Carved out of the famous Molly Pitcher winery you will enjoy tree top views from the private grand entrance deck, outfitted with all the niceties you expect from a penthouse deck. Once inside, floor to ceiling windows, slate fireplace, and open space greet you as let your mind unwind and decompress. It’s then when you say to your self, wow, this is the way a vacation should start. While the loft is new, it’s industrial past has been tapped to create a fascinating combination of history meets today. Enjoyed our stay. The home is decorated aesthetically pleasing, and was comfortable. We enjoyed the local sites, and visiting vineyards on our stay. Hot tub, steam shower, and electric piano were also a nice treat. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable accommodations. Kitchen and baths fully outfitted. Two inviting decks with grill and outdoor furniture and hot tub. Great location near beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, wineries, breweries.

We stayed 4 nights in june. We went for a girls trip and had a great time. Kitchen was filled with all sorts of Utensils. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had a few extras if you forgot a toothbrush or shampoo.
Beach chairs were provided, which was great. The fireplace kept me warm and i laid in front of it everyday reading. Beautiful grounds. I walked around every day. Most importantly we felt safe. Also provided was night lights which we used in the bathroom and hallways. Location was 13 mins from downtown new buffalo and 4 winds casino. Cherry beach was 4 mins away and was beautiful. Overall a great place to unwind and unplug for a few days. Reached out to Joe and responded in a timely manner. Great trip!

The house was clean & cute and had a great location! Plenty of things to do! Great local restaurants. Make sure you visit the Harbert Swedish Bakery. The pastries are amazing. Also there is a place called Flagship Speciality Food and Fish. It’s the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. It’s a hole in the wall and you might miss it. We had a facial and a massage at Mak Salon. It’s right down the road and highly recommend going there!

We arrived in a light snow in the evening, walked in the front door and were amazed. The home is large, pristine, and has a fireplace that turns on with a switch. There were twinkling lights in the trees on either side of the fireplace.
It was exactly the place we wanted to walk into after a long cold day of travel.
The location is fantastic, you can walk to Cherry Beach and there is a really wonderful Kurdish restaurant right next door.
The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows.
There is also a wonderful steam shower and a hot tub on the porch. Many, many ways to relax, stay warm and unwind!
The hosts were very easy to communicate with.
I would HIGHLY recommend this rental property.

This was a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and well equipped with more than the average rental. The owners provided snacks, coffee supplies, and paper products to get started. There were several additional touches that we have not had during previous Vrbo stays at other locations. The bed had the most comfortable mattress! The gas fireplace was exceptional! There were a lot of comments about the train, but to be honest, it only added to the unique experience! The beach was a short distance away along with many local bakeries and wineries. The complex was quiet and relaxing. It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. We can’t wait to return!

The property is very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. The outdoor spaces are great for relaxing and the hot tub is a great amenity. The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to some good eats and minutes from the beach! The condo itself is classy, clean, and welcoming. Owner was ready and willing to answer any questions while we were staying. Highly recommended!

It was great for a quick girls getaway. Noise ordinances are strict and the train goes by very close several times per day. Neither of these were an issue for us, just mentioning in case it would be for someone else. Close to wineries and beaches and a short drive to small towns of St Joseph/Benton Harbor or New Buffalo and Michigan City.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful place!!! It was everything we wanted and more for our annual girls trip. We took advantage of the hot tub, the lovely deck where we played games, hung out in the amazing living space and even cooked dinner that we enjoyed at the dining table.
Joe gave us the greatest recommendations! The Swedish Bakery was delicious (we went twice), Capozios, Redamacks (yummy burgers), hung out at Warren Beach and climbed the dunes,
The penthouse is close to everything, yet gives you the feeling you are in a private space.
My friends and I have not been able to stop talking about this place.......we will be back!!!

Really beautiful property. It felt so clean and well maintained, plenty of space for lounging and bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the welcome gifts and all the great communication prior to arrival. Location was A+ - super close to the beach and very central to lots of fun shops and restaurants. Would return for another Michigan summer without a doubt!

Property was very well done as far as decor goes. Place was spotless inside. Snacks were made available as well as coffee, both regular brewer and keurig. Quiet neighborhood with an occasional train during the day none at night. Place is about 10 miles north of New Buffalo. Hot tub was a nice addition.

Great location for beaches and dining and shopping. Loved the provided beach chairs and umbrella, we ordered a set immediately. After a long hot day in the sun the air conditioning was fantastic!! Hot tub excellent for all the stair climbing ha ha! Enjoyed the comfy patio for coffee and reading on my ipad early morning-lots of happy birds even a hummingbird stopped in to say hi. We picked up take and bake pizza and lasagna at the farmers market at Skip’s parking lot for easy lunches. Cafe Gulistan share the driveway-really great steak and feta salad. Pro tip is you miss the Swedish bakery at 8 am roll up to Bit of Swiss in stevensville it’s only 15 minutes away. Ah mayzing baked goods at either for breakfast, like being in Europe. Highly recommend this condo for a getaway -if your forgot something it’s probably tucked in the closet or drawer, felt like we were staying at our favorite aunts house.

Two couples stayed for a long weekend of wine tasting in the area. We all loved the property! It's very open and spacious, clean, exactly as advertised. We walked to a Swedish Bakery in the mornings just a couple of blocks away. Great location, easy to get to restaurants/wineries/beaches.

We stayed the weekend and really enjoyed our time. The property is amazing, clean, and very welcoming. There are quite a few things to do in the immediate area, and I can only speculate how awesome this area would be in the summer. It's just a short drive to great restaurants and beautiful Cherry Beach. Don't miss out on staying here. We will definitely be back.
