disappointing to have to sweep the floors before we let the kids play.

Big property , really peaceful, the only bad thing is that the description said 2 bathrooms and is only 1full and one 1/2, also there is not a/c and in July inside the house is too hot...

I wish it were clearer in the listing that this house had no internet and no cell service in the area.
I also wish it were clearer in the listing this home was rented out by a property management company--VACASA. Would have been nice to speak with or text with a person.
It was not clear in the listing that this home was in a gated community--and the gate code provided by the company VACASA was incorrect. There was no one to call when we were stuck at the gate. I had to get the gate code from a resident entering the community.
Overall the home was a nice place to stay. The hot tub was clean, as was the rest of the home.

Great spot for families
This place is ideally set up for one or two families with young children. It has bunk beds and a big play area upstairs. The house is stocked with toys, puzzles, and games. Outdoors there is a tree swing, homemade mini soccar goal, a fire pit and lots of room for kids to run around and explore. The game room has a foosball table, a TV and three theater-style seats.
We didn't have children with us, but enjoyed watching movies and sitting in the hot tub after a day of exploring the area. The walking trail from Cle Elum to Roslyn was great and there are cute shops, restaurants and pubs in Roslyn.
The house was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended.

Great very private homeq
Wonderful, very well equipped, super private and secluded vacation home. Great layouts separating children and parents for peace and quiet. A ton of toys for different ages. Sled right behind the house. Fun and big hot top

A great escape
The house is clean and fresh, was plenty of space for the 4 of us, our school-aged kids LOVED the foosball, hot tub, and sledding in the yard. Local roads were nicely plowed, and the driveway was plowed of deeper snow but definitely needed 4wd/awd while we were there.

Great home for families with little kids!
Heads up, no WIFI, missed that when I booked it but with all the DVDs available (more for adults so I’d bring some for little ones) lots of toys and board games and plenty of space to run and play outside with tire swings and slides, our kids were never bored! We would stay there again! I’m happy they didn’t have any personal screen time during that time. House was clean and the huge king beds with the tempurpedic mattresses were comfy!

The perfect wilderness getaway!
This house exceeded our expectations! We were pleasantly surprised of how spacious the property is. Very private and scenic. The wooded area brought about deer throughout the day! In the evening on the deck you felt as though there was a filter placed over your eyes it was so beautiful! The jacuzzi was nice and there were so many little additions like horseshoe in the yard, a swing in the tree, hammocks, it was perfect. We made use of the bbq and enjoyed dinner on the deck under the hanging lights. There are so many movies in the house that you don't even notice there's no wifi. We had a movie night and did not run out of options. Everything about this place was great. We hope to return when there is snow on the ground! One thing to note is there is no laundry soap provided so pack some with you.

Perfect Retreat!
This house is very charming and tucked away in a quiet, peaceful, wooded area. There is a lot of space for lawn activities and playing outside. Some of the amenities we enjoyed were hot tub, movie/game room, full kitchen with large dining table. Also the beds were comfortable and overall the place was very clean. It is very accessible from Seattle and a perfect way to escape the city!

Wonderful Retreat
A beautiful property that had accommodations for every age group. A well equipped kitchen that allowed multiple cooks and delicious meals under the shining stars.
Easy to find and directions were fantastic. Extremely kid friendly coming with toys, game - crib and much more. A retreat for romance, friends or a family. This place had it all!

Beautiful natural setting
A group of girls and I stayed at this house for a week long horse show in Cle Elum. The home was a short drive to downtown and the horse park. The hot tub was perfect for sore muscles after a long day. And the setting was very relaxing.

We were a spontaneous booking. Thanks to Jillian on the other end of the phone, 2 best friends got set up in a dream home on a dream location with a hot tub that did not disappoint! Time out and looking forward to booking with Vacasa in the future!! Thank you Jillian!!😍

Great Getaway!
Loved the nature and great accommodations. The town and restaurants are only about a 10 minute drive away. Grocery store and great country hardware store in the little town of Cle Elum make this like a home away from home. Loved the stay!

Everything we needed
This house was clean and comfortable. Great movie/game room. Make sure to get the gate code (separate from house code) before you go as my phone lost reception at the gate and the code was in an email. House had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and hot tub. No WiFi. Excellent choice!

great cabin
This was a great space for kiddos. Clean, spacious, hot tub was great. There was no internet (which was fine) but we wanted to do a little hiking. A trails book sould have been nice since we did not have internet access. Overall, a great stay

Made for a fun weekend!
We went for a weekend getaway. The house has a lot of cool things, like a swing set, hot tub, board games, and movies/theater style that the kids loved. The kitchen was stocked well. Very clean. The weather was a little wonky, but it was April so we expected it. We did have trouble getting in through the gate at the start of the community. The code I was texted didn’t work and I messaged on the app but got a response that I had no trip reservation..?? Luckily the landscaper let us in and the code worked on the front door of the house. Over all, a fun trip!

Perfect house for a family getaway
The house was really clean and well stocked with toiletries. Loved all the stuff they had available for kids, including a potty seat and step stool! We also loved the outdoors around the house, specially watching all the deers that would make a daily appearance on the property.

Home wasn’t cleaned nor was the hot tub.
Trashed not taken out, floors not swept, beds not changed over between guests, hot tub was DISGUSTING. In the time of Covid, these things are super important and they fell way short. Also, no WiFi or internet at the property.

Great House and Location
The house was very accommodating, especially for families with small children. The spacious lot, swing set, slide, and daily visits from deer made it a wonderful getaway for both the parents and the kids.
Unfortunately, during our stay, the house in the next lot up hosted a massive house party and concert on the Saturday evening of our trip. There must have been over one hundred people and the live music was blasting from 7pm to 1am. It was so loud that it was waking the children up even though they were sleeping in their rooms with the sound machines on.
The other down side was the property management. They said they could not accommodate early check-in due to Covid cleaning requirements (ok, that's fair). But when we arrived at 4:30pm, 30 minutes after check-in, they still were not done cleaning. Seeing the restless toddlers needing to pee and stretch their legs, the cleaning crew left so we could get settled. This meant that not only were they late but the house ended up being quite dirty in places and definitely not to the standards they were claiming. So far no response from them.
All in all the house was great, the children had a blast, and we would definitely stay here again. Maybe the owners can find alternative property management?

Great wildlife
Pros: Great location and easy access to the great outdoors. The space was the perfect size and the hot tub was delightful. If you want to see wildlife, this is the place!
Cons: The house could use a deep clean. The floor in the game room was dirty and food could be seen under the TV stand when sitting. Also, the duvet covers appeared to not be washed regularly - we found a bandaid stuck to one. Items were tossed in closets and drawers.
We would love to come back but when paying for cleaning and a vacation getaway, we would expect a cleaner and more organized space.

Beautiful home and surrounding property
The house is beautiful and the layout is perfect for our family and would be great for multiple families. The kids play area and the theater room were a huge hit. The house is very private and we enjoyed all the outdoor space. Only complaint is the hot-tub water was filled with floating mold and unusable which was a bummer because that was a big reason we chose this house.

Mixed
We had difficulty getting responses from the e-mails and texts that I received and had an e-mail that said that they would get us the WiFi password - which ended up not having WiFi and that was fine but frustrating as I would have brought different things to do if I had known ahead of time.We arrived at the house 15min early and the cleaning lady was still there so we waited in the car for 1/2hr before we could go in and also made note that she was not wearing a mask or gloves. We found that the bathroom downstairs had a toilet paper roll that was basically out and there were no other rolls in the house. The other bathroom had no hand soap and the mirror hadn’t been cleaned. The kitchen table was dirty and the carpet under it hadn’t been vacuumed and the toaster oven was dirty and we felt that there should have been a new scrubbing sponge rather than one that had obviously been used. We also were expecting to use the hot tub but it was filthy and knowing how a hot tub should be cared for we knew that it needed to be drained, the filter replaced and thoroughly cleaned before being filled again. I called to let someone know that we needed supplies and about the hot tub and someone delivered TP and hand soap that evening and then proceeded to clean the tub for over an hour. We opted not to use it as it still had scum along the edges and there was so much chlorine in it that when we would sit at the table next to it ,outside ,our eyes would burn. All of that aside the house was very nice w/ comfortable furniture and had tons of fun things to do as a family. For us staying in a house during this time was scary and we,fortunately, brought our own cleaning supplies, since there wasn’t any at the house, and did our own cleaning (which is how we found out what had been cleaned and what hadn’t) and I would say that this made us realize that we won’t be doing it again for a long time.

We loved staying here with two other couples. Plenty of space for everyone. Felt private in the woods, but not creepy. Woodsy decor. Beautiful place to stay in Cle Elem!

Great getaway for kids
This house is truly an escape from the big city, though you are only 10 minutes to the town of Cle Elum. My toddler loved the kids books, the slide, and seeing a deer eating right outside our window! No cable/internet and limited cell phone connectivity, so you will truly disconnect. Nice walk uphill to a lookout point where you can see the snow-covered mountains. Gated community so you will feel safe at night. Fun collection of DVDs and a record player! House was clean and everything in the kitchen and bathrooms worked well. We would stay again!

Family Getaway
Very cute house - my family had a great time exploring the woods, watching the deer, roasting marshmallows and playing in the game room at night.
Only downfalls were the awful buzzing noise from the high power lines all day and night long which are just a few yards away. The hot tub was dirty and we could not find any laundry soap. We couldn’t take out the trash because the cans outside were already packed full.
We did have a fantastic time - now knowing what the house entails we would book again - but bring more kid friendly items, laundry soap and pillows
