About this apartment rental

This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium, located on the ninth floor, comfortably sleeps six adults. The condo has plenty of extras that make it feel more like home. I live close by so I am available to answer any questions about the unit or the area (feel free to call). We provide starter necessities (laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, etc.) to help you get to the beach as soon as possible.

The living room has a 50-inch flat-screen TV with surround sound, a DVD player, and a CD player. The living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, and unbelievable sunsets.

The kitchen is equipped with solid surface countertops, GE appliances, a built-in microwave, a breakfast bar, and everything you could need to make your stay comfortable.

The master bedroom has a brand-new king-size bed, an attached bathroom with a deep whirlpool tub, a double sink and vanity, a ceiling fan, and a 32-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 20-inch flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a ceiling fan, and an attached bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean upon arrival, everything was as stated With multiple pools there were quiet places fir grandma to enjoy quiet time with a book and my son and grandson to enjoy playing in the pool and sand.

The second bedroom, even though a queen size bed had no where for a person to put their suitcase if they didn't want to unpack it. Literally had to sleep with the suitcase on the bed with her. closets are cramped with those shelf things that make it a little difficult to hang clothing, plus vacuum and Ironing board were both stored in master closet. For the $$$ paid for this unit, it was a bit disappointing. But the Host was wonderful to work with, and I'm sure they'll get things a bit more organized as they can.

We had a great time at Majestic 907! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The view from the balcony is spectacular. It was a great place to unwind after a day on the beach. If you're planning on going to Panama City Beach, you won't go wrong staying here.

The condo was very clean and the Majestic property was very clean, and smelled clean every time that we entered. Wasn’t impressed that you couldn’t park where the red lines where ( owner spaces ) which took up the whole 3rd level and half of the 2 and 4 levels as well.

I was thrilled renting this property! It was clean, and we had a great time! The only thing and this is about the whole property as a whole, people were smoking weed left and right, and we smelt it the whole time. Went to get security once because I saw it right beside us with the people on the balcony, but other than than that, it was great! The condo we stayed in, couldn’t be a better place! Thank you!

We were very pleased with Dale's condo. It was decorated nicely and was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities and every appliance you could want. The location is excellent and our ocean balcony view was perfect from the 9th floor. We felt very safe in this resort and it was close to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was everything we could of asked for and it had everything we needed. The location was great and we were able to walk to most places. Dale quickly responded to any of our questions and was great to work with. We were able to see dolphins swimming from our balcony almost every morning and it was such a relaxing trip. I will definitely rent from Dale again.

Check-in instructions were perfect so we knew exactly where to park, what to do, and where to go. The view from the balcony could not be better! This condo is literally right on the beach so the ocean view is magnificent from the balcony. There was plenty of room on the beach no matter what time we went out. There were a few beach toys and boogie boards on the balcony though we didn't use any. We saw staff cleaning inside and outside the towers daily and they were friendly. There is a Wal-Mart and a few restaurants within a mile. We also visited the mall and movie theater within 5 miles. The kitchen had lots of dishes, silverware, and pots/pans. The dishwasher was really loud so we just made sure to leave when it was running. It was really convenient having our own washer/dryer. Dale provided paper towels, dish soap/detergent, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, hand soap, and bar soap for the showers. We are a family of 4 and felt like we had enough space for the 4 of us. We almost never had to wait more than a minute for an elevator. We didn't use the pools but they never looked overly crowded. My son wanted to use the gym and there was an extra fee for this, which we paid. There was a movie theater in the amenities building that showed free movies on certain days but we didn't ever go. Dale always responded quickly to questions. I had a few minor recommendations that he said he'd take care of. Overall we had a good experience here. The oceanview was really the best part of this rental!

Two bedrooms, 1 master and 2 baths was perfect for our little group of 4. We could sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean. The only thing I would change on the balcony would be to have 1 table for 4 instead of 1 tall table for 2 and 1 short table for 2. Management was very available although we didn't have any issues.

Unit was clean and comfortable. Condo has shaded, secure parking. We have been renting in PCB for 10+ years, and there's always one or two things that are wrong or could be better with a rental. Not this one. Didn't encounter anything wrong with this property.

The 9th floor location provided a great view and favorable elevator access. The clothes washer came in very handy. The owner had some boogie boards and other floatation items available which was nice. Though most of the rooms probably had this, the keyless entry was so convenient. Nobody had to keep up with a key. Parking was never a problem in the garage.

The condo was very nice, easily located with a lot of fun things to do nearby! The unit was fully equipped with many things we needed! All the employees of majestic were super helpful. The pool area was very nice, both sun and shade. The beach was far better than we thought it would be, amazing white sand and warm water. From our unit we had a spectacular view, we would absolutely recommend.
