It was a great visit. The location was good, the property was well maintained, and the decor was attractive.

Older hotel but always love it. Great location in downtown Ashland. Close to shopping, restaurants, play theaters, bars. Hotel has a great bar of its own. Great lobby to hang out in bc of its fireplace. Rooms are small but we don’t spend time in there except to sleep. Always a great time in Ashland and at Ashland springs hotel.

When we checked in we should have been told about coffee being available on the second floor in the evening. Weren’t told about the amenities that the hotel had. We’re also very disappointed that the restaurant was closed on the Monday that we were there. A full service hotel should provide dining every day

We stayed in a suite on the 9th floor. The room was very clean, the beds were so comfortable and the view of Ashland was amazing!

The hotel location was perfect! Walking distance to the Shakespeare Festival, lithia park, shoppiny and restaurants. The hotel was very dated, the rooms are small, parking wqs awkward, room wawnt ready until close to 5pm. With an 11 am checkout. So expensive for th3 time in the room. The roonservice and breakfast was delicious. We had a room that was near the elevator which was extremely noisy and busy! Also housekeeping starting vacuuming at 9am. The rooms where not insulted as we heard everything ! The ice machines and vending where not working , so we had to ride the emevator down to the restaurant to get ice and water. This iw not the hotel for people with mobility issues or get anxiety in tight places . Felt cramped the entire stay.

Had to check in early. Clerk was supposed to notify me when room was ready. Never did. I had to go ask again. No information on how to get water. Had to play hide and seek to find coffee pot. Insufficient creamer. Inconvenient position of socket to plug in coffee machine.

A classic hotel, very well kept for its age. Has a great restaurant and is in the heart of town.

Loved the historical value of property. Beds were awesome.

The hotel is in the middle of town, near restaurants and shops (and the Shakespeare stages). The clerk gave us a sheet with a list of restaurants, hours, type of food. Very helpful. Lots of restaurants were closed on Mondays.

This a nice 100 year old hotel. It has been refurbished several times but is very much an hotel out of the 1920s. The rooms are small but comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding and way more than you would expect from a "continental" breakfast. The hotel is very convenient to walk to the theaters and restaurants. It has 4 EV charging stations in its parking lot.

This hotel has gone downhill in quality and customer service post pandemic. It's a beautiful property but doesn't seem well maintained and staff are indifferent. Morning breakfast is bland and minimal.

We visit Ashland often and have always wanted to stay here. We had a corner room on the 8th floor. It was absolutely perfect. We watched the sunset in bed. The staff was super friendly and the hotel is full of charming history. The hotel's location makes it walkable to pretty much everything.

Perfect location for Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. A charming reminder of a bygone era. Close enough for a day trip to Crater Lake which was beautiful. Staff excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Charming old hotel! We loved the architecture and glamour of the early 1900s, and they have modernized enough to make it comfortable without losing the charm. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and tasty. The location right next to the Shakespeare Festival was absolutely perfect for us. We would stay here again!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was not feeling well and need toast in the evening because I could not stomach anything. The front desk member made me toast and brought it to me.
Hotel has breath taking views of the mountains. The sunrise was amazing to watch from our window.

We had previously stayed at the sister hotel, Lithia Springs, and found Ashland Springs disappointing in comparison. We try to stay t unique or historic hotels, but compared to other historic hotels we have stayed at, this property just didn't measure up. Everything about it was tired and in need of a renovation. It's proximity to the Shakespeare Festival was the one positive thing about it.

I love this hotel. Yes, the rooms are small. Yes, I should have booked a room with a view. But the location, staff, parking, and complain breakfast make it worth it. There is no hotel better situated for attending plays at OSF (I’ve stayed at them all) and Ashland in general. It was Smokey and hot during my stay but the AC in my room kept me cool and comfortable. I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Ashland if I don’t have!!

This is a European style hotel, elegant and in an old world style. Lark’ s Home Kitchen Cuisine is the on-site restaurant and serves incredibly delicious food. The garden space is lovely. The included breakfast is only fair, and the availability of accessible rooms is poor at best. Our wheelchair dependent daughter was placed on the 7th floor, with no consideration given to fire or power outage. We tried to have her moved to a ground floor, but there were no rooms where she could access the bathroom with her chair. Very disappointing. It is difficult to find a true accessible/ADA room in Ashland.
