Excellent location, 1 subway stop from Shibuya and walking distance to the cherry blossoms along the river at Nakameguro. Rooms are clean, though very small. Staff were very friendly. Great amenities in the lobby, including free drinks and ice cream.
Would have been helpful if we could have checked into one of our 3 rooms early as we arrived at 8am and check in wasn’t until 3pm. Paying 500yen to store our cases was a bit disappointing

Clean and comfortable. Great location and access to convenience stores as well as local metro system
Toilet seat was smaller than other hotels i've stayed at in Japan. Don't think the fridge in my room was working correctly but I wasn't using it anyway

The location was great and the staff were lovely. Great amenities too.
Nothing!

Great stay and really convenient location, walking distance to Nakameguro, Shibuya and Otomesando. 7-11 and supermarket right next to the hotel. Free soft drinks and softice were nice. Very helpful reception.
Our towels were changed daily. Obviously great service, but not too friendly for the environment.

Excellent location close to subway station and the Meguro Gawa for running and some nice coffee shops and bars.
A really nice little lobby/cafe area at the front.
Lack of natural light in the rooms, but this is normal for hotels in Tokyo at this price point.

The rooms are extremely small, even by japanese standards. You barely can open your suitcase.
It's not really in Shibuya, rather in Maguro, and quite a walk (20 minutes) from Shibuya. Located on a big avenue with an enormous overpass and full of cars, so expect some noise.
Rooms are totally overpriced for the quality it offers.

Great location near Shibuya and Meguro with good access to train stations. We appreciated the free hot drinks, soft drinks and ice cream available in the lobby.
The rooms are smaller than UK hotel rooms but a decent size for such a central location in Tokyo.

New facilities and rooms- which will only be new for a while
Overpriced and I wouldn’t say it’s in Shibuya at all- it’s in Meguro. Check out time is at 10. It was the smallest room I’ve had in Tokyo

Closer to everything

The location of the property is what I loved and the staff. The size of the room was small but to be expected. Would stay there again.

Excellent service and location. Close to everything but not in the super busy area. Very clean.
Rooms/bathrooms are small but i guess they all are in that area.

The location is 1 station away from Shibuya on the Den-en-toshi line, which takes only about 10 minutes in total commuting from Shibuya.

Location and price and comfort 👌
8.0
The place was very good, few minutes to the station. it is just one station to Shibuya through the Denentoshi line. Convenience stores and restaurants are just nearby. The room were very comfortable and relatively good space compared to the general hotel rooms in Japan. I think it is a little bit expensive as no much facilities in the hotel. Good WiFi as well.
It is economic hotel so no much facilities like Gym or restaurant. in the lobby there are coffee and you can buy drinks. Only two coin washing machines.

Location, clean and modern facilities, lounge area at lobby
Unable to open the window and also the window was smoke screened so I could not see outside so I felt a little closed in

I had a coffee from their free drink bar at the front desk and the staff was nice.

20 second walk to McDonald's and 7 Eleven. As well as free cups and refreshments machine at the lobby.
That the doors back to the hotel close at 1am.

It was very clean, the staff were very polite and it was located in a good area. Great value for money.
The breakfast was very limited.

Room was modern and they gave you pj's.
The staff BARELY spoke any English. I attempted to get into my room at 17:00pm because I had a work call and wanted a quiet space to take notes. My card wouldn't work so I was unable to enter my room. I went to the reception and explained my situation to the staff, the lady who started calling and typing on her keyboard told me the card was blocked and then said: " room cleaning, okay now". I went up to my room and tried the card one more time and it still wouldn't work, so I went downstairs AGAIN. 3 staff members were there and could do nothing to solve my situation and allow me back into my room so I suggested the lady takes her master card to buzz me up. She did and after a whole hour I was FINALLY allowed back into my room. To this day it still makes no sense why they would block my card even if they were cleaning and why they took so long to solve a simple situation.
