About this apartment rental

Luxury, modern waterfront condo located in the only condominium complex actually on the downtown Seattle waterfront. Unobstructed views of Puget Sound, Pike Place Market in your backyard, ferries, the aquarium, stadiums, parks, and all of downtown Seattle restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance. This unit offers the quiet and relaxation of waterfront living and easy access to all the action of downtown living.

The unit offers 1 bedroom with memory foam queen bed, private bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double sinks, private balcony off living space, full/double memory foam bed in den, A/C in main living space, washer/dryer, and chef's kitchen with viking stainless steel appliances, quartz counter-tops, gas stove, fully equipped with dishes and cookware, and free secure underground parking. Other guest amenities include Keurig coffee maker + pods, standard coffee maker, french press, sugar and substitutes, basic cooking spices and oils, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, games, books, and YouTubeTV.

Guests enjoy the entire unit with private balcony and also have access to shared building amenities including the fitness center, hot tub, and rooftop deck with two gas built-in BBQs.

The Seattle waterfront is the most sot-after area given the views, quiet/calming atmosphere, and easy access to all the amenities of downtown living. Shops, restaurants, and coffee shops are within blocks of the unit, and the waterfront area is very safe. Pike Place Market is in your backyard, in addition to all the amenities of downtown. SAM and Myrtle Edwards park are also down the street with amazing views of the sound, ferries to neighboring islands and even the West Seattle water taxis are across the street. The Victoria Clipper, offering service to Victoria BC and San Juan islands, is also down the street. Both Century Link Field and Safeco Stadium, hosting the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Mariners, and concert events, are a 15 minute walk.

Seattle is extremely walk-able. The waterfront is your front yard! Guest can easily access downtown via elevators located in the market directly behind the building or the Lenora street elevator located north of the building. Underground parking is available to guests with a car, but not recommended for getting around due to high cost of parking and traffic. The Light Link can be used to get to/from SeaTac Airport, it's a 12 minute walk to the unit. Town cars are a $45 flat rate.

It took some figuring out to walk from the train there is an elevator at Pikes market that you need to take makes it a lot faster. The condo was very clean and great location

Jen’s place is super comfortable, clean, well appointed, and located in a perfect spot for exploring Seattle. Jen was a responsive host, with clear and timely communication. Would definitely return.

The room was great. Our only thought was their were a lot of steps. Seattle was built on seven hills and I think we experienced all of them. We didn't have a car and everything was close, so we walked. We went to Seattle because it was on my bucket list of things to do and see. And I would say we did that and then some. The Washington Fiery ride was very good.

Easy walking distance to tons of touristy spots -traffic around waterfront was a bit crazy but won’t always be there and portable ac didn’t make condo as cold as we like it at night but we made it work -loved looking over the water every morning!

We walked to everything and did almost all site seeing in the city in a day, with an 10 year old including a Mariners game. Perfect for me and my son. Right near (5 min walk) to Pike Place with a ton of food and groceries available. Fun walk, aquarium, site seeing pier, 2” minute walk to the space needle and Seattle center area for families. Topped off with a baseball game.

We stayed for 6 nights in March, 2024. This is a very comfortable, very secure condo unit in the Waterfront Landing complex with a nice view of Elliott Bay. It has pretty much all the amenities you could want. There is a stand-alone AC unit (not central) but as it was March we never needed to use it. The kitchen is wonderful with a Viking gas range and stainless appliances. Bedroom and bathroom were all fine. The only downside was lack of TV other than Apple TV. There was no satellite or cable. This was only a minor annoyance and did not detract from the rest of the unit. The only other downside is there is currently construction work going on nearby and Alaskan Way in front of the complex is closed to vehicular traffic. There is the sound of big trucks backing up, but at night it is quiet, and if you have a car, access to the parking garage is not affected. Occasionally there are special events going on at Pier 62 and it can get loud if there is amplified music, which happened 2 out of the 6 nights we were there, but it stops by 10pm. The location is ideal being very close to Pike Place Market, the Aquarium, Waterfront, Bainbridge Island Ferry, Belltown, and downtown Seattle. The unit is very comfortable and a great place to relax after a day out. Highly recommended.
