✮✮ BEDROOMS ✮✮
Privacy and comfort are paramount in these downstairs sleeping quarters, offering peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. Siren’s Hideaway features two comfortable and thoughtfully designed sleeping areas, with one King Bed and one Queen Bed located in our lower level, providing space for a restful night’s sleep away from the morning sun. You may need to set an alarm to wake up in time for brunch!
✮✮ BATHROOMS ✮✮
Siren’s Hideaway offers a well-appointed bathroom for your convenience. It includes a shower/tub combination, ensuring you have everything you need to freshen up after a day at the beach or a night on the town.
✮✮ KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM, + DINING ✮✮
Siren’s Hideaway boasts a well-equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a stone backsplash. It's an inviting space for cooking and dining for when you need a night in.
The living area on the lower level provides a cozy space for relaxation. You'll find a large 50” TV for your entertainment needs, ensuring you have plenty of options to unwind after a day of adventure in Provincetown.
Throughout Siren’s Hideaway, you will see original artwork - local photos of Provincetown taken by Jason, large acrylic paintings by Jason’s mother (a renowned artist in New York), and local lithographs from Tim-Scapes, located right on Commercial Street.
✮✮ OUTSIDE SPACE ✮✮
While our outdoor space is limited, our entrance is located alongside a tranquil pathway beneath a stunning canopy of tall bamboo from our neighbor’s yard.
We're right across the street from the public town beach and we love walking over there to watch the sunrise with our morning coffee.
There is an outdoor shower during warmer months that everyone in the building can use (you plus the other residents). Please note that grilling facilities are not available, and all other decks and grounds belong to other units within the building.
** PLEASE NOTE - This property does not have a hot tub. There is a glitch in Vrbo's software showing a number of properties as having hot tubs when, in reality, they do not. If you're looking for a hot tub, our recommendation is that you confirm the presence of a hot tub with the property host if Vrbo is listing a hot tub as an amenity. **
✮✮ DEEDED PARKING ✮✮
Yes, we have a free parking spot for you to use! Our parking spot is #2, fits one mid-sized vehicle, and is the farthest one on the right next to the wooden pathway.
The spot is narrow, but fits most small and mid-sized vehicles (I have a Jeep Cherokee, and we fit just fine, but anything larger such as pickup trucks or oversized SUVs will not fit).
If someone is parked in the spot, check with the other unit renters in case they are parked there erroneously.
Alternatively, the West End Parking Lot is conveniently located across the street. Parking is first-come, first-serve. 45 parking spots. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8am-Midnight. Parking is by the hour, and a 24-hour parking fee is $30.
✮✮ DOG-FRIENDLY ✮✮
We understand that your furry friends are part of your family. Siren’s Hideaway is a dog-friendly retreat, so feel free to bring your canine companion along for the adventure. Please let us know in advance if your furry friend will be joining you on vacation.
We're no strangers to hosting dogs at Siren’s Hideaway and have hosted well over 100 furry friends over the years. We understand that not all pups are fans of spiral staircases. We had a 55 pound lab/vizsla mix, and here is what we did with her before she passed - for a smoother transition between upstairs and downstairs, consider using the sliding door from the downstairs master bedroom. It leads to a short outdoor staircase and the pathway you arrived from, granting easy access to the upstairs and Commercial Street.

GUEST ACCESS:
Apart from the owner's closet, feel free to utilize every room in our unit.
Our building is one of the most historic homes on Provincetown’s West End. The perennial gardens and ship’s mast out front have been a part of the community for generations!
Our building is made up of four individual condo units. Ours is Unit #2. While none of the unit owners live in the building full-time, don't be surprised if you see the other owners around, because all of us also use our homes when we’re visiting Provincetown. Every unit owner rents to guests like yourself! Feel free to greet whoever you see if you’d like — it's all part of the friendly Provincetown vibe.
Please note that the front garden decks and patios along the left side of the building belong to other units, so they're not part of your rental. The native plantings, however, are beautiful to admire!
We hope you love your time at Siren’s Hideaway and feel the history and warmth of this unique seaside community.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
This unit offers a number of benefits, including comfort, spaciousness, dog-friendliness, privacy, and a central location that's just mere steps from Commercial Street and the beach.
We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others.
Being part of a multi-family building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel between the units within our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. Sometimes, we might hear footsteps or another dog.
We respect your privacy! There are no interior cameras. We do have a camera at the front door for your safety and for the security of our home and building. Please do not tamper with this device - it is a violation of house rules. Thank you.

My husband and I just wanted a quite quick get away for my birthday. We invited another couple to join us and we had our dog as well. The property is on the west end right near the dog park, which was perfect for watching the sun rise while taking out the dog for a walk in the morning. The property was clean, the host were clear and thorough with i bc information and communication. We were very happy with our stay

My husband, German Shepherd and I enjoyed our sweet and short stay right off of Commercial Street. The place was cute and cozy. The lower level of the place stayed cooler than I’d like even with the heat turned up, but this was easily remedied with the nice big blanket on the king sized bed. It was very pleasant to sleep in on after a couple nights of bar hopping. Definitely worth the visit, especially with the drive in from Boston.

The unit was very cute with great artwork, a nice space, and was perfect for myself and the two friends who came along with me. It was an easy walk down to all the shopping and waterfront businesses which we very much enjoyed. Every communication was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Loved it.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 days in Provincetown! This was our first visit, and our Border Collie, Briggs also had a great time. The location of this property was perfect with the dog-friendly beach right across the street! The home was beautiful, and Jason made us feel right at home. Everything we needed was there for us in P-Town!

We had a great time at Jason’s place. Property was clean and well stocked, and location was fantastic.
Communication was great, and entire process was easy.

Great stay. Nice property with excellent location. Owner was incredibly responsive and easy to deal with.

The location, the size, the accommodations…literally EVERYTHING was exactly what we needed! From the moment we booked until we arrived, Jason was responsive and friendly. My partner is a chef and he used the kitchen all week and loved it! Clean, spacious and ideally located…we’ll definitely be back!
2.0 / 5.0
Very disappointing. Both bedrooms & living room are underground. You will hear every footstep, flush, and entire conversations from the upstairs unit. The complimentary basket of earplugs were no match for the family above. Even the upstairs kitchen is dark and drab.
The narrow entryway was poorly maintained with Bamboo blocking the path. Would not recommend.

Great location in the West End. Easy walk to town and great little beach across the street. The home was cute and had everything you need. Our dog didn’t love the spiral stairs but did learn how to use them in a few days. We had a great week in PTown!

The apartment had everything we needed and the location was just as described: across the street from the dog beach and a short walk to town.

Well situated and well maintained property. Fastidiously furnished with everything we needed.
5.0 / 5.0
Beautiful, very clean and well-cared for. Wish there were more beautiful dog-friendly places to stay in PTown like this gem!
This is the smaller of the units in the building with a pretty tight access way but we were still able to manage our luggage and bicycles to the back when needed. The parking spot was easy to access and there was a parking lot across the street where our friends were easily able to park during the week (though this was $32/day eek!)
Our host was incredibly receptive, quick to reply and had wonderful instructions on the property that made the stay easy and fun.
The laundry on site was a great bonus!

Family get away
This was our first trip to Cape Cod and we wanted to stay somewhere charming and easy to walk and Jasons condo was perfect! It was my wife and our two boys and our yellow lab George. We had a wonderful time exploring P’town and all the shops. There was a little dog friendly beach across the street and we were so close to trails and dunes and other amazing beaches at the end of the peninsula. Highly recommend this stay to anyone. Cheers!

Cute, cozy condo in the best location
We had one of the best stays at this property, and we’ve been visitors for the past 10+ years. The condo is cute, clean and homey, which made relaxing between our frequent nearby beach trips that much better. Proximity to town, our favorite breakfast and lunch spot, Relish, and other favorite restaurants like the Red Inn, Sal’s & Victors seal the deal. The owner, Jason, was immediately responsive and more than friendly when we had some questions when we first checked in.

Loved the proximity to everything! Having access to the Dog Beach & parking lot was a huge plus.
Clean, comfortable, and had nice decor. Well designed and use of small sq. ft. Conveniently located, walking distance to everything, e.g. Breakwater, Dog Beach, Businesses on Commercial Street. One drawback was that the walls between the units are really thin.

Cute, clean, cozy!
Siren’s Hideaway was such a great getaway. We really enjoyed the unique space & prime location.
It doesn’t get much better than crossing the street in the morning to drink coffee on Dog Beach while your pup stretches their legs, then walk to Liz’s for some ridiculously great breakfast before weighing your options for the day... take a beautiful bike ride to Race Point Beach or take the short stroll the opposite direction to shop around town. Siren’s Hideaway really was the perfect location.
The space itself was a cool set up & had literally everything we could possibly need. You brought home pizza? There’s aluminum foil in the drawer. It was immaculate and spacious AF for two people. The bed was so comfy, the shower had hot water forever, the location was really private but easily accessible, the off street parking will be KEY during peak season there but was still SUPER convenient in the off season! Jason was quick to respond to any emails/texts, I really can’t say enough great things.
I’m looking forward to booking again!

What a great month!
We stayed at Jason's place for the month of March to get out of the our 1-bedroom in Brooklyn for a bit. It was exactly what we needed. The property was immaculate and exactly as advertised. We were able to walk into town, to the beach, etc. P-Town in the off season is incredibly peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back!

The perfect retreat! Private, modern and clean
The property was flawless! King size bed, smart TV’s, fully functional kitchen and amazing location. 75 steps or less to the beach, less than a mile to all the action on commercial street. It was an awesome get away and we will be back. Jason, the owner is a fantastic communicator and gracious host who thought of everything for his property.

Our surprise and disappointment was that the living room, bathroom and bedrooms are in the basement and there is no useable outdoor space connected to this rental. If you are okay with that then it will be Perfect for you! Too bad the developer did not provide this unit with a

Exactly what we needed
We'd been cooped up for 5 months until this trip (thank you COVID!) and Sirens Hideaway could not have been a more perfect place for our getaway. On top of the expecteds (clean, good shower, strong WiFi, plenty of towels, central air, etc.), the location across from the dog-friendly beach, a sizeable public parking lot (we had 2 cars and the condo only has one designated spot), and easy walking distance to the heart of P-town (but just far enough that we weren't concerned about loud evening disruptions to the sleep cycle of our toddler) was not planned but turned out to be exactly what we needed. Meanwhile Jason is a true mensch - very responsive, provided excellent recommendations of where to go for kid-friendly meals and activities, and even reminded us the day before check in that we didn't need to pack the pack-and-play because he already had one. We loved our experience and hope to be back next year!

Great place!
This is a great place for 2 couples in a great location - super close to the Red Inn, PTown Inn pool and Relish. It is also a very easy stroll to Tea or restaurants/clubs. As the owners will warn, set an alarm for the morning! It is very easy to sleep in later than expected with the cool, darker bedrooms. This really is a great place with great and responsive owners!

Amazing Ptown Getaway!
We returned for Ptown for our 10th Family Week and had an absolutely delightful time at Jason and Rory’s place. It was just as advertised—ample room for a family of four, well-apportioned, perfect location to the beach and to town, parking, etc. What’s more, the communication was outstanding, and the entire experience was seamless. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We will 100% be back!
Sirens hideaway is our new home away from home, we absolutely loved the location ! Close enough to walk into town but far enough away to feel like you had peace and quiet. The condo itself was perfect for what we needed. Even though we didn’t do any cooking in the kitchen it was fully stocked with all the proper appliances and cookware. The next time we stay there we will definitely be bringing food to make and prepare dinners . The rooms were very comfortable and we absolutely loved all the decorative touches . Thank you Jason for being so accessible and responsive to all my requests you are a very gracious host .

Handsome decor, perfection locale, and all you need at your fingertips
We recently stayed at this premium, attractive two-floor condo, situated right on Commerstial St. in the West End. The location thereby allows a soujourn from the vibrant liveliness that comes with downtown - and allowing you and your party to join in that when it's your time to let loose. The property was suitable for our family of three (including a 1 year, 8 month old), but also way appropriate for those without baby, like a handsome twenty-something I wish I still was (turning 40 in two days...)
Bathroom was a white with high-end fixued, ready for a chilled glass of white to soften you after a busy day. Wifi, heat, AC, Roku, expert decorative appointments, and super friendly hosts make this property a must-go for P-town. We'll be back again for sure. Thanks Jason for making our weekend a great one! Terrific!
