With 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and enough room to comfortably accommodate 4 guests in over 1,500 square feet of living space, this completely updated Mid-Century home with heated pool is the perfect size for a small family or two couples traveling together. You will fall in love with our home’s lush landscaping, light and open interior, and quiet, friendly neighborhood. This home has all the amenities you need to be as relaxed as possible during your stay, including full-sized washer/dryer, central air throughout, ceiling fans in bedrooms, impact windows and doors, 3 cable TVs and wireless internet access. When you’re not out enjoying one of the area’s many fine restaurants or bars, prepare a gourmet meal at home in the spacious fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-end stainless steel appliances including French-door refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, wine-rack, stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, quartzite countertops. This home was perfect for us? Beautiful and very clean! It's in the perfect location to be able to walk to the beach and several shops/restaurants. But in a quiet neighborhood where you can kick back and relax by the private pool.

Everything is so nice about this house. First, the location : Nice and quiet neighberhood, you are at 7 minutes of the beach, a little bit outside of the main area, so you always have a place and it's not too crowded. Also, a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute bike ride, and you are at the center to Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, with the pier and restaurants that goes along with it. Secondly, the accessories of the house. Everything is in mint condition, the bikes are really nice (and helps you get around LBTS really quickly). The pool was just perfect for our 3 year old and for us. A lot of towels. Fridge is neat with water distribution in it.
It's was a perfect vacation. Will certainly book again.

We could not have been more pleased with our time at this beautiful house. Everything is top notch, the floor plan was perfect for 2 couples to have privacy when wanted, the pool area is like an oasis, and the village and beach are just a short walk away. We 100% recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

This lovely property is exactly as pictured. Full of light and whimsical touches to the decor with absolutely everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The layout of the home provides lovely views of the private pool area.The lush landscaping and comfortable outdoor furniture coupled with a refreshing swimming pool provided a true private resort experience. The neighborhood is a calm,quiet location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. All beach necessities were provided,including a wagon to tote them.
The comfort of the home,from beds,to living room and dining area seating was much appreciated. Truly a 5 star propery,with caring owners who were very quick to answer our questions. The scheduled pool and yard maintenance were greatly appreciated.

Cozy beautiful 2 bedroom house. Well kept outside and in. We had a little issue but it was quickly fixed and handled. Would stay again in the future.

the pool and surrounding landscaping is private and well tended.
I have stayed in several VRBO homes and this is definitely the most well equipped kitchen, abundant towels. First time I didn’t have to purchase toilet paper and paper towels! Well within walking distance to the beach and vibrant shopping. Thanks for sharing with us!

Perfect house for two couples!
This house was a perfect match for two couples! Private quarters. Private bathrooms. Location was walking distance to everything! The backyard was like an oasis. We saw beautiful birds. Little geckos. Big lizards in the tree. Butterflies. Beautiful! The house had dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap garbage bags. It was so nice to not have to buys big quantities of this stuff. Michael the host was quick to answer my every text. For a small fee (not the price of a whole night) he allowed us to check in at 11:00 pm. It was a wonderful trip. And Michael made it even better.

House has a great location, tucked away but still close to town. Perfect set up for two couples. Pool was wonderful, very relaxing setting. Owner was very nice, super fast with responses. We hope to stay here again next year!

Perfect Oasis
The house was amazing! Just like the pictures show! It has everything you could possibly need while on vacation. We had a blast relaxing in the pool. The area is very nice & quiet. We loved the palm trees in the back yard. It is in walking distance to the beach and a ton of restaurants. We loved everything about this house. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

The backyard is lovely with a wonderful pool, a relaxing patio, and beautiful landscape. The wifi works great as we worked remotely for the week and needed reliable internet access. The neighborhood is very nice, safe and secure, and offers peace and tranquility. It is perfect for walking and riding bikes.
The location is ideal as it is a short walk to the beach, convenience store, and to the A1A and everything is within a short driving distance like the Publix and stores on Commercial Blvd. We definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

This house is perfect
A friend and I stayed for the month of February 2021. I think we said to each other on a daily basis “this house is perfect!”. It works really well for adults traveling together. There are two bedroom suites across the house from each other. Comfortable furniture, a nice kitchen that is well stocked. Super private yard and pool! The location could not be better, just a very short walk to the beach. A Seven minute walk to shops and restaurants of Lauderdale by the Sea. The property manager was available when we needed her and a great communicator. The owners were also great about getting back to us with minor questions, very quickly. The neighborhood felt extremely safe.

Excellent stay!
My family stayed here during the March break and wereally enjoyed the property in the nicest neighbourhood. Indeed, we felt the quietness and the charm of the area every walk from the beach. There is literally no noise from A1A right after you step on Allenwood, just the beautiful birdie songs and the sounds of the wind in the trees fulfill the air. Peaceful.
It is few steps away from downtown Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, all the restaurants, shopping, grocery and whatever you may need during your vacation.
