About this apartment rental
Luxury, modern waterfront condo located in the only condominium complex actually on the downtown Seattle waterfront. Unobstructed views of Puget Sound, Pike Place Market in your backyard, ferries, the aquarium, stadiums, parks, and all of downtown Seattle restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance. This unit offers the quiet and relaxation of waterfront living and easy access to all the action of downtown living.
The unit offers 1 bedroom with memory foam queen bed, private bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double sinks, private balcony off living space, full/double memory foam bed in den, A/C in main living space, washer/dryer, and chef's kitchen with viking stainless steel appliances, quartz counter-tops, gas stove, fully equipped with dishes and cookware, and free secure underground parking. Other guest amenities include Keurig coffee maker + pods, standard coffee maker, french press, sugar and substitutes, basic cooking spices and oils, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, games, books, and YouTubeTV.
Guests enjoy the entire unit with private balcony and also have access to shared building amenities including the fitness center, hot tub, and rooftop deck with two gas built-in BBQs.
The Seattle waterfront is the most sot-after area given the views, quiet/calming atmosphere, and easy access to all the amenities of downtown living. Shops, restaurants, and coffee shops are within blocks of the unit, and the waterfront area is very safe. Pike Place Market is in your backyard, in addition to all the amenities of downtown. SAM and Myrtle Edwards park are also down the street with amazing views of the sound, ferries to neighboring islands and even the West Seattle water taxis are across the street. The Victoria Clipper, offering service to Victoria BC and San Juan islands, is also down the street. Both Century Link Field and Safeco Stadium, hosting the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Mariners, and concert events, are a 15 minute walk.
Seattle is extremely walk-able. The waterfront is your front yard! Guest can easily access downtown via elevators located in the market directly behind the building or the Lenora street elevator located north of the building. Underground parking is available to guests with a car, but not recommended for getting around due to high cost of parking and traffic. The Light Link can be used to get to/from SeaTac Airport, it's a 12 minute walk to the unit. Town cars are a $45 flat rate.

It took some figuring out to walk from the train there is an elevator at Pikes market that you need to take makes it a lot faster. The condo was very clean and great location

Jen’s place is super comfortable, clean, well appointed, and located in a perfect spot for exploring Seattle. Jen was a responsive host, with clear and timely communication. Would definitely return.

The best location and condo. We would stay here again!

The VRBO is in a great location with Pike Market, the piers and walking distance to the Needle. Unit was clean and as advertised.

The room was great. Our only thought was their were a lot of steps. Seattle was built on seven hills and I think we experienced all of them. We didn't have a car and everything was close, so we walked. We went to Seattle because it was on my bucket list of things to do and see. And I would say we did that and then some. The Washington Fiery ride was very good.

Easy walking distance to tons of touristy spots -traffic around waterfront was a bit crazy but won’t always be there and portable ac didn’t make condo as cold as we like it at night but we made it work -loved looking over the water every morning!

We walked to everything and did almost all site seeing in the city in a day, with an 10 year old including a Mariners game.
Perfect for me and my son. Right near (5 min walk) to Pike Place with a ton of food and groceries available. Fun walk, aquarium, site seeing pier, 2” minute walk to the space needle and Seattle center area for families. Topped off with a baseball game.

We stayed for 6 nights in March, 2024. This is a very comfortable, very secure condo unit in the Waterfront Landing complex with a nice view of Elliott Bay. It has pretty much all the amenities you could want. There is a stand-alone AC unit (not central) but as it was March we never needed to use it. The kitchen is wonderful with a Viking gas range and stainless appliances. Bedroom and bathroom were all fine.
The only downside was lack of TV other than Apple TV. There was no satellite or cable. This was only a minor annoyance and did not detract from the rest of the unit. The only other downside is there is currently construction work going on nearby and Alaskan Way in front of the complex is closed to vehicular traffic. There is the sound of big trucks backing up, but at night it is quiet, and if you have a car, access to the parking garage is not affected. Occasionally there are special events going on at Pier 62 and it can get loud if there is amplified music, which happened 2 out of the 6 nights we were there, but it stops by 10pm.
The location is ideal being very close to Pike Place Market, the Aquarium, Waterfront, Bainbridge Island Ferry, Belltown, and downtown Seattle. The unit is very comfortable and a great place to relax after a day out. Highly recommended.

This property is located on an ideal location to explore Seattle. My 10 year old and I walked/took public transportation everywhere we wanted to be during our five day stay. Pike Market, the Seattle Aquarium, and the Great Wheel are steps away. The property owner was responsive and check in could not have been easier. Great property.

We stayed over the New Year’s weekend and had a great stay. We drove to Seattle and appreciated having the included parking space in the garage. The location is great and once checked in we walked everywhere including to Lumen Field, dinner at Aqua (highly recommend), downtown area, Pike Street Market (very close) and the Space Needle. Unit was as advertised and had a great view of the water. Will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I were visiting Seattle for the Seahawks Eagles game. Our condo was perfect. It was close to everything, and an unbeatable view.
Our host Jenn answered any of my questions quickly and let us check out later due to our late flight.
Highly recommended

Excellent view and location. Great setup for couples but the den has no door on it. They do provide a partition you can use for privacy. Apartment is a bit dated and I had forgotten some don't come with the essentials for shampoo, soap, coffee, etc. make sure to bring your own. Host was very responsive and manager on site is very helpful.

Nice apt in secure building. Looks as shown in pics. Within walking distance of Pike Place Market and many other sites. Only issue is maneuvering around the construction.
4.8
Perfect location, very clean and the host was super responsive.

Check in was easy despite being in a different building. Loved the location and so many things to walk to. Would have loved better coffee options in the room as well as soap/shampoo for the shower.

We appreciated the perfect location and beautiful space. Jen is a 5⭐️ host

Beautiful condo, wonderful views, great host. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great with a view of the sound and within easy walking distance of Pike Place, the aquarium, and the wheel.

It was a great trip with lots of time spent at Pike Place Market, and the aquarium and various restaurants around the pier. It was a little challenging navigating around the construction but like most northern states there are two seasons. Winter and Construction. Wonderful condo with great space and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was very clean and location was perfect.
We would definitely choose to here again!!!
4.8
We had great time. The location is very convenient to the market and other shopping and restaurants
4.8
A wonderful property great for a couple or small family! Convenient to everything Seattle has to offer. We had a great stay and spent time everywhere nearby. The property was clean and well outfitted with everything you could need - including a huge vase for a monstrous bouquet from Pike Place Market! Loved the location - will come back for sure!
4.8
Prime location close to all the key Seattle sites. Walking distance (just a few minutes) to Pike Place Market, the Aquarium, the Ferry terminal, the boardwalk and so much more. Comfortable and spacious accommodation with a beautiful balcony view overlooking the water. Well-equipped facilities and pleasant staff and the property manager was great to work with - responsive and helpful throughout our planning and our stay. Definitely recommend this location, and if we go back to Seattle we will certainly look it up again.
4.8
Aside from construction in front of the property making it difficult for Uber drivers to locate the property is in the most perfect location. We sat out on the patio staring at the pier for hours!!!

We were please with every aspect of our stay. The property is clean, comfortable and convenient. Only suggestion we has is to put the unit number in the last email sent before checking in. We were left scrambling through older emails to find the unit number and front desk clerk was no help at all. That small hiccup was our only issue. Bring your own coffee and condiments. Also your own shampoo, bath soap and laundry detergent. There was some there, but they seemed to be leftovers from other guests.
4.8
Property is in a beautiful spot along the water. Owner was very accommodating with our needs.

This was a fabulous property for our girls trip. Would not suggest for two couples as the bedrooms are not super private, but it was great for our needs. Location was fantastic - we walked everywhere with ease. My only suggestion would be to have towels available for use with the hot tub. We just used our bath towels and washed/dried them but extras would have been nice.

Easy and painless
Jen was quick to respond and gave us a heads up on the fire alarm check
Enjoyed our stay

Our family had a wonderful time staying along the Seattle waterfront, within walking distance of Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and other downtown Seattle attractions. Great property!

Management was very helpful

Loved how close we were to everything to walk.
4.8
We really enjoyed our stay in Seattle, and enjoyed this condo. The location was beautiful, and was an easy walk, despite the construction of the roads behind the apartment, up to the public market.
4.8
Check in was easy, pictures were accurate and the host was easily accessible for questions. The lighting was a bit tricky and it would have been nice to have a kitchen sponge and shampoo. Regular tv channels would be a plus as well. Other than that we had a great time in Seattle and look forward to coming back again.

On arrival there was a very small issue which owner resolved within hours!
Location is near The Great Wheel and Pike’s Place Market which is definitely worth exploring. I thoroughly enjoyed the Chuhily exhibit and garden, and the Space Needle.
4.8
It was a great place to stay.
The constructions may be said somewhere.
Thank you for letting us stay.

Great property in the city overlooking the waterfront. Parking included
4.8
Comfortable well equipped condo with great view of Puget Sound. No cable but does have Apple TV. Walk to Pikes Market & Aquarium. Close to downtown & monorail. We would definitely rent here again!
4.8
We got very lucky with beautiful warm weather. The A/C unit after walking around and seeing sights just couldn’t cool down the place fast enough for us. We are from Texas and used to 100 plus degrees, so we understand conservation, but we like to sleep in cooler temps. The property was gorgeous, quiet, had what we needed. Overall it was great.
