About this apartment rental

This three bedroom-three bath condominium sleeps 8 comfortably. Located on the top floor, two properties south of the Ritz Carlton (10 minute walk), this end unit provides spectacular views of the beach, as well as west facing windows to see the sunsets over the live oak forests. There is a television in each bedroom as well as the living room.... but you'll probably rather watch the sun rises, sunsets, surf, gopher tortoises and sea birds, as the views are fantastic. High speed internet is included in all rentals. There are two swimming pools and four tennis courts. It is close to shopping and many of the wonderful Amelia Island restaurants. And this lovely condo is right on the beach.

The condo is located in building A of the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. The property is gated, providing an extra level of security. The unit is bright and cheery to remind you: "If you're lucky enough to be at the beach, you're lucky enough!"

We welcome anyone and everyone to enjoy this beautiful beachfront resort, but the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club has a strict "no pet" policy. So those members of your family will have to take a vacation of their own with either a house sitter or at a good boarding facility. The building is also a "no smoking" building.

Clean and spacious place to stay. The unit had everything you need including beach chairs a cooler and umbrella. The pool area is clean. Easy drive to local supermarket and restaurants. This is our second time at this location and will be back

This was our second stay in this great condo and we couldn’t be more pleased, again. The location, view, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, and communication were top notch. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked (maybe needs a pizza cutter 😊). The washer and dryer are a great addition. We’ll be back, thanks so much for sharing your condo 😍

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The views from the living area as well as the master bedroom provide sunrises, sunsets, dolphin watching and all the action on the beach! Many beach items including chairs are provided so you can save room in your vehicle. The kitchen has all necessities if you are in the mood to cook. The unit also has an updated washer and dryer so you can leave with clean laundry or you can pack light and have the option to wash and wear. Our family of 5 including an adult child, teenager and 9yr old were very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. We travel down every year and this condo will be on our list to rebook! :)

Booked this condo for a long weekend getaway with my mom and sister and it did not disappoint. The moment we walked in the condo we were taken in by the ocean views. The condo is well-furnished and the location and views are amazing. Everyone we met during our stay was so nice and friendly. We always try to book a new location for our mom/daughter trips but after this stay my mom requested we come back here. We’re already looking at dates to come back!

Overall the place was nice. We just loved the view and comfortable furniture to relax on. Only issue - but can easily be fixed - shower heads need to be replaced - It has a reduction of water pressure.

Awesome oceanfront views! Condo was overall great/ nicely furnished and plenty of room. 4 Beach chairs a big plus! Good clear communication with nice owner. Nicely updated kitchen, however there’s only one large skillet that’s in pretty bad shape. We used a pot to cook our eggs at breakfast. Also the kitchen and bathrooms could have used a more detailed (less rushed) clean. The stovetop and bathroom mirrors were not completely wiped of cleaner and the mirror on wall and dresser tops were dusty. Shower with bath had gunk at the base of glass doors. We would come back though as overall it was great. Really nice balcony too 😊.

We have been staying here for many years now on a girls trip. We have already booked for next summer. The views are the best! Quick walk to the beach. The owner is very responsive with any concerns you may have. This year we had trouble with the TV connection and they were right there to correct the issue and kept in contact with us to make sure we had no more problems. Overall great condo!

From start to finish this rental and host were outstanding. Rob made it so easy to book and was always quickly available to answer questions or help us with anything. The Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is in a great location and a complex with everything. The view from the top floor is breath taking; we had some amazing sunrises over the ocean and sunsets from the street side balcony. A hard to find three bedroom with three full baths was perfect for us. Three adult siblings, with spouses, were there to have a celebration of life for our mother vacation. The living space was more than adequate for the six of us. All three bedrooms and recently renovated bathrooms were a wonderful size. The renovated kitchen was lovely and had everything and more that we needed. Sitting on the balcony, walking the beach and enjoying the tennis courts and pool made for perfect days. This is a KEEPER. This is the condo we will go back to anytime we travel to Amelia Island. Rob is a wonderful host and has made sure that the condo more than meets a renters needs making it a comfy home away from home. Thank you Rob for everything.

We were here for our son's wedding at the Ribalt Club. The condo and views are is awesome! It comfortably fit two children under three and four adults. The location is great...you are close to the pool, beach and about a 10 minute drive to downtown. The bedrooms are spacious, beds comfortable and each bedroom having it's own bathroom it's unbeatable. The condo has everything needed in the kitchen, living area (books, movies, magazines, etc.) a high chair and the view is breathtaking! When we return on our next trip this will be our first choice.
