家族向けではなかったな。。。

窓からの景色　駅からすぐ　漫画の中に入ってしまったような壁紙　

アメニティの案内を受付時にして欲しかった。スリッパが酷すぎた。パジャマと書いてあったが　ズボンがないタイプだった。子供向けのパジャマがない。浴槽がない。テーブルが小さすぎる　椅子が一つしかない。ツインなのに

ツインと思って予約したが、掛け布団がダブル1枚だったのが想定外で驚いた

部屋着には気をつけて

・2つの駅に近く、どちらも直結した通路がありとても便利・ロビーにコーヒーマシンがあり、朝は小さなパンの朝食を頂ける・ベッドのマットレスはとても寝心地が良かった

・ロビーで取った部屋着を着ようとしたら、獣臭と下水臭を混ぜたような匂いでびっくりして床に投げ捨てた。心配になってベッドも確認したらシーツは所々に黄ばみや薄いシミ、2つある枕の1つはオジサン臭がしていた。ベッドカバーもよく見たらコーヒー？のシミだらけ。布類の清潔感が非常に残念だった。

A great option for those planning the end of their Japan trip

Well situated near hamamatsucho station giving a direct line to Hameda airport on the monorail, or a couple train stops to Tokyo station. Anyone planning the end of their trip in Tokyo Japan departing Haneda should consider it. The price is also very reasonable especially since the hotel is clean and has a nice manga-style aesthetic which is quite unique.

Small room but that's common in Tokyo.

Would use again. Great value for money.

Exceptionally clean. Nice open lobby area with free refreshments. Hot water and microwave for you to bring your own food in and prepare/eat.

The room was slightly small but still ok for 1-2 nights.

Could be a convenience stay for 1 night, however the marks and stains are hard to ignore.

- Clean bathroom - Good view - Helpful staff - Bag Locker system - Closeness to convenience store and train station - Impressive interactive map screens in the lobby.

- Very dirty floor in room - Very dirty floor in the hallway - Found an orange mandarin under the bed - Many marks on the walls - Felt like room was cleaned for 5mins before we entered - Didn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the Hotel

駅から近くリーズナブルなこと。朝のパンも美味しかった

エレベーターがなかなかこない。特に朝は酷かった。段ボールなどの資材販売があると良いとおもいました。

Bang for the buck!

The location is superb, just a minute (or two) away from Yurikamome Takeshiba Station. There's a Family Mart at the ground floor and some restaurants (like Sukiya, etc.) nearby. Staff were also helpful and responsive to our queries and requests. Will definitely stay at Hotel Tavinos Hamamatsucho again on my next visit to Tokyo!

L’emplacement près de la station pour accéder à la baie de Tokyo est très pratique. La vue depuis notre chambre était superbe le soir !

Chambre petite donc compliqué avec 4 bagages, plus adapté à une personne seule ou des personnes en sac à dos

Great finish to our stay in Japan.

The location was great right near the harbour and train stations. The hotel was nicely decorated. Family mart right underneath for convenience.

Very convenient for exploring Tokyo

The Hotel was close to 2 metro stations and away from the busy Tokyo central station. The rooms are small but clean.

Very quirky furnishings and great location.

I didnt like that the double bed was 2 single beds pushed CLOSE together but you couldn't actually push them together fully and hence you have a big dip in the middle

Comfortable and convenient

Great location, easy to reach from the airport or train. Only a short walk from the station. There is a Family Mart open 24 hours next door with good range of food. Rooms are very comfortable with great shower. All very clean and well maintained.

Coffee in reception could be stronger. Tea is available as an alternative. The free breakfast snacks were an added bonus.

During my recent stay in Tokyo, I had the pleasure of experiencing the hospitality of Hotel Tavinos Hamamatsucho. Nestled in a prime location, this hotel offers not only convenience but also excellent value for money. Pros: - close to Haneda Airport (20 mins monorail) -family mart right around corner close to trains/bus -good choices of food nearby since its located in the financial district - hotel staff at Hotel Tavinos Hamamatsucho impressed me with their exceptional service and warm hospitality. -free coffee in the morning in lobby

Hotel is in a nice area, has a Family Mart downstairs and is close to train lines.

The pillow was flat and we were unable to have another as there were none left.

Great location and beautiful view.

I wasn't too happy with the bedding as everything kept slipping off and the slippers that were provided were paper thin.

Cool looking place in a quiet area.

This was a really cool looking place. I had a really great view of the bay from my room. The free coffee and tea in the common area was nice. And they also bread in the morning. There’s a convenience store downstairs if you need anything. The location was nice and quiet.

The room was pretty small. It was fine for me as a solo traveler but it’s a tight fit for more than one. The bed took up like 75% of the room. The bathroom, towels, and bedsheets were clean, but on my third morning there the top comforter blanket untucked from the foot of my bed and I saw a stain on the blanket on the part that was tucked under (like someone spilled a drink on it or something). They change bedding on the third day so I checked when I got back that night and I had a new clean blanket and sheets so all was good. There were also some stains on the carpet and on the walls too.

Great stay

Handy location for exploring the Odaiiba area. Clean & colourful.

Arrived half an hour early but couldn't check in any early, however there was safe luggage storage area for bags so not really a major issue
