About this apartment rental
Copper Junction is one of the best locations at Copper Mountain! This true ski-in/ski-out condo is just steps from the American Eagle and Flyer lifts. It is a corner unit, and boasts expansive views of the ski mountain to the north and sunset vistas to the west.
This condo has a full kitchen, mountain view and it sleeps 8 people! A fraction of the cost of 2 hotel rooms and you have a kitchen, so you'll save on meals too!
Enjoy the freshly remodeled kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, tile flooring, and open kitchen/dining area. We added a huge flat screen TV with DVD player, gas fireplace, and new furniture. You can sleep 8 people comfortably in this condo, for a set nightly rate. Two in the master bedroom, four in the second bedroom and two in the sofa bed.
But, please note that if you're looking for luxury or premium accommodations, Copper Junction is not the condo for you. The building was built in 1973 and has not changed much since. But, if you're looking for a convenient and roomy home for your fully-charged ski vacation, you'll love this unit. Most of our guests love the condo and its location - we have many repeat customers. But those of you who are happiest in upscale, luxury accommodations, then please check out the Cirque or the Cache!
Compare this 1057 square foot condo with other 2-bedroom condos and you'll see that you get lots more space for your money. The bedrooms are bigger than most of the newer condo bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. For extra convenience, there is a third bathroom in the hallway. In the master bedroom there is a king bed and a glass-enclosed balcony. The second bedroom has two queen beds, and there is a sleeper-sofa in the living room.
Our condo offers a fully-equipped kitchen and two patio/balconies with amazing views of the ski mountain and Copper's Burning Stones Plaza in the center village. It's a great location for all seasons, with easy access to the slopes in the winter. The rest of the year, from the comfort of the balcony, enjoy Sunsation, Copper Country, Yarmony Fest and all the impressive live music lineups.
Copper Junction was built in 1973, so it has the large floorplan. And it's been partially remodeled, so it offers the best of both worlds - lots of room and some updates. Don't forget that this location can't be beat! The living and dining area is open, bright and spacious compared to many of the newer units at Copper. Modern updates include granite countertops, huge flat screen TV w/DVD player, TV's in each bedroom, new sofa-bed, kitchen table and chairs, new bedding, free wireless internet, a ski locker room on the ground level slopeside and a gas fireplace.
The resort shuttle stops are right in front of the Copper Junction building. These buses take you to all resort destinations. Take a quick 5 minute walk, or 1 minute shuttle ride to the athletic club where you'll find a heated pool, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, weight room and cardio machines.
Copper Mountain is located in the heart of Colorado ski country. Vail, Breckenridge, and Keystone are all 20 minutes away. Arapahoe Basin and Loveland are just 25 minutes away. Beaver Creek and Ski Cooper are 30 minutes away. And Winter Park, Steamboat Springs and Monarch are only 90 minutes away.

Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay. If you are planning on cooking, the kitchen is rather tight.
One of the toilets apparently had some kind of a clog down the line because it had to be plunged to flush water... the master bathroom tub faucet/knob was loose in the wall. I was afraid it would pull out, just trying to turn the water on. It would be nice to have extra wash cloths in the bathrooms! 1 washcloth per towel is not enough for 5 days!! Also, only 1 dishcloth and 1 towel in the kitchen. Its unsanitary to dry your hands and your dishes with the sane towel! With all that beng said, it was a comfortable enough place to stay. We were only in the house between 7pm and 9 am, with plenty of stuff to do in the area. Would definitely stay again, with the addition of a another towel in the kitchen, a hotpad or two in kitchen ( pots and pans provided, but no hotpad to get them out of the oven with!), and a few more washcoths for the bathrooms (its kind of gross to use the same washcloth for 4-5 days for face and shower)!

The location and size were ideal!

Everything was 10/10 EXCEPT the parking and check in situation. You need a parking pass displayed on your dash so you can arrive the morning of check in to ski all day and then go check in without parking at another lot. Same applies the next day when you check out! You’re supposed to return the pass at check out but if you’re planning on skiing all day, you’re out of luck! Other than that, I’d recommend this for multiple day trips!

Multi-generational occupants were comfortable and loved the location. Condo is older and a little "tired" but pretty well-equipped for our stay of 5 nights. Free Parking was great. Location is nearly perfect to the village, lifts, and free Copper Village transportation.

Great location, clean & plenty of space. Ski lockers are next to the door that goes out to the Eagle BBQ patio on the 1st floor & gondola is just steps away. Be aware that parking spaces are very tight and there is a fee for overnight parking in the overflow lot if you have more than one vehicle.

Great 2 bedroom 3 bath condo located right in center village. Awesome location, ski lockers. Only downside is parking under building is very tight and only for 1 car. Overflow parking is far away

I 70 was closed so delayed a day but access and accommodations, plus view of the mountain made it all worth the struggles to get there 👍

This condo needs new furniture immediately. The furniture is not comfortable and old. also the kitchen needs more utensils and cooking tools like a baking sheet. The light bulb hanging in the refrigerator is tacky and dangerous! Also more towels are needed

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway. Very spacious bedrooms. The enclosed porch was nice, overlooking the ski mountain and plaza. Nice and quiet compared to other skit towns in the summer, but close enough to Breck and Vail if you want some added excitement. Such a great family place! Lots of fun stuff for kids. All the workers at Cooper were so nice and friendly! Will be back next year and bring my grandkids!

Perfectly described and worked great for our family of 5 skiing. Can’t get any closer to the lift.

What a gem! The ease of living is spectacular with this unit. You can get in and out with no problem and with stuff and kids it's a game changer. We loved the space this unit offered. Just what we needed and can't wait to book it again:)

Great location. Ski right to the condo building. Parking is tight with an SUV but could still fit. Three bathrooms was nice.

Great place close to lifts
8.0
Great location in the middle of Copper. Super easy access to the lift, even a small beginners area where I spents hours with my 2.5 year old grandson. Close for lunch breaks.
But the condo was kind of dated, old carpet that was pulling up along kitchen/livingroom transition (grandson got his foot pocked by carpet tack board). Tabke & chairs were a little rickety.
But that probably won't stop us for considering it again next year.

The condo has an amazing view of the slopes and center village. Starbucks is right out the door if you are a fan. The sunroom is a great place to relax and read, or people watch. The location is right in the heart of Copper Center Village and a few steps from the shuttle line.

Our extended family stayed here. The three bathrooms are very convenient. It's a great location. Our toddler grandkids spent their afternoons playing on the enclosed patio while watching all the activity below. (Note: The activity is seen but not heard.)

Perfect location! When we needed to hop on the bus to go to west village, we were right next to the bus stop. When we needed to buy tickets, we were right above where you can buy tickets! When we wanted to ride American Eagle, we walked right to it!
Great place, great room! We will be staying here again!

The location is outstanding. Since we watched the children in the morning, allowing parents to ski, the proximity to the lifts made trade off very easy. Covered parking is not guaranteed but we got lucky. Could do with a decent frying pan. The one that is there is old and bowed. Information that was given regarding transportation is not current so an update on this would be appreciated.

Can’t beat the location!!

Cant beat the location and view. Condo is old and could use some sturdy updated more functionable furniture. Beds were VERY uncomfortable-mattress toppers could really help. Couch barley fit two adults. cushioned chairs are small and tables and chairs wobbly. Fry pan handle was about to fall off. We did not sleep well any night-strange noises in queen bedroom-loud people in common area outside and snow equipment all night making noise.
it would not take much to update the furniture to make it much more accommodating and enhance the experience of having a slope side unit.

This condo fit our needs perfectly! It was spacious, clean, and our family of 6 was able to easily cook in the condo and had great access to amenities. I cannot overstate how close we were to the lifts and how easy it was to come in for lunch or a break. The lockers for our skis were perfect, so we didn't have to lug them anywhere at night. Right outside the condo door is a long "church pew" which is perfect for putting on and taking off boots. Given the ages of our kids, they were able to wander the shops, restaurants, and bars and we easily walked to restaurants. The unit had an amazing sunroom that we sat in every morning drinking our coffee watching Copper Mountain wake up. The fireplace made the place cozy when it was a little chilly. Even the coffee table was the perfect size for our family to do a puzzle!
Yes, it is a little outdated, but that didn't bother us one bit as it was clean and spacious. Thank you for a great stay! Now if you could just could have had Southwest Airlines not cancel our flight (we drove home 31 hours to Wash, DC), our trip would have been perfect. Ha!

Great place. Everything worked as it should. Just a tip. If you are traveling with a big vehicle (in our case Yukon), it might be difficult to find parking near the condo. We lucked out and found a perfect spot but there is probably only3-4 spots for larger vehicles.

Great location near lifts. Older unit.
Property is right in Central Village and near lifts. This is an older building / unit with basic amenities. If location is most critical factor, then you will be very satisfied. Unit has not been updated but is clean.

Great Center Village Condo steps from Gondola
What a great center village condo! Steps from the gondola. Right at the base of the mountain at Center Village. Really good barbecue restaurant right out the door. The condo itself was very clean, with two bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a sunroom looking out over Center Village Square. We had a great time. We will rent this condo again. Highly recommend.

Awesome location!
This location cannot be beat! The convenience to the lift was certainly the best thing! Although it is in need of some updating, this was a clean place. We had issues with showers not being hot but we learned very quickly to go at different times and to avoid one of the showers. There was also temperature differences in each room, but that was not a big deal. Overall, we would return!

Perfect location just steps from the gondola. Spacious condo with great views

Excellent location! Easy to access everything!
The condo location was awesome but the condition of it was old. The dishwasher was rusty, the middle bathroom fan cover fell off in the middle of the night, there was black mold on the outside of the shower door in the far bath, the floors of the tubs needed to be resurfaced, there were no tub stoppers so could not take a bath, the pans were old and rusty, the furniture was wobbly and some unsafe and overall we expected more for the price we paid … a Sleep Inn hotel room was better than this. We did not expect new but we did expect clean and acceptable … it was more like Walmart quality instead of Target quality.. We enjoyed our visit but would choose another unit.

Great location but issues
No cold water in the kitchen, two out of three hair dryers were broken and there was no spare toilet paper so we ran out. Run down compared to other properties in the same building. Disappointing for the rate we paid per night.

Amazing location right outside the lift, convenient ski locker. The property is dated but has a great layout. Minor maintenance issues (missing light bulbs, missing remote batteries, stuck windows) but otherwise was great.

Awesome Condo!
We had a great experience with this property. It was very clean, the property manager was very responsive to any and all questions we had, and the location is absolutely ideal. It was so nice being able to come off the slopes, run up to the room to grab something or take a quick break, and then quickly get right back on the lift. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
