On the edge of town and near the Cisco Beach bike path, this centrally located property with 5 total bedrooms and 5 bathrooms to accommodate1-2 families is ideally situated for exploring Nantucket. The property consists of a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom cottage and a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom guest house, and is surrounded by a lush, private yard, a 9-person outdoor whirlpool spa, a fire pit, and beyond the hedgerows, a quiet, paved street. Town is a 1-mile drive, bike ride, or walk away, or you can catch the $1 Miacomet loop shuttle at the end of the road. Three of the island's best beaches—Cisco, Miacomet, and Surfside—are within three miles--a short drive, bike ride, Uber/taxi, shuttle ride away. Pick up fresh produce and local fish at Bartlett Farm and 167 Seafood market down the road, or grab lunch, dinner and drinks while listening to live music at Cisco Brewers, also close by. Families appreciate the spacious yard, toys and games for indoor/outdoor fun, three flat screen TVs plus Wi-Fi, two outdoor showers.

I stayed here with my husband, son, dog and a few additional extended family members as my entire family was on island for a wedding. The house was exactly as pictured, very clean when we arrived, and the location was perfect! I have a young son so it was great to have the two houses where we could stretch out and not worry about waking others up! We very much enjoyed our stay and would very much recommend this house if you're looking for an idyllic Nantucket rental!

The floorplan with the 2 houses was ideal for our group. Less than a 5 minute drive to town! We are used to staying in Tom Nevers so this location was so much more convenient!

Fantastic property and a better experience than I could have expected (even with a perfect 5 star review history). Great location, easy bike ride to town or the beach, without all of the congestion of staying closer to town. Perfect for two families traveling together. Common space outside was perfect for kids (lots of football and hide & seek).

The best stay! My friends and i enjoyed this house so much! The check in process was easy, the house was clean and cozy! We had a private chef come in and cook for 10 girls and it was a large enough space to feel comfortable and move around.

Ideal home and location for a perfect family getaway in Nantucket!
We were so fortunate to experience an ideal family vacation in Nantucket and the house had everything to do with it ! Ideal set up with impeccable guest house and main house !. My parents stayed in one house and my husband and I stayed in the guest house. Beautifully kept yards for lounging, reading, frisbee, football. And the location of the home was ideal to some of the best beaches, town, and local groceries etc. I would absolutely come again !

Great stay
Lovely stay west of town. Kelley is extremely responsive, and very thorough. The check in / booking process was smooth…she was forthcoming about construction, and proactive with timing updates. The house was exactly as advertised - clean, modern, great outdoor space, perfect for a group of friends or a bigger family who wants two different “houses” while still being together. Location wise, it was conveniently located to all the essentials (town, beach, restaurants, etc), even though not a short walk to any of them.
Overall a lovely stay, and a place we would definitely call home again!

Beautiful hideaway
The property was more beautiful than I expected!!! The photos didn't do the house justice. We had three families staying at the property...2 in the main house and 1 in the guest house. The guest house was a brand new renovation and it was gorgeous. The main house was also very beautiful. The house had everything we needed...a beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a fire pit, outdoor BBQ, etc. It was perfect. If there were any issues or questions, the caretaker was on the island and answered her phone immediately. They addressed whatever we needed same day. We could not have been happier. It is a slight walk to town... over a mile but we enjoyed the walk. The nearest beach is also more than a mile. The house was close to all the bike paths to the beaches. We all enjoyed riding our bikes to the beach. We would easily stay here again!!!!

Perfect for families. Right between beaches and town so easy biking to both. Quite neighborhood with few cars/thru traffic.
Large yard and owners provided amenities such as outdoor games, gas grill, etc., so spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the nice weather. Would rent again.

The perfect weekend!

Clean, cute, and great location
The house was very cute, fairly spacious, and in a great location on a quiet street. The yard was lovely. The appliances are updated which is nice and sometimes a hard find for rentals. It was a great fit for my annual girls weekend.

Simple Nantucket Living
The Classic Nantucket Cottage was an outstanding rental for my family. The location is exceptional for easy access to all parts of the island. The landscaping of the property is absolutely beautiful. The yard is private with bushes enclosing the back yard allowing only birds, deer and rabbits to wander through. It is well equipped with amenities, highlighted by a great outside shower. I really appreciated that there was only 1 TV in the house, it was nicely nestled in a book shelf and not the primary focus of the living room. The layout of the deck and living space flowed seamlessly. I like to leave the craziness of my life at home when I go to Nantucket, this rental provided the simple, quiet space to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. I would absolutely rent this cottage again.

This house was so perfect and wonderful to stay in for a getaway of any sort! Kelley was such an amazing host and all the details were explained perfectly. Everything was clean, neat, fresh and renter friendly. We all had such an amazing time and I cannot thank them enough!

Perfect family ACK getaway
We loved staying at Kelley's house! it is a beautifully maintained home centrally located to the beaches, restaurants and town - perfect for a our family! The kids loved playing in the gorgeous huge front and back lawns and we loved BBQ-ing after a long day at the beach and eating our meals on the back porch. The kids (1, 2 & 5yrs old) especially loved the humongous bathtub for tubby time and we all agreed the outdoor shower is the best! We loved every moment of our fun yet restful stay and hope to return soon! This house is definitly a gem - and the "bunk house" out front was an added bonus for my parents to sleep when they visited for a couple days during our stay!

Hideaway oasis
Owner was very accessible. House was perfect for a two week getaway with teenagers. There is a little house in the front yard with a couch and TV that was a perfect place for them to hang when not at the beach! The house feels very private on a quiet street, but close to town and grocery shopping. House included beach chairs, towels and a beach cooler and every thing you could need to go to the beach! The laundry room is awesome and walks out directly to an outside shower. House felt very clean, sheets were soft...would definitely stay again! Thank you

Great value and location
The property has pretty much everything a vacationing family could ask for. Ample space in the living/dining areas, sizable mudroom, outdoor shower, large bedrooms, and a big yard. It's an easy 5 minute drive into town (Uber was ~$7-$9) or to the Stop n Shop. The property was nicely maintained and quiet. Each bedroom had a window mounted AC unit, which worked well. The only drawback was the old, electric range in the kitchen. Other than that, the property was everything we expected and looked as pictured.
