Lovely place to stay for our one night in Denali. Home was clean and cozy. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property more.

This was a great location just outside the park and down the road from all the shopping and some really good restaurants. We were 1/4 mile from iditarod dogs and puppies (worth a visit). The house was large and in the woods. We only saw squirrels and dogs while staying there but I imagine you can see a moose occasionally

Stayed at the cabin for 2 nights to take a day tour into Denali National Park prior to taking a 1 week cruise. Stayed in constant contact with Jessica before our arrival, due to the Denali (Riley Fire). She was extremely kind, helpful and understanding throughout our communication. Her home was warm, inviting and secluded. We had a nice time for the 3 days and 2 nights during our stay at, “Kings Deer Lodge”.

Great stay at Kings Deer Lodge! Home was clean, good communication with owner. Easy, quick access to Denali.

Great house and it worked out perfect for the 6 of us.

This home is so beautiful! It had everything we needed to cook a couple meals. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us.
Jessica answered her phone right away and reassured us about the Riley Creek fire which started the day we arrived so we were unable to get into Denali N P. during our stay but still enjoyed a couple of beautiful hikes outside the park. Again, this home was perfect, large, and very comfortable!

Our three-generation family sure enjoyed our time here at this impressive Lodge! Just what we needed while spending almost four days at Denali! Thank you Jessica!!

The house was perfect for our family. We named the upper family room the sanctuary. The views were amazing up there, lots of room for all of us to sit and relax. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner was very nice and responsive.

Healy was our second stop. The house was perfect with plenty of room for our large group. We enjoyed visiting the park over 2 days. The bus tour and hikes were highlights of our trip.

What a perfect cabin to experience Denali Park from! Spacious and cozy! Very clean and readily useable with fully stocked kitchen. Beds super comfortable as well! Hope to stay there again some day!

We had a great stay. The lodge had lots of room for us all. We don’t live in a place where it snows, so coming in fall, with some snow on the ground, made us uneasy, but the drive to the lodge was no problem at all in an AWD minivan.

We wanted a true Alaska experience and got it!!! The lodge was perfect in every way , most especially location! It was the best!! Very close to the Denali National Park and lots of close by local excursions.Great eateries, shopping, coffee shops. We rafted, hiked, toured the park, panned for gold, zip lined and saw the Ididarod huskies. Can recommend it enough!!!!

An easy 5 mile drive to Denali entrance. Nice, quiet, comfortable accommodations for our group of 4 couples. Would definitely stay here again. Hope to make it back one day.

The house is gorgeous and spacious!! We were pleased that it was clean and fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. thank for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Worked out great for us. No significant complaints other than downstairs was a bit musty and we did not receive good directions to reach the property…neither of which would prevent us from renting this home again.

Perfect location for visiting the park.

Perfectly situated under a 10-minute drive from Denali. There were plenty of beds and the property was well maintained. We all loved this stay!

Perfect location for Denali adventures. The house is surrounded by boreal forest. Wonderful opportunity for the kids to explore and learn.
We were able to access the programs at Denali and the flight seeing is around the corner at Denali Airport.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this log cabin nestled in the breathtaking surroundings of Denali National Park, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the pristine beauty of the park and the warm, cozy ambiance of the cabin.
First and foremost, the location of this log cabin was simply unbeatable. Surrounded by towering trees and with stunning mountain views, it felt like a secluded haven immersed in nature’s grandeur.
The cabin itself was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The interior was beautifully designed, with a tasteful mix of wooden accents and cozy furnishings. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy wood burning stove. There were 16 in our party ranging in ages from 5 to 80 years young & it was comfortable for all.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the proximity to Denali National Park. We had easy access to the park’s trails, and we spent our days exploring its breathtaking landscapes, spotting wildlife, and immersing ourselves in the untouched beauty of the wilderness. The cabin’s location allowed us to make the most of our time in the park.
Furthermore, the hosts of the log cabin were exceptional. They provided us with all the information we needed, were easy to communicate with & quick to respond. We can’t wait to return!

Great location for everything we wanted to do. Really comfy beds, amazing views, and we saw a mommy moose with her calves, and a wolf!
Alaska - still my favourite state!!

This house is gorgeous!! We loved our stay here. We stayed for 5 nights and loved all the extra room we had. There were toys for the kids, good movie selections, and room to play games. With only a 10 minute drive to Denali National Park, it made our trip very easy. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!!

This home was beyond beautiful! It was so spacious and fit our group of 10 adults. It has perfect proximity to Denali National Park. Our biggest regret is not booking more nights here! It was comfortable, secluded, and a great vacation destination. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

A great house for large groups. We had three families staying staying at the house and it accommodated all of us with room to spread out. This was our second stay at Kings Deer Lodge. Last time was in the spring/winter. It’s nice in all seasons.

We take an annual sister's trip and this year we picked Alaska. This house did not disappoint. It was perfect for our family of 7 adults, with plenty of room to spare. We had a couple of issues during our stay that Jessica IMMEDIATELY addressed. Jessica stayed in constant contact with us, which we greatly appreciated. The best part as far as I am concerned was that there was a mama moose with two calves right on the property. It was an amazing sight, and one I will never forget.

We were only there for 1 night so hard to say much. With only 6 of us it was very adequate. We did notice several chipped coffee cups in the morning.

We stayed here as a group of 9 ranging in age rom 13-74. The kitchen had plenty of things for cooking/baking & there was plenty of space & beds for everyone. After being on a cruise prior to arriving, we were so thankful to have a washer & dryer so we could have clean clothes again. We had terrible weather for our time in Denali, so we were very thankful to find the house stacked full of board games & puzzles as well as access to Netflix, Disney +, and more. Since the Queen had passed just days before, we spent part of our evenings rewatching The Crown together. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Denali

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at King's Deer Lodge! What a gorgeous home, and what a nice neighborhood! The house was clean, well stocked with supplies, beds were very comfortable, and there isn't a bad view from any window! We would love to return in the future and highly recommend this wonderful spacious home!

A log-frame house, huge windows upstairs, and a quiet wooded setting with only one other house visible added up to WOW!.
Our host always responded quickly and courteously. They personally take care of the house, and she went the second mile for us and then some.
They’ll be addressing a few minor maintenance issues, but none of those inconvenienced us.
We loved seeing sunsets, rainbows, and fresh snow on the mountain from the second living area upstairs.
We feel fortunate to have found this house! Dividing the cost between a number of people brings it to less cost per couple than so-so motel rooms, plus this is beautiful and quiet, and you have a whole house where you can cook and loaf together.

Very nice location. Perfect amount of beds and bathrooms. Loved hearing the huskies talking!

It was beautiful, clean, all the comforts of home. Would love to come back and stay longer.

Go and enjoy Alaska!!

Very close to Denali national park, quite property with lots of room for kids to play. Only downside was wasps that came in from window not sure it’s common in wilderness or specific to property.
