This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is Located inside the fabulous Desert Princess Country Club and Resort, a guarded, gated Golf community with a 27 hole golf course, full fitness center, pools, spas, tennis and racquetball and a hotel resort right on the property. Enjoy all the amenities and stroll two two restaurants without ever leaving the premises!
Situated on a beautiful green-belt, this unit is a home away from home. A great place to spend the weekend, a week or even a few months! Enjoy all the comforts of home for less than the price of a hotel room.
City Transient Occupancy Tax of 12% + 1% GPSTBID (Greater Palm Springs Tourism Buisiness Improvement District) shall apply to all rentals.
HOA & City reqirements: 3 night minimum stay. Max 4 Guests & 2 cars. Guests shall respect the neighbors privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property as well as compy with the city's noise and outdoor activity standards as well as all rules and regulations of the Desert Princess HOA. Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Outdoor music is not allowed at any time and indoor music shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am - Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM

Myself and a group of 3 adults stayed at Steven's VRBO for the weekend and had a great time! Steven was very communicative and gave us some great tips for great eats in the area. VRBO was exactly as described and right next to the pool and hot tub, which was a major bonus!
Would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area.

Condo was exactly as advertised and very clean with all the needed amenities. We really enjoyed our time there. We would recommend it for anyone looking for a desert getaway.

We stayed in the community with 2 other couples... they were greeted by their Host. Granted we came from Canada via vehicle so our ETA was not a solid time ( took 3+ hrs. to go from San Berdino-Redlands to Cathederal City!!! ), and arrived after 9 pm.
We washed every dish/ice trays ( disgusting ) we used prior to using. Thought Dish washer was going to explode first time using, as it sounded like there was no water entering it. Plugs throughout Condo are old, but to repair/replace would big expensive so THATS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!
Battery died on entrance door and couldn't get ahold of SW, til I called and let it ring numerous times. WhatsApp call, then he realized it was a Cdn number.
Beds/Furniture are uncomfortable.
TV??? Guess if you want to watch anything new and or sports you have to pay the streaming Fees. We were there for just over a week and by no means were we going to touch the Washer and Dryer.
Simple things like the squiggy in shower, broken...
SW is not going to drop a penny into this place as the monies roll in, if people keep booking it, Right!
Why did we book this place? The other couples were already booked in, 2 bedroom places were hard to find in the community so we chose SW's.
As we learnt from the other couples rented Condos, do a little more homework and visual studying.
Our location, was probably the Best of the 3, but it is a nice community so cannot really go wrong in any of the rental locations.

We were really happy with the condition and location of the rental. It’s in a gated community with so much open space, perfect grassy areas, golf, Pickleball, and a clubhouse with a spa and restaurant.
It was easy to get in and out and we were all very comfortable. We’ll stay again when we’re in the Palm Springs area.
Steven was very thorough and easy to work with. It made for a terrific Christmas vacation.

Steven was a great host. Very responsive to any questions. The condo was spacious and airy. Very clean. Great bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped. Loved having our own orange tree. We sat out on the patio for breakfast, spent days hiking and evenings playing games at the table. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps another armchair in the living room. For groups of 4, the seating would be cramped. But it was perfect for the 3 of us. As mentioned in a previous review, the electrical plugs in the bedrooms would need maintenance. Overall we were very comfortable and happy to have chosen this particular rental.

This condo feels like a single family home. Beautiful golf course setting near everything you need. 15 minutes to downtown, entertainment (The Purple Room), great dining options (Catalan or Willie’s). Great hiking (try Goat’s Trail that starts behind Von’s grocery store). Or just chill, play golf, and eat at the Mountain View Grille.

A couple friends and I stayed for stagecoach. Was a little over 25 minute drive to the festival but the quality of the location and the price point were amazing. Steven was great to communicate with and made it very smooth to get checked in and checked out. Would recommend!

This is an end unit and is very quiet. There are fruit trees right outside the condo, and it's close to a pool and hot tub. The unit has lots of window, which make it very bright and pleasant. We enjoyed walking and biking all around the beautiful Desert Princess resort.

-Neighbors and tenants were very friendly
-Great views from your patio
-Walk-in shower was great for my handicapped mother
-Recently Remodeled
-Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly
-Owner provides very good detailed instructions upon arrival
-Front gate person wasn’t very friendly but she was gone after two days thank goodness.
Below are some easy suggestions for improvements the owner could make:
-Master bedroom had queen mattress on king frame which was strange.
-Microwave was higher than average. If you are short be carful taking food out because it’s over your head.
The electrical outlets need replacing as your charging plugs will do not fit properly.
-All TVs are small
Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the beautiful location and quietness of the property.

we enjoyed this unit a lot. Right on a tee box, good mattresses and everything works. Patio faces the east so we could sit out in the afternoons without the sun beating down on us. A short walk across the tee box to a pool. 27 holes of good golf right there as well. will be renting again

This condo is very well laid out for two couples. We spent four nights there for the Desert Trip concert, and it worked well for us as far as location and convenience. The pictures accurately reflect the unit; it is an older condo but well-maintained. The kitchen has dated appliances but everything worked. Beds, linens and pillows were a cut above many other vacation rentals we've experienced. It is very pleasant to sit on the back patio, and the pool is close.
We had a little difficulty locating the unit, so, especially if you are arriving at night, be sure the guard gives you a map or explicit directions.
Steven, the owner, was great as far as communication and flexible about check-in and check-out times. He made sure we knew how to reach him if we had any questions during our stay. (We didn't.) Overall, a good experience.

Was a great clean place. Had a problem with the top lock of the front door locking, but other than that, everything was functional and great.
