We loved this house. The location, the layout of the house, the outdoor patio, the beautiful shrubs outside. Kurt is a wonderful and responsive host too. I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed. 👍

Our family of 5 were very comfortable in this beautiful home. I highly recommend this property for any family looking to get away and relax. Clean and well kept property. The master suite is a must see and will help you start your relaxing getaway.

This is a beautiful home with plenty of rooms to either hang with your family or go your separate way with a book or a nap. The pool table provided fun competition and a tv in almost every room kept us up on all the college games going on. No need to go to a bar!
The location, "On the Hill," is just beyond the student housing/greek houses and very close to the Flatiron hikes at Chataqua. And a short uber ride to Pearl St.
The hosts were wonderful and very communicative!

Kurt was an excellent host- very responsive and accommodating. We stayed here during our wedding weekend with several family members and there was plenty of space to sleep, chill and get ready. The master bedroom and upstairs office area was fantastic. You cannot beat the location nestled into the base of the Flatirons. This home is walking distance to all the best places in Boulder! Because it is someone’s home, there is definitely clutter and not a ton of storage. That’s my biggest piece of feedback: please provide more storage for guest’s belongings in bathrooms and kitchens. Overall, would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying here, while in town for a relative's wedding. It was relaxing and well-equipped, with several common spaces, indoors and out, so that it was easy for different sets of people to spend time together while letting others have privacy. The younger members of our group enjoyed the downstairs (especially the pool table), while my Mom (in her 80s) appreciated the ground floor bedroom with connected bathroom. There really was something for everyone!

Was there for the Buffs game. Property is perfect and Kurt was a great host. Easy process throughout. Would definitely go again.

We had a wonderful stay in Boulder for a big game, and the house was a cherry on top! Kurt was a great host. The home exceeded expectations. The size is perfect for a large group and the patio was perfect for the mornings and evenings. You cannot beat the location, so I absolutely recommend it!

Absolulely stunning. Our stay at this home was perfect. From the moment we arrived we were enveloped in clean, comfortable, spacious and homey spaces.
The location to both Chautauqua Park for hiking and CU Bolder to drop off our college freshman was convenient. Our host went above and beyond with communication and insider tips on local attractions.
If you are looking for a mountain getaway that combines natural beauty, luxury, and warm hospitality, look no further! This home exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return to this slice of paradise throughout the next 4 years and beyond.

We stayed at this beautiful home during my son's wedding festivities. The house has everything you'd want in your own home -- plus a ton of space for eveyone to have their own space. The house is very roomy and the open concept made the stay feel 100x better. The location is also key...you can literally do a ton with just a short walk or drive. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit!

We rented this home during the Thanksgiving holiday for our family of 5. The home was very clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for a large group to spread out.
We enjoyed making family dinners together in a well equipped kitchen including everything from a cuisinart food processor to a variety of spices and cooking oils.
We were also able to find great hiking trails just feet from the doorstep and we were within walking distance to and from CU’s campus for a football game.
The owner was very kind, gracious and easy to communicate with.
We would definitely stay here again!

Couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in while we visited Boulder. There are several amenities that helped make it such a great place - patio with plenty of seating, pool table, office to work (if you had to), plenty of rooms and the kitchen was perfect for us to enjoy some meals at home. Wished we had more time to enjoy outside but we were quite busy! The owner was very attentive to making sure our stay was perfect and was great to communicate with. We will definetely return!

We booked this over a year ago for our son’s wedding. We had wonderful access to Chautauqua Park, Boulder and the wedding venue. Our host was able to help with some baby supplies which made our stay all the more convenient and comfortable. We were able to accommodate multiple family members and especially enjoyed the outside space this home offered.

Our family truly appreciated this lovely home, locatedin a charming neighborhood of Boulder. It's light and airy, and tastefully decorated. I especially loved the Persian carpets and the gurgling fountain beneath my bedroom window, lulling me to sleep. The outdoor areas are lush and private, and we spent a good deal of time savoring the end of summer in the various settings. It was a treat to scan through the books in the library -- most of which I've read and to congregate in the well-appointed kitchen for coffee and breakfast. Kurt and Laura were considerate and attentive hosts, making us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay!

My sister and I brought our families to Boulder and stayed at this beautiful home. It is located in the loveliest neighborhood, just a five minute walk to Chautauqua Park and the beautiful Flatirons. One evening my husband and I walked up to the Auditorium and sat outside, listening to the sounds of the Colorado Symphony Orchestra. The house is spectacular with so many different and unique spaces. My favorite spot was on one of the lovely porches outside under the maple tree. The location is perfect. Just a five minute drive down to the Pearl Street Mall and the University of Colorado. The homeowners were so friendly and always accessible if needed. I highly recommend this gorgeous place! It is truly magical.

Outstanding home, location and property owner!!!
Our family of 6 adults had an amazing time staying at this home. Kurt was one of the most conscientious property owners we've met. He answered every question promptly, met us at the house to personally show us around, and was available for any additional questions we had. The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, etc. We found both the indoor space and outdoor space to be very comfortable and relaxing. Finally, the location could not be beat! We were in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood less than a mile from historic Boulder (but far enough away from student life). And we were only 2 blocks away from Chautauqua and many trailheads. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Boulder!

Perfect Location for Visiting CU Boulder Campus
Kurt greeted us and walked us through the house, which was helpful as an orientation.
We had 3 sets of parents. The house has 3 floors and a bedroom on each floor (spectacularly large on the top floor). Worked great for all of us. The pool table was a hit, the dining room table accommodated all of us, the outside area was lovely.
We walked to campus from the house for a football game and it was fantastic. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Best family house ever!
Property was well maintained and equipped. Kurt was gracious and welcoming. The kitchen was well-equipped and the outside area was perfect for a family gathering so we could easily mingle but also have our own spaces. The pictures do not do this house justice. I would come back in a heartbeat! It is comfortable, well-located and a great place to be in Boulder.

Our family of seven enjoyed a spectacular week at the beautiful Spalding/Fuhrman home in Boulder. The home offered ample space with all amenities, great workout equipment, pool table, and incredible outdoor spaces with grill and outside dining and gathering options. It provided easily accessible parking and was a perfect home base for our visit. We also enjoyed meeting and talking with Len! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
