Our stay at this home was enjoyable. The house was very clean and it met all of our needs. There was shampoo and dishwasher soap and washer soap and all the little things you need but do not think about when you enter into a home for vacation. The amenities were not super fancy but we were thrilled it was clean and provided us all of the little things we needed so we could enjoy our vacation. It was also priced very well as it was affordable and did not break the bank. There are always things to “deal with” and compromises to make but overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would return again if we are in the area.

The unit was very cozy, clean and well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay. The only negative for the unit was the patio - the security cage made it feel like a prison and we did not make use of the patio as a result. Luckily the pool area was very nice and we were able to spend out outdoor time there.
The check-in process was overly complicated - contradicting information was provided regarding in-person vs virtual check-in and once we finally got the very long code for the door, we arrived at the unit to discover a locked security screen that we had no way to open. Was a frustrating start to our vacation.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful clean condo. We had a few minor issues we resolved on our own but it did not affect our enjoyment.

This was in a very convenient location near downtown, groceries, food and golf. Loved the pickleball court.
The house had all of the essentials we needed.
4.7
Small details not done properly. Wifi password, batteries dead in 2 remotes, no Kleenex checkin more difficult than needed to be. But was clean and nice neighbors. Convenient location for us for weekend.

We were in town for 4 nights and looking for an affordable place to stay. The condo was clean and met our needs. I would have liked to give it 5 stars but a few things prevented that. The location was such that the tiny patio opens to a busy and noisy highway. The living room furniture was uncomfortable, the bathroom fans were ineffective and very loud and there was only one parking space. The shared pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing. Overall, it was a good experience.

Pretty grounds, friendly and welcoming community, extremely quiet, spacious bedrooms and closets, wonderful showers, nice washer and dryer, decently stocked kitchen, nice pool area.

Really did not like the check in process would’ve been nice to do it 24 hours ahead instead of driving down the freeway and having to pull over and fill out details. Also the email on the checkout was an unrelated name didn’t even recognize it as the check in process they had to resend it.
The unit was overall very nice problem with the en suite toilet plugs out when just going pee good thing you have two plungers in the unit. Kind of a long code to unlock the door little bit frustrating for older folks.
The unit was well equipped and details were very nice overall a good experience.

A nice condo in a quiet neighborhood. Great value for the area. Checkin was painful. We were not initially sent the login code, we had the wrong wifi creds, and we were told it was open parking when in fact there are assigned spots. Despite those issues, we would definitely stay again.

The good:
Very clean on move-in
Many nice updates, newer appliances
Location great for our needs, convenient to various dessert cities
Well kept grounds, nicely landscaped, very quiet
Good Wi-Fi and televisions
The bad:
Walking through puddles on entry sidewalk
Traffic noise on patio
Poor arrival instructions and information
4.7
The pool areas are lovely, quiet with fruit trees!

It should be known that you will be dealing with a rental agency rather than an individual for check-in instructions, etc. It was quite cumbersome and it probably added quite a bit more to the Fee costs.
4.7
The condo is in a great location for my needs, very clean and fully furnished. The instruction manual had been updated to include new Wi-Fi instructions but did not notify Vacasa of the update. Also, the location of the washer/dryer should have been revealed.

People in community great. Landscaping beautiful . walking routes excellent. Pool area beautiful. Condo too dark and cold. Probably good in the summer. Patio faces main road. Too noisy to keep door open. Kitchen appliances original.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the rugs could definitely be replaced as they were old, dirty and frayed. We had a hard time locking the front door and couldn’t lock both the front and security doors. The heat was hard to regulate as it blew hot or cold.

Loved it was ground level and by the pool and parking

We had a wonderful stay, the bed in the master bedroom was one of the highlights of our stay, it was one of the best beds I have ever slept in, got lots of rest.
We had company come over, they liked to accommodation also.
One of the bad things was there was no toaster in the in the kitchen, other wise it had a great kitchen.
We would rent this unit again, it was to our standards.

We loved the area and there’s a lemon tree nearby and my has been picked a lemon for me so I had lemon water every morning! We also saw a hummingbird in the tree!
And I have to say that management was very responsive and very helpful! House is great!!

Great value. We actually loved this place enough to counter the kinks you'll read in this review. It was clean as a whistle. And the neighbors were all so nice. And the layout was just right for 4 people and a small dog. We loved that the tennis/pickleball courts were right out front (nobody has mentioned Pickleball in these descriptions, but I know it's quite the draw these days. Neighbors play at 8:30 every other day). The pool was just the right temperature and very close by. Here's our first few minutes, though: Opened blinds and slat broke off. Opened patio door and handle broke off. Tried to lock patio door and lock didn't work (there is a locked gate on the patio, luckily). Then garbage disposal didn't work. Then overhead fixture in master bedroom didn't work, lights or fan. And there was no mention anywhere of which spot in the parking lot was the 2nd parking spot though one of the MANY contradictory emails and papers from Vacasa said there would be two spots in the parking lot. The people at Vacasa could not have been nicer or more responsive. But their written communication was confusing and often contradictory. And be ready for the Vacasa check-in process much of which they blamed on Palm Springs--phone calls, video calls, ID's they want through email. Also, this property didn't meet the high quality of the many VRBO Premiere Host properties we've stayed in before. Still, we would go back because it's appropriately priced for the value we got.

Waverly condo
This is a cozy and clean condo on the outskirts of Palm Springs.
The Pool is very close to the unit and the tennis courts were steps away. We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking utensils, however there were no small bowls for snacks or
Ice cream. I also missed the lack of shade at the pool. Some umbrellas scattered around the pool would make a big difference to the comfort of sitting outdoors in 100 degree weather.

Very clean, good AC; Some road noise
The condo was very clean and the AC was excellent. There is one parking space which is uncovered. Tennis courts are right next store so bring your rackets. The bed was very soft (a bit too soft for our tastes). It worked well for our dogs as well. Our only quibble on the condo is that it is on the end so you are next to Hwy 111 which meant some road noise from large trucks, but it wasn’t terrible. Our other note is for the property mgmt company: There was confusion about having to have a code or clicker to access the parking lot. There is no gate on the lot, you just need to know the parking space number.
4.7
Great place
We enjoyed Waverly Condo so much we are booking for next March. The complex is so close to grocery stores-great for walking. Just a very easy place to be.
