The apartment was fine. It was just as described. I would actually consider staying there again. It’s very close to campus and Aggieville. My only consideration for the apartment was to provide a colander for pasta cooking.
The community doors leading outside the complex had what seemed to be decades of grime, where people have pushed open the door. I found myself using my elbow to push it open.

Was a bit worried about staying in a college apartment building and possible noise, but my worries were wasted. It was quiet and clean and in a great location! Thank you for a great weekend stay!

KSU Campus & Aggieville
Quiet apartment two blocks from Aggieville and across the street from the Kansas State main campus. The bed was comfortable. Unit was clean. The unit could use a bathroom/kitchen update, but for a weekend stay it was good enough. Would have been helpful to have better parking instructions. The lot the building is in says it is a tow away zone without permit and the street for many blocks in either direction is no parking from 2am to 9am. We parked on the street thinking a ticket from the city was better than getting towed. We did not get a ticket, but did make for a bit of stress. We would be happy to stay here again!

Semi- clean and I had to reach out to the manager for info which is annoying.
I had no idea which room we were checking into because I had not received an email from vrbo or the building manager. The day of my arrival, I had not received the room number so I personally had to reach out and call them. Very unorganized and was not impressed in the least bit, so bad rating on that. Another thing, the apartment itself looked clean and tidy which I appreciated, but when I looked behind the couch to look for an outlet, there was at least 10 dead spiders behind the couch. So when you clean, make sure you move the furniture to get a thorough clean. I enjoyed my stay other than those 2 problems. For future costumers, give them the info they need BEFORE their stay, so they do not have to call and ask the day of.
