Harbourside House is a modern three-storey house situated in the town of Weymouth in Dorset boasting harbour views and games room on ground floor. The house can sleep 8 people in 2 king-size double with en-suite showers, 2 twin single bedroom as well has a family bathroom. The rest of the house is made up of a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with feature fireplace. Patio garden with furniture. Harbourside House is perfect for celebrations or large groups looking for a place close to town centre and beach.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridgefreezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of DVDs, games, books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and high chair available. Patio garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins. Harbour 1 min. Beach 10 mins One parking permit available (subject to spaces being available) for on street Zone L parking expires 17 May 2025 (subject to Council Renewal).
Town: This thriving area called Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated right at the very heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. Now a popular destination with many restaurant’s café and bars making it a vibrant location where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked in the harbourside streets here you will find original Tudor harbour buildings estimated to have built 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible facts and artefacts, there is more to this seaside town than meets the eye. The harbour is home to the lifting bridge where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge into the town with it’s winding streets of boutique shops and onto the seafront Esplanade and beach. Brewers Quay is a much loved location in Weymouth.
