The apartment was clean, charming and comfortable with a lovely garden space. The location is just a few blocks walk to downtown Ashland and the theaters, but still very quiet and restful.

Easy walk to OSF, restaurants, the food co-op and Lithia Park. Great house that we've stayed at multiple times.

Everything you could want in a home away from home. The garden is awesome, the indoors is soooo quiet! How do they do that??? The kitchen is TOTALLY beyond adequate—no stove top but induction burner units in the cupboard. Truly, it was all beyond our wildest expectations. Beautiful, comfortable, AMAZING!!! We loved it. No, we LOVED it! I stay in Ashland often, and this marvelous place is going into my rotation. Heaven.

My friend and I travel to Ashland often and Oberon was the best spot we've stayed at! The property is clean and convenient and cozy. Thank you so much for your welcoming property.

My daughter and I loved staying for a weekend to visit SOU. Gorgeous home very walkable to downtown. Safe, clean, easy parking. Highly recommend for one or 2 people.

The apartment is very convenient to down town Ashland.

My wife and I have stayed at both the Titania and Oberon rental in this home. Both times we were amazed at how warm and welcoming the rentals were. The house is perfectly located in the downtown area so we spent very little time walkin to our favorite restaurants and shops. Also, we lacked nothing as the owner thought of everything we might need during our stay. As I noted in the title, our stay was absolute perfection.

A perfect location to access downtown Ashland, Oregon. We parked the car and walked everywhere. The cottage was beautifully decorated with a lovely peaceful garden.
We will return.

I've now had the pleasure to stay in Second Spring's Oberon & Titania units. Both worked well for one adult and older teen. Depending upon how much space you prefer, how much you plan to cook, and how much you wish to spend are the main factors in choosing one unit over the other. Although we opted to cook less than anticipated during our two week visit, Oberon was well-equipped for cooking. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in either unit again! Overall location, while it is off a busy intersection, is exactly what gives you perfect walking access to OSF, downtown shopping/dining, as well as many hikes through Lithia Park and the adjacent watershed trails. Host is incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. Any of the Second Spring's properties will be on my list for future visits to Ashland!

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I. There is a daybed in the living room, so our 9 year old grandson could stay a couple of the nights with us.
This home was cozy, bright, and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location couldn't be better to access all of the downtown Ashland area on foot. We found the apartment to be very well appointed and comfortable. Also, the walls and windows are well insulated so the street noise doesn't come through (or at least I didn't hear it). The cooking situation is not ideal if that's what you're up for, but the toaster oven and microwave work great. We never pulled out the electric cooktops, but they have two of them ready to go. One small detail, the coffee pot could be larger--its a small guy--four cups. Or enough for two large cups of coffee. But they provided fresh ground coffee that was very good. Thank you! I brought prepared food and just heated it up and then of course we had dinner out--so many options! I would definitely stay again--great value, lovely place!

The cottage was adorable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with a non-keurig coffee maker and lots of cookware and utensils. Even some spices and such were available though we didn't need anything.
The bathroom is updated and clean. A hair dryer and shampoo/soap were available.
I would stay here again if going to Ashland. It is 1 block off the main shopping district. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is fantastic!!
This is a clean and beautiful place to stay, and the windows in the bedroom and living room let in a lot of light. I loved the garden on the side of the house. We even had three deer visit us! The bathroom is fantastic, and the kitchen is just the right size for a short stay.

We’ve stayed here years ago
For a couple, it is ideal. The proximity of
Oberon to downtown and OSF was why we elected to stay here for our stay in Ashland.

Great little spot
One of three units in a beautifully restored house in the middle of Ashland. Super comfortable, great shower and yard. I didn’t use the laundry but it’s there in the basement. The kitchenette has coffee, toaster oven, fridge and hot plates so you can make some simple meals. Best thing is the location, we walked everywhere and left the car in the parking spot.

Lovely Flat Great Location
The unit is in a perfect location that allows you to park and never need your car as you can walk everywhere. The unit is really nice- very clean, stylish, top notch finishes and efficiently laid out to make the most of the space. Lots of windows so lots of sunlight. We didn’t cook but did eat in due to COVID so the toaster oven and microwave were perfect. The smaller frig held plenty of provisions. The town is very nice as is the general area. I highly recommend this VRBO rental.

sweet place to stay
great location and such a lovely place

smoky
The place was wonderful, attention to detail in decoration, but we had to cut it short because the smoke from fires was horrendous it was way too unhealthy. My husband has asthma so it was not safe for us to stay considering the air quality. Many places were closed as well. SO we missed 4 nights we had to pay for, so couldn't enjoy this beautiful property. I think there should be some kind of refund in this unprecedented situation, we did email in regard to our early departure but haven't heard back. I would definitely go back but I may not in fire season.

Two delightful days in Ashland
Quiet, relaxing and great location for walking in town or heading out for a bike ride along the bear creek greenway trail. Also a quick drive to Jacksonville for wine tasting. Amazing property for sure!

Great location. Walk across street for my morning coffee. Spacious with a kitchen. No dining room, so we sat at living room table for breakfast.
