Downtown Boulder, Beautifully Remodeled Landmarked Sq Ft Home with Large Private Back Yard and Front Porch. Short walk to Pearl St shopping and dining.
This 1900 landmarked home has been beautifully and fully remodeled, with an open floor plan that maintains its’ old world charm with original wood floors and character throughout the house. The home has a warm and inviting feel, 10 foot ceilings on the main floor with faulted ceiling on the upper level. The upstairs is an oasis with views of the flatirons, a bathroom that includes a soaking tub and shower to relax in, a soft baby alpaca rug and a bookcase of books (just in case you want to linger inside a bit). On the lower level, the house has two bedrooms with a beautiful bathroom with heated floors, shower and tub; and a play room. All bedding, mattresses, towels, rugs and cleaning supplies are organic and natural. The house hosts a large number of windows so you are connected to nature. Original art throughout the house. The main floor was designed for family and social time, with a kitchen that opens to both the living room and dining area. French doors in the living room open to the beautiful backyard. A second living room is located in the front of the house. The spacious yard features seasonal apples, a large patio for outdoor meals, a gas grill, and play house. The covered front porch is a relaxing place to sip morning coffee or a cool drink in the afternoon. Cruiser bikes, snowshoes, and yak tracks are available for our guests.

We just loved the comfortable- and historic- setting! Everything we could have needed was provided.

It is a quaint house, nicely renovated, in a quiet neighborhood located within walking distance to Pearl Street. The owners are communicative and responsive. Worked perfect for 6 of us. Would stay again.

My husband, pup, and I had a wonderful stay in Boulder thanks to this cozy home. The location is amazing close by Pearl Street and many hiking trails. We really felt like it was a home-away-from-home, and wish we could have stayed longer. The ability to use the bikes was a great bonus that allows us to get everywhere we needed to go. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Our 3 year-old granddaughter said it best on walking into the house: "It's so cozy!" Indeed it was! The home had everything we could need, with ample space for our family group of seven to enjoy together, inside and out; the garden is a dream. Additionally, the layout of the bedrooms ensures privacy and quiet space for each. The neighborhood is lovely and conveniently located to everything we wanted: trails, restaurants, grocery store, etc. and our hosts were the best ever! Their recommendations and suggestions were also tops! We couldn't have had a better time enjoying and exploring Boulder, en familia.

This historical home was so charming. We are very grateful to have had such a lovely space to enjoy time with our family in Boulder. The home had everything we needed, and then some. The yard was so lovely. I would have been happy to stay longer! The owners were extremely responsive when I had questions, and have put a lot of thought and effort into their vacation rental.

Owners were great. Very responsive and welcoming. I would highly recommend this VRBO

Dave was a great host and communicator . House was just as described and fully stocked with anything you’d need. However, it is a home from 1900 and comes with a few issues as would be expected (squeaky doors). Great location. Easy walk to Pearl Street for fun shopping and restaurants. Saturday’s Farmer’s market was an added bonus. Anything you need to make a meal at home was provided - although we did not eat in. Would totally recommend staying here!! 💚

We had a great time for our girls' trip to celebrate our unofficial 25th CU reunion. And we ran the Bolder Boulder. GREAT LOCATION for all of the above. The house was clean and comfy and the hosts were so personable. Thank you!

Cute spot, comfortable stay. Though we did not do this, it would be a great place to stay in and cook as the kitchen is fully stocked. Dave provided thorough information about the home and suggestions for the area.

I came with a group of buddies for homecoming. The house was perfect for us. It was comfortable, well stocked, had that cool old Boulder house feel, short walk to Pearl and walkable from campus. The host was very polite and accommodating. The neighborhood was perfect for our group in our late 30s. We will definitely be checking for availability before looking anywhere else the next time we come through town.

We needed a place that was close to Pearl Street and could sleep 6. We all had good beds and plenty of bathrooms so we had a great stay. Old house with lots of character! Would stay again in the future if we get a chance to come to Boulder.
Thanks for the great place to rest and play.

We had 7 guests stay for Memorial Day Weekend and enjoyed our experience. The host was communicative and kind, and the pictures/description accurately reflected the property. The house was clean and well stocked (three full baths, lots of towels, tons of kitchen supplies if you wanted to cook, etc.). Plenty of room, great outdoor space and front patio, and lots of communal areas (but enough bedrooms to have privacy when needed!). About 20 min. walk to Pearl Street (+/- depending on where you were headed specifically) which was very doable so we didn't need to drive much at all. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and felt very safe. Was a great pick for our needs.

My husband and I spent a long weekend in this charming house in Boulder, with our two adult daughters and their significant others. The house was very roomy, and well-equipped! We really enjoyed ourselves, and would love to come back for another visit.

The house was great, well equipped and the perfect lay out to host a dinner for our CU son and his friends. Because their yard is fenced, our dog was able to go outside when she wanted and there was a dog bed and dog bowls for her at the house. The walking proximity to Pearl Street made for very easy shopping and dining too.

We loved our stay. Dave and Rebecca's house was fantastic, exactly as described, and really met our needs. We enjoyed walking to Pearl Street, playing in the snow, and exploring Boulder. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our family came to Boulder to spend Thanksgiving with our son, a CU student. The layout of the house was perfect for all 6 of us, and stocked with everything you could ever need. Comfortable beds, lots of seating for meals, clean and quiet. The location was ideal, as well, within walking distance to Pearl St, North Broadway restaurants, coffee, ice cream and Ideal Market. The host was very responsive, friendly and flexible. We all give this historic home 2 thumbs up!

Good place for a family to stay
This was a great place for a group of us to stay. Easy walk to Pearl Street and great restaurants, and not far from grocery stores as well....and of course Moe's Bagels is great as well as Sweet Cow ice creamery, both a quick drive or pleasant walk.
Sleeping areas were spread out and made it really nice for 1 year old to nap and not be disturbed and let the rest enjoy conversations. There is full air conditioning from basement to top floor, good for those hot days. Back yard was lovely and we really enjoyed the swing, gas grill and visiting and eating out there. Sprinkler system is really loud for those in the basement. Also the sofa could use replacement, so used you sink into the springs and it stays that way. Was glad to see a window washer come even at the end of our visit. And yard people were very nice and respectful. We had some trouble getting used to lighting the gas oven and the owners were wonderful in responding quickly and being helpful to making it work. Just different. The coffee grinder and cappuccino machine was not cleaned and assembled incorrectly so we couldn't use it (or clean it) but they had other appliances to use. They have most everything you need to cook and serve meals including spices which makes it very nice. This is an old house and very charming and we really enjoyed the beautiful week in Colorado.
