CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

This fully furnished, single story vacation house with its wonderful bay views is located just feet from the white sand. No streets to cross to reach the sand & water. The bayside tends to be more peaceful than the ocean-side of Mission Beach. If you prefer to play in the surf on the Pacific Ocean-side of Mission Beach at a large public beach with lifeguards, it is three blocks or 4-5 minutes walk. The house is a comfortable setting equipped with almost everything you could possibly need during your stay.
This is the perfect home for a family of 7 people (plus baby) or a small group of mature friends (up to 5 people). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

This wonderful 6,000 square foot property offers a 1,750 square foot house featuring a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom residence. You will love the house the minute you enter the door. It's light, spacious, comfortable and perfect for family get-togethers. The vacation retreat offers not only a living room with comfortable seating and breathtaking views of the bay but also a family room that opens to a secluded beautiful garden area with lounge chairs, table & chairs and a nice gas BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you can imagine, incl. coffee maker and blender. There are two bathrooms (both newly remodeled), one has a shower and the other one a tub/shower.

Lovely home just steps from bayside beach and walk. Great for our young grandchildren. Fireworks at Sea World viewed from living room each night. A real treat for the little ones. Nice backyard and large family room. Garage had lots of fun toys and bicycles.

A wonderful location! The "toys" in the garage were often used by us. It was easy to walk to the ocean side which was great beause there is NO parking there. You could tell that the proptery was decorated and landscaped by a professional. Very nice!

Enjoyed our time with family. Lots of room. Very happy there was parking for two cars. The yard was great for our grandkids and if inclined to use it, the garage was stocked with anything you should need. The walk to the bay was very easy for the kids. The home had a crib etc. Guest bed is old and creaks. Take everything you need in the kitchen. Lots of dishes, nothing else.

Great one story house close to Mission Bay. Lots of extras which was a plus. Beach chairs, bikes and games for all ages. Kitchen is well stocked and departure list was minimal. We would definitely look into booking again should we vacation in the area in the future. Everything we planned was very close and convenient. The SD Zoo, La Jolla, USS Midway, whale watching tour and of course, the bay and beach. Thanks for sharing your home.

Stayed for a week with family. House is 30 yards to Mission Bay and a sandy beach. Home is well appointed except for lack if wifi in the master bedroom. A problem I think will be solved in the future. Nice size property with lots if water toys, although is various degrees of condition. Had a great time and would rent it again.

This house is very comfortable inside and outside. Basically on the bay and only 3 blocks from the ocean beach. The house is nicely stocked including a garage full of bikes, surfboards etc. We will come again.

Everything was good with the property. The carpet in the family room is a bit worn out. Bathroom toiletries were sparse. Other than those 2 issues, the property is very close to mission beach.

This house was so wonderful to stay in. Plenty of space and sleeping options for our family of 5. The yard and toys in the garage were so appreciated on our times were just hung out at the house. Rental company does a great job with communication, stocking the house, and cleanliness.

Our family loved this house. It had everything we needed to allow us to relax and enjoy staying in or getting out along Mission Bay and Pacific/Mission Beach. The garage full of bikes, boards and beach stuff set this place over the top. Location was just perfect. Hoping to stay here again and again.

This is our second time staying here. It is our family, two adults, three kiddos. This house is so comfortable! They have everything you need! You are literally staying on the Bay! And the Ocean is across two streets. We walked to both everyday! All of the amenities is what make this house so wonderful for a family! The Boogie Boards, Life Jackets, wetsuits and every sand toy imaginable! The thing that puts it over the top for me, I know it's a small thing, but the outdoor shower... to be able to be at the beach all day, and then just line the kids up to shower without tracking all the sand and mess into the house. It's just so nice to have it! Make the right decision and book this house!

The owners provide everything you need for a beach vacation - bikes, chairs, umbrellas, etc etc. The house is very clean, and bright and I loved the SoCal-inspired decorations. The location is ideal - you're just off of the bay enough to be private but still see the water; only a few blocks to the ocean. My father is handicapped so can't get out and do a lot but he got a kick out of sitting in the front living room and watching all the activity on the bay and foot traffic on the bayside road. Thank you so much for having us, we cannot wait to come back!

Everything was already here. Bikes, wet suits beach wagon, lots of beach toys, surfing toys, everything. We didn’t need to purchase anything additional. And everything was clean and in good order.
We are grandparents snd had our daughter and family with us. The home is set up with two distinct living areas. Was perfect for. Family time or getting a little work done.
The location was 3 houses from mission bay. So nice for walking back and forth with the children.
The Back yard privacy was surprising. Nice yard and completely private. And an outdoor private shower. How cool is that.
As you can tell, we had a wonderful time!!
