Solar Therapy 30A is a three-story beach cottage with panoramic Gulf views. Located in the Watersound/Seacrest Beach on Scenic Highway 30A, our home is situated between Rosemary Beach and Seaside/Watercolor in the quaint, family-friendly community of Cottages at Camp Creek. With only 34 homes, private deeded beach access, and just a few steps to our world-famous white sandy beaches, the neighborhood is just the right balance of serenity and activity. There are 26 miles of paved walking and biking trails on 30A, which take you to some of the best casual and fine dining, shopping, parks, fishing, and golf around. Water parks, amusement parks and local festivals take place in nearby Destin and Panama City Beach.

A special note to our guests: As frequent travelers, we appreciate the little things that make us feel right at home no matter the time zone. So we've fitted the beds with high-quality mattresses and cool gel memory foam mattress pads, outfitted the kitchen with gourmet tools and cookware, and selected designer furnishings – from the latest smart TVs to designer furniture to Egyptian cotton bedding – with comfort and convenience in mind.

Space for everyone

First Floor: Two oversized king bedrooms complement the first floor, each with a king bed, large flat panel TV, and en suite bathroom. The first is furnished with coastal farmhouse furniture, luxury bedding, a pair of cozy chairs for watching TV, and a desk. Double French doors lead to a private porch with cushioned wicker rockers -- perfect for reading, napping, or lounging in the shade. The adjoining bathroom also has double sinks, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. The second king bedroom is spacious and furnished in classic beach house style with a traditional flair, including luxury king bedding and a full-sized crib. The adjoining bathroom includes a tub/shower. On this level, you will also find an adorable laundry area and a storage closet complete with a wagon, 8+ beach chairs, pool noodles, a cooler, flashlights for nighttime beach walks, and all of the toys you need for a great day in the sand and surf!

Main Floor: When you walk into the sunny, wide-open kitchen, dining, and living space on the main floor, you may have a tough time choosing. Will you lounge on the sectional sofa to watch a movie on the 65 inch wall-mounted TV? Cozy up to the breakfast bar for an impromptu cocktail party with friends in the gourmet kitchen (complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an ICE MAKER!)? Or, perhaps you will gather the kids for a round of Uno in the dining spaces that seat 12. The room is wrapped with windows and French doors that lead to a 20-ft covered porch with spectacular gulf views. Perhaps sinking into the oversized wicker chairs for a nap will help you decide. You will also find a large bedroom on this floor, with two queen beds and a flat panel TV, and a full bathroom. Perfect for those who like to enjoy their vacation all on one floor.

Third Floor: On the gulf side of the third floor, an extra special retreat awaits guests. Furnished in coastal blue and white, this king bedroom offers a private covered porch and the most glorious water views this side of 30A. A desk and office chair rounds out the space (it's definitely our FAVORITE place to work!). On the community side of the third floor, the kids will love having a space of their own in the third-floor tower bunk room for three (twin over full + a high-quality air mattress). The room includes a private covered porch that overlooks the neighborhood green space and community pool. A full bath completes the third floor.

Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation -- inside and out

Our pristinely clean, smoke-free cottage is well appointed with many extras to make your stay even more special. Enjoy 10-foot ceilings with transom windows above the doorways, beautifully tiled floors, and beautiful views through the many windows. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster, drinkware and wine/beer glasses, and dishes and silverware for 16 (plus casual dishes for the children or a romantic beach picnic). Technology lovers will appreciate the very speedy internet connection and Roku-enabled smart TVs with complementary Netflix and Hulu. Outside, you can take a dip in the 75-foot-long pool or the hot tub, which are never crowded and just 30 seconds from your back door. You're also steps away from palm-tree-lined access to the beach, which is rarely busy in this area. Have bicycles delivered to your door and take a short bike ride or walk to Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach Resort, Rosemary Beach, and more. Plus, you have easy access to amazing restaurants at 30Avenue, Publix for groceries, and other shopping (without the Seaside traffic!). An outdoor shower at the home's entrance makes it easy to wash away the sand at the end of a fantastic, sun-drenched day.
