About this apartment rental
This great corner unit is located in Passage Point. From its location on the 1st floor of Passage Point it has views of the ski hill and the beautiful Ten Mile range. We purchased this condo in the summer of 2014. We continue to make improvements to our condo through out the years. Since we have owned it, we have replaced all of the furniture and have installed new light fixtures to brighten it up. In the 2nd bedroom we installed two sets of Twin XL bunk beds with new mattresses, big enough for adults. We remodeled the kitchen and entry bathroom, with all new cabinets, counter tops, tile floors, and stainless steel appliances. We put new carpet in bedrooms and living room, new tile in kitchen, entry way, and 2nd bathroom. We added some barn wood accent walls. Also we added ceiling fans in both bedrooms and family room.
There are several advantage of being on the enclosed end of the 1st floor. No hallway noise. You have access to the slopes, the pool and hot tubs, the ski lockers and the fitness room without the need to get on the elevators. Easy access to the 2nd floor laundry room via lobby stairs to 2nd floor.
This great condominium is located in Copper Mountain's bustling center village. Just steps away from the ski lift, this fabulous condominium is perfect for a get-away at Summit County's best winter ski resort. Our unit is on the first floor of Passage Point, featuring 12-foot ceilings with large windows. As a corner unit, our condominium has a large balcony with fantastic views of both the Ten Mile Range and the ski slope.
This elegantly appointed condominium has a king bed in the master bedroom and two sets of XL twin bunks (length as long as a Queen/King beds) in the 'bunk room'. In addition there is a comfortable queen-sized sofa-sleeper in the living area. It comfortably sleeps 8. The unit also has a full-service kitchen and eat-in dining space for cooking and dining at home. Relax and enjoy a movie beside the fireplace in the living room area.
Passage Point is the most requested lodging available at Copper Mountain. Your reservations include access to an on site work-out facility, ski lockers, two hot tubs, and a small heated pool. With over 300 inches of snowfall annually, Copper Mountain rivals the big-name Colorado ski resorts. However, with limited on site lodging, Copper Mountain is one of the most sought-after destinations resorts in Colorado.
For the winter, Copper Mountain has a wide selection of après-ski, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy ice-skating on the pond in the center village or sit by the fire pit and soak in the mountain air and make s'mores. Copper Mountain features one of the best ski schools in the country.
For the summer, Copper Mountain has a wide range of summer activities in the village, Mountain Coaster, Golf Course, scenic chairlift rides, hiking, mountain and road biking, climbing wall, bumper boats, go-karts, zip-line, and others. There is a beautiful paved bike trail that takes you to Frisco or Vail. If that is not enough, take 12 minute drive to Frisco and enjoy water activities on Lake Dillion, explore all the towns nearby, go shopping at the Outlet Malls in Silverthorne, explore all the beautiful trails outside of Copper Mountain, the list goes on.

ABOUT COPPER MOUNTAIN: Known as the 'Local's Favorite,' Copper Mountain is the largest ski and snowboard resort in Summit County. It is also the only ski resort that features naturally separated terrain, allowing beginners, intermediates, and experts to ski and ride on their own distinct areas of the mountain. Its central location (situated between Breckenridge/Keystone to the east and Vail to the west) makes it ideal for guests who want to get out and enjoy other resorts as well.
With 2,433 acres of ski-able terrain, Copper Mountain is the least crowded mountain resort area in Summit County, Colorado. Despite being the biggest, it has the least amount of lodging units available which is the main reason for Copper's uncrowded lifts and runs. With its naturally divided ski terrain that separates skiers by ability across the mountain, Copper has been called 'the most nearly perfect ski mountain in the United States' by the Forest Service.
It's also known as the Local's Favorite. Perhaps that's due to Copper's long, steep mogul runs, or its ample above-timberline open bowl skiing. True ski-in, ski-out units within steps of the American Eagle Lift.
Located on Copper Road, Passage Point is just a few steps to the Free Copper Shuttle that services the entire resort including the Ski School program in Union Creek as well as the East Village. The Summit Stage serves surrounding communities such as Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthrone.
The first floor location means you can get to the slopes without using the elevator. That's a big bonus during busy ski weekends. You'll be on the lift while those on the upper floors are still waiting for the elevator.

Just returned from a 4 night stay and had a great experience! Five adults (two parents, three early 20s). We didn't check in until after 10pm but the after-hours process was efficient and simple. No issues getting into garage and the unit. Place was clean, a few helpful items in cupboards likely from previous renters (tin foil, cooking spray, etc), and gorgeous views from the balcony. Was such an easy walk to slopes and very close to hot tub and exercise room. Ski lockers were very convenient.
Only had two issues (and one heads-up). First, the hot water. Apparently new hot water heaters had been installed last few months. The issue wasn't with no hot water but with little to no cold water. Had a few instances of water being almost too hot to shower, etc. Second was a "brown out" where we lost power to several lights, appliances, etc. We learned it wasn't just our unit but much of our building and the village (even some restaurants were closed) so who knows what the problem was. Thankfully we had already eaten and were ready to hit the slopes when the power dimmed. In both situations, Tina (property manager) was extremely helpful and responsive. Neither issue would deter us from renting this unit again - we were very pleased.
My only note is that small bars of soap be provided along with the shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Or that anyone considering renting knows to pack a bar or two in their toiletry case.
Great vacation - would definitely recommend this unit!

My son, our daughter & our 3 grandchildren ( all skiers) had the best time. The condo was amazing & perfect location. We had such an amazing stay. Check in was a breeze & communication with Tina the owner was impeccable!! We can’t wait to stay here again. THE CONDO IS THE BEST WE HAVE EVER STAY IN! *** ( We have been going to Copper for our ski trips for over 30 years)

Great place right in the village, first floor makes loading and unloading easy, hot tub is super close. The place is really well equipped- lots of thoughtful touches like usb plugs on both levels of the bunk beds for chargers. Highly recommend.

This is the best equipped and well organized rental we have ever used. Communication was great and the location at Copper was so good. It is one stop from ski school and just a short walk to the lifts at Center Village. This first floor property is worth your stay.

The place was great. Very well-equipped kitchen. Loved the labeling of all of the shelves so you know where to put things back. Liked the bunk beds in that they were as described extra long -sometimes there is not much air up at the top where you are sleeping, but they were just fine. My 24, 22,and 20 year olds all slept in the bunks with no problem. Liked the master bedroom shower and especially the tub. Den was very comfortable. The trundle storage underneath both sides of the king and under each set of bunks was great. Each side had two giant drawers under the bed that I loved. Really, really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time at Copper mountain in April 2023, the owner was so helpful with tips and recommendations to enhance our visit. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything we could want. I highly recommend this property to others , it was convenient to Center Village chair lifts, restaurants and activities .

This condo is exceptionally nice and comfortable. The unit is located in Passage Point and is an ideal set up to enjoy your stay. The owner, Tina is great to work with. Check-In was super easy!! Communication with the Onsite property manager was ok but I wish there were timelier in calling me back when I had questions. Otherwise, it was a fun week. We Plan on returning.....

What an amazing place to spend our Christmas together as a Family. Tina, the Owner, was fantastic to work with, SkyRun who seems to manage the property if you need anything and processes your check in was super responsive, friendly, etc. Even though this condo was on the first floor, no worries , we did know anyone else was around us, super quiet. IT was great to be on the first floor, this condo is situated perfectly for the underground parking, has a ski locker room past the lobby, decent work out room, 3 outdoor Hot tubs, etc. The condo description is very accurate, it was super cozy and very comfortable by my wife and I and our 3 adult kids. It is perfectly positioned in Center Village, so even though we rented a vehicle, you really would not need one, Center Village has everything you need from a market store, to liquor store, ski rental, to restaurants, and easy to get to the slopes, so convenience was perfect. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need if you want to cook in as well. We would highly recommend staying here and it was a pleasure to rent from Tina, Just top notch all the way! Thank you for making our Holiday time together as a family very special.

Fantastic way to ski Copper Mountain!
We did our family Christmas vacation here and really enjoyed our stay. The unit is seconds away from the workout room and hot tub; yet we experienced no noisiness or anything untoward. Time to walk from the door to the base of American Flyer & American Eagle is maybe 2 minutes?
The unit was clean and well stocked - warm with plenty of sleeping space for a close family like ours. If there's caveat, it's that the 8-person unit only comes with one parking space in the secure underground lot. The other parking space is at Alpine Lot which requires a shuttle to get to. Not a big deal, but something to plan around when arriving and departing.
Sparke LLC (Tina S) was great to deal with and promptly answered all my questions. The several pre-trip emails were informative and served to increase our anticipation of what turned out to be a great experience.
Finally, kudos and a big shout out to the Passage Point facilities team for finding our lost car keys!
VERY highly recommended.

Perfect summer getaway
Sitting on the corner balcony with a cup of coffee in the crisp mountain air, listening to the nearby stream was just what we were hoping for at this nice condo. Perfectly located at Copper Mountain resort, the condo had updated kitchen appliances, plates, etc. I'd be happy to stay here again!

Fantastic stay!!
If you are looking at booking in Copper, book this property! The check-in process was extremely easy and Tina had fantastic communication with us. The property is extremely well kept- clean, comfortable beds, and a stocked kitchen ready to be cooked in! The amenities were fantastic- three hot tubs that were well-used and loved by my family. The location cannot be beat. It was literally a stone's throw from all that Copper has to offer. Hurry up and book!

Great condo at Copper
This is a great condo at Passage Point at Copper mountain. We enjoyed the great location, the ease of the parking garage, the ease of checkin and excellent communication with Tina from start to finish. This condo is exactly as advertised. Super clean, nicely updated and with every amenity you'd need for a stay for a few days or even longer. The kitchen was very well stocked and the appliances were very nice and up to date. Our family of 5 with 2 teens and a younger (11 year old) sibling were very comfortable here. Unfortunately our stay got cut short due to the impending storm, but we would definitely book this unit again. Don't hesitate to book this unit!

Very nice condo!
Online pictures don't do justice to this condo. Very nicely renovated. Unit location was great on the first floor, off the lobby so low traffic, but easy to get up and down from the parking garage. We were there for just over two weeks, so the fully stocked kitchen was great.

Fabulous Stay! So Clean and Convenient!
Check-in was super easy - just had to pick up an envelope with our keys and parking pass in it from a box down the block from the condo. There was plenty of space in the heated underground garage (though we were there mid-week during the summer season).
The condo itself was SO clean (which we always appreciate, but especially so during COVID times)! The main part of the building is a bit dated, but this condo has obviously been updated and is very well cared-for. The photos of this listing do not do it justice - I thought it would just be a "fine" place to stay, but within minutes of arrival we were overwhelmed by how lovely this condo really is! The bedrooms are a great size, and have super-high ceilings. We were traveling with our kids, so it was very important to us that there was a master bedroom (with a king) and a bunk-bed room with individual beds for 4 (no complaints of kicking each other at night!). All furnishings were fresh, clean, and in really good shape - often we find ski mountain condos have pretty dingy furniture, but these owners obviously love their place and it shows in the quality that they choose. The beds were comfortable, and importantly the bunk beds are solid (no squeaking or swaying). This condo is a corner unit, and has a furnished balcony with amazing views. We ate most of our meals out there, not wanting to miss any time enjoying that space!
Another plus for this condo is how well equipped the kitchen is. We are used to just having a handful of basic pots and kitchen tools, but this place has everything you'd ever need (cookie trays, pizza tray, scissors, great set of sharp knives, griddle pan, salad bowls, blender, all sorts of spoons and flippers and spatulas, and on and on...) - and they were all in great shape and high quality. The bathrooms were also stocked with extra soap and shampoo, and towels were plentiful. Honestly the only thing that was missing from the whole place was hair conditioner.
Unfortunately due to COVID the hot tubs and fitness center were closed, so we were not able to use those and thus can't review them. The building is just a 2 minute walk from the core "downtown" area of Copper, and is set next to a beautiful burbling stream. It was a wonderfully relaxing place to be, and we will for sure be back to enjoy it again!

Great group stay at Copper
Rented this unit at Copper for an adult family stay and we really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at virtually every center village building and this unit compares well!
At the end of the building so it's quiet, plus on the first floor so quick and easy to get too.
Great layout and well maintained.
Owner was very easy to work with.
Would stay again is my best compliment!

I can definitely see us staying there again!
Good weather, good skiing, and a great place to stay. We really enjoyed staying at your place. Passage Point #104 was an awesome retreat after a day of skiing. Our 2 boys loved the bunk beds—they both stayed on top bunks and slept like babies after skiing all day. My wife and I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and having our own space away from the kids. We also enjoyed the hot tubs—every night except for Thanksgiving night because we were stuffed after dinner. We were even able to watch the fireworks while relaxing in the hot tubs.
By far, it was our favorite place to stay at Copper Mountain.
I can definitely see us staying there again.

One of the best condos in Passage Point
The unit is a nicely updated corner unit on the first floor which is one of the best locations in the building and the owner, Tina, was very responsive throughout the process. Thanks for a great stay!

Exactly what we hoped for!
Our family has spending time at Copper Mountain during the summers for many years and this is our favorite condo so far. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything but nice and quiet when the weekend crowds came in. My favorite spot was the deck, very private with great views with the sound of the river in the background. We like to cook together and this condo has everything we needed. The owner, Tina, was super responsive and extremely helpful which we really appreciated. Plenty of space for our family of six, we hope to come back again in the future.

Family time at Copper
Such an awesome condo provided a wonderful setting for our children's stay at Copper. The location on the 1st floor made everything easily accessible. Once inside the condo, everyone felt the instant comfort of home! It was clean, cozy and well equipped. We had a wonderful time!
