20 Acre property with 3 homes that can either be rented together or separately. One home has 10 Bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, one home has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and one home has 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The first 12 pictures are of the ten bedroom home and the remaining pictures are of the two other houses. Lots of open space and each house has it's own private outdoor areas. We apologize, however since the houses can be rented separately or together (for a total of 22 bedrooms), there is no way to fully keep the calendar up to date and please feel free to email or call with any inquiries.
The 10 bedroom home has 8 bedrooms with a Queen size bed and a twin size bed, 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a Queen size platform bed, and one smaller bedroom with a twin size bed. 4 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and 4 of the bedrooms have decks right off the bedroom. The house has a game room with a pool table, ping pong table and an air hockey table. The home has a private hot tub surronded by windows. A ramp leads inside the home which allows access to an ADA compiant bathroom, one of the bedrooms, the living/dining room, kitchen and dinette. A propane BBQ grill is supplied and there is a fire pit near the house.
The seven bedroom home has seven bedroooms (2 of which have private bathrooms and 1 with a private half bathroom), a huge cathederal living room/dining room with a 32 foot deck, a 6 person hot tub in a window enclosed deck, five bathrooms, pool table room, modern kitchen, three decks, a ping pong table and air hockey table. A propane BBQ grill is supplied and there is a fire pit near the house.
The five bedroom home has five bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a Queen size bed and a twin size bed. Two of the bedrooms have a set of twin size beds. One of the bedrooms has a set of full size beds. This house does not have a hot-tub, however it has a game room with a ping pong and Foosball table. A propane BBQ grill is supplied and there is a fire pit near the house.
The homes are located on 20 Luscious Private Acres across the road from the Lake/River and your own private dock (the dock is shared by our three houses). Located in Corinth on Route 9N. Property includes a hot tub (for the two larger houses), basket ball hoop, barbecue grill, swingset/clubhouse (for the two larger houses) and plenty of park like grounds.
Houses can be rented together or separately. Each house has it's own private areas, so you have privacy if you rent the house separately.

This is great place to stay. We had 20 people with us and the place was awesome. Very spacious and cozy. The communication with owner was very great and he was super accommodating. The house is exactly what we needed and fulfilled all our needs.
I would totally stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family. Everything was just perfect!

Very DIRTY!!!!
We understand that the house was unused for a few months. However, we paid $x,xxx for 7 days
Good business dictates that the house and surrounding property be cleaned before the arrival of paying clients.
At this point some will say … ‘why did you not just leave?’
We did want to but we are a group of 21 from various states who had scheduled events. Leaving was not feasible.
So we cleaned and sanitized to make it easier to tolerate for a few days
Please allow us to outline the extent of the atrocities we encountered…
(1) Roach droppings in the kitchen drawers
(2) A kitchen floor that had not been mopped in at least 6 months
(3) Dirty stove that needed scrubbing before we could use
(4) We just put the coffee pots in a roach droppings cupboard…
(5) Extremely thick layer of black dust on all fans and light fixtures
(6) Thick dust on heating grates and AC units
(7) Upstairs Bathroom has a dripping faucet and it is extremely difficult to turn on the hot water in the tub
(8) Extremely dirty floors
(9) Most of the electrical outlets in the Living Room do not work
(10) Laundry Room is disgustingly cluttered
(11) All linen were stink (I do not have a better way of describing them)
(12) Shelving loose in closets
(13) Really ugly bathrooms
(14) The patio is very unflattering
(15) The unfortunate Fire Pit area has evidence of no attention for quite some time
Please note that we thoroughly cleaned the stove and sanitized the pots and pans each day, roaches.

Should have been a red flag when the owner day before we arrived was very short and had no time to give me check in instructions over the phone. Check in to find a broken down filthy home with disrepair everywhere. Doors that were impossible to open, layers of filth everywhere, layers of thick dust on fans and air conditioning units blowing into the house. The list goes on with no resolution. The listing pictures showing clean well maintained property are misleading!!

My friends and I rented all three homes on this property together for a reunion. The houses are incredible with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces! We really enjoyed the large lawns, basketball court, indoor hot tubs and access to the river. The rooms are spacious and clean and we particularly enjoyed the large game rooms and living rooms. This place is perfect for a large group and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the Hudson Valley area!

Pros: the location is great, close to Lake George, shops and outlets, there are nearby family beaches in Lake Lazurne and Corinth, plus hiking trails. The house has plenty of room for the whole family. Beds comfy, TV's everywhere (once we had the internet issues sorted out). The camp fire ring was perfect for s'mores nights..local firewood sales are easy to find. The dining areas easily accommodated our group of 20. There's a clean hot tub for winding down and games room for evening fun.
Con: The kitchen left much to be desired and in need of full renovation. Small, cramped, little prep area and barely room for two in the cooking/cleaning area. We made it work, but as someone who loves to cook for and with family, the kitchen made it a chore rather than a fun time.

This is a great property. Lots of space, we had a huge party with 17 children under 10years old and it fit us great. The place is clean. The communication was great and very easy to check in. There are nice family beaches very close (within minutes). Lake George is only 20 min. Away and there are tons of things to do there. The hot Tubs were a nice addition as well. No complaints at all. We would like to go back.

We had a large group up for a golf trip and the house was perfect for what we wanted. The property is massive, house has a ton of beds/bedrooms and the added amenities like the hot tub and game room were great to come back to each day.

this property was clean with lot's of room for everyone. The kitchen needs a little TLC but we were there with 12 guys so we made the best of it. The only negative thing i can say is the driveway was very steep with loose gravel which made it tricky with motorcycles.

Location was excellent close to many activities. We rented the 10 and 7 bedroom homes over all the housed were nice, beds very comfortable. We all had a great time! Even thou there were couple of issues. The floors were very dirty with having 3 babies crawling we had to real clean the floors. Shower curtains pink mold. Management very helpful reimbursing us for supplies.

Everyone had a bed to sleep in and many of the rooms had attached bathrooms which was convenient. The indoor hot tub was a big hit along with the ping pong table and fuzzball table in the large basement. The yard was big which had lots of space for yard games and a great firepit for the evenings. Most of the house was clean but we did find some clothes and toiletries from a previous group that must have been overlooked by the cleaners. Mark who was the local contact was easily reachable via telephone and checked the grill to make sure we had enough propane for the weekend. Lastly this place is attached to a property with 2 other homes on it. Overall I would recommend this place for large groups and would definitely rerent this place for a large event in the future.

We rented all three houses for a family reunion. Loved the property and all of the space. We had infants up to our great grandmother. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. All kitchen appliances and fixings were there but we stuck with paper products and takeout mostly. Local Mart and Stewart's nearby 3 minutes away if anything was forgotten . Probably going back when the weather is warmer. The walk to the dock wasn't the most fun with the kids on the main road but cute hangout spot there in the summer time. Thank you for everything !

We stayed here with three other families and used the house as a home base for skiing at West Mountain. We had a great time, enjoyed the hot tub, and the close proximity to Lake George. Meir, the owner, was very responsive to my questions before and after booking. Mark, who maintains the house, was also very responsive and made our check in/check out easy. The driveway is steep and we got a lot of snow overnight, and it was plowed early in the morning, and again later that afternoon, so we did not get snowed in or have to wait. The house layout is a little disjointed but I'll just call that "charming". It was totally fine. And the beds were very comfortable.

We stayed more than 55 friends and booked 3 houses. All the houses were nearby each other. jacuzzi’s were the favorite in winter. Overlooked by Hudson River, there are market within 10min distance were you can get groceries. Meir was very helpful in answering all the questions and patiently solved all our queries. Mark the property manager was also prompt. Definitely coming back for stay.

The house was big and had 19 Beds. It was a perfect place to spend a guys weekend. The rooms were clean, there were plenty of bathrooms, there were two refrigerators and plenty of space. I am happy we stayed there.

The home was clean and well stocked for the number of people who were there. The setting was great and everything was exactly as presented by the owner. My birthday was actually in the middle of our 7-day celebration at the property in Corinth. Most but not all of my 52 descendants were there to celebrate. Much of my enjoyment was the vicarious pleasure as the small ones explored the jungle jim-like equipment, as they all returned from a one-day mountain hike with an outstanding view, returned from a family history trip at Fort Ticonderoga, got caught in a storm while on a boating trip on Lake George, returned from a Hudson River rapids white-water rafting adventure put on by Adirondack Outdoor Adventures.
Overall a great time and a great location.

It was perfect for me & my family of 20 we stayed during the Christmas holiday and it had enough space for us to practice social distancing and still be together in one house. Would definitely go back. Pic show what yu get plus a Lil more.

I celebrated my sons bar mitzvah with 25 immediate family members here in all 3 houses.. The host Menashe was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful in planning out the minutia from parking to Wi-Fi to enough chairs and tables to seat everyone for dinner . The property manager Mark was quick to come and take care of whatever needs I had. The property is excellent with tons of outdoor space as well as amenities like the fire pits and picnics tables and chairs as well as swing sets and basketball. The game rooms were perfect for the sudden flash storms. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. The location was excellent . TARGET and lake George village only 20/25 min away and tons of horse back riding , canoeing , rafting just minutes down the road.I feel very lucky to have found such a great spot to celebrate my sons important day with family during corona!

Menashe was wonderful to work with. Answered all my questions. Very easy rental process. Also provided information regarding activities/ shopping in the vicinity of the property. The houses need a little TLC ( living room/ dining room furniture). Bedrooms are large and beds are really comfortable. Would definitely recommend the property for large groups.

While the driveway might be a challenge in icy weather, once you are there the amenities are great. The two houses are separated by a driveway so we still felt as one group but with enough space for early-to-bed people not to be kept up by the night owls. There is basketball space and volleyball outside while inside was ping pong, air hockey and a pool table. The hot tub is inside but away separated from the main area by a bathroom, so the house didn't smell like a hot tub. We were so busy that the TVs and DVD players were never used (outside of people checking weather). There were large folding tables so all 18 of us could sit together for meals. I think the only wish I heard was for internet service, as there isn't much cell phone coverage there. I hope no one reads this review, as we would like to rent it for many years to come.
