Loved the property. Was perfect for our needs. Really nice decore. Unfortunately dealing with Vacasa, the third party manager was incredibly obnoxious. Our stay was so great, we were able to ignore them.

This was a very comfortable house that really had a family-home vibe. It was so bright and open- I loved all that sunshine pouring in. had everything we needed, especially lots of couch space for collapsing into after a long day of skiing.

We all enjoyed our stay very much, both kids and adults.

This was a large house, very convenient to the ski resort. We are two families with young kids and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was nice and there are areas upstairs and downstairs to hang out. The one complaint was the guest shower upstairs did not drain well.

House was very beautiful with exceptional space and exquisite furnishings. However, it was advertised as a ski in/ski out. and it was a corner lot house in a neighborhood. So snowshoeing from the house was out of the question, which is what we wanted to do. Neighbors were very nice, but be warned if you have kiddos, cause people rarely stopped at the stops signs.

House was great, location was perfect for our Cascade Express Marathon, but the Wi-fi didn’t work and the there wasn’t much hot water at night!! I reached out to the Customer Service, the only thing they did was apologize and say they will alert the local ground team and someone will get in touch will us and nobody did!! We were there for 4 days, I work from home so internet was super important and these guys didn’t care! Even after we left, I ask if we can get some kind of discount
or reimbursement and they just ignored my request.

We had a great weekend, the location is amazing. We did wish it was a little cleaner - there was dog hair all over the house and in some of the beds. Secondly, neither of the garage doors worked which would have been nice to know beforehand. That said, kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks!

The location of this facility on East Snoqualmie pass provides great access to local parks, lakes, recreational areas, the iron goat trail and tunnel, and adequate basic grocery supply locations. If you have an electronic vehicle, there is a charger less than a mile to the west, which currently provides free Lower speed charging to give you enough energy to drive down to North end, if required – that’s an excellent plus!
The house is clean, spacious, very bright with great sunlight and tree, and very dog-friendly inside!

As noted in other reviews this is not a true ski in ski out property. Very close to the Hyak base area but a bit of a walk involved. Overall, the home was beautiful and clean aside from a few dirty dishes put away in the cabinets - likely an honest oversight. Very spacious and cozy! WiFi was quite slow for streaming services but worked after some patience. Check out is listed in the home manual as 11am and 10am on the VRBO listing - a little confusion there and no option to slightly extend check out.
Great stay overall aside from the few minor notes above!

Wonderful home close to skiing and entertainment. My family enjoyed being together.

It is a bit misleading saying it is a “ski in and ski out; it’s not and hasn’t been for a good while. You have to drive to the ski areas as The Summit is no longer offering a shuttle to various areas. If you go during or after a good snow be aware the drive to the garage is steep, very narrow and short. They do not do anything to clean the drive and there’s no deicer to put down. My husband and my grandson spent hours shoveling the snow and ice and the neighbor was kind enough to help pull my 4 wheel drive out of the driveway because I couldn’t get the truck out. This is a big problem so be sure you have a vehicle with either snow tires or chains.

Comfortable, cozy and perfect for our family. We cooked thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of space to relax and enjoy time together.

Having use of the garage was huge for us to store our extra bikes. Nice layout and has all the little things to make cooking in a delight.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway, and we loved the house itself along with the lovely scenery around it! There is so much seating in the house itself, making it easy to play games and eat together. Additionally, we could very comfortably fit 9 adults.
