What could be better than looking down on the pike place market from the 10th floor! Amazing views and a one minute walk to one of the most exciting spots in Seattle. Furthermore the central location allows you to get just about anywhere in and around the city quickly!

Just spent two weeks in this 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit, my adult daughter staying too. It was clean and ready for us when we checked in. Layout was convenient and conducive to a little privacy. Bedroom storage a little tight and was overstocked with extra linen (like tubs full). But once moved in it was great. Vacasa staff timely and helpful, great having 25/7 front desk and the Target security team adds to a safe feeling. Lastly, the western view is absolutely breathtaking and beautiful.

Great location for Pikes, downtown, Target, etc. No air conditioning and it was hot the week we stayed. Thankfully it cools off at night and we made it work. Would stay again.

This was the perfect launching pad for my visit to a number of Seattle's sports team. During my stay, I enjoyed an easy walk to the Sounder's game and Mariner's game (or transit if you prefer). A short walk to the monorail to the Kraken game. The place is super close to Pike Place Market and more. The Newmark Tower has a nice pool and hot tub and outdoor areas on the 4th floor.

The condo is in a nice building with a friendly front desk and right by Pike Place Market. Once inside you will find a killer view that we never got tired of enjoying! From ships in the bay to people watching on the streets the view was top in the list of favorite things about this condo.
The place was clean and well decorated with a well stocked kitchen (must admit we didn’t cook during our stay just but what you would need looked to be available). The beds are comfortable and the sofa pull out is actually comfortable as well. The two full bathes were nice to have for sure. This was a landing pad for us between days of exploring Seattle and it worked perfectly for our needs (4 adults in our party with all 3 beds in use). Any concerns along the way were addressed quickly and great communication prior to the arrival as well.
Bottom line - the condo is nice, the building is secure and inviting, but the view is the reason I would stay here again. It isn’t a ton of space with 4 adults, but the few hours before and after bed we were all there was not an issue. A quick walk or ride to most common attractions on the Seattle must see list. The bathrooms were clean and worked, but for my crew the shower heads were not great and they felt those areas could use some upgrades, however everyone used them everyday. If a sightseeing trip is your plan this would be a great location!

If you want to be in the middle of everything, this is your place! You can walk almost everywhere and the view is incredible. We loved watching the sun rise and set over the ocean.

We stayed here for a few weeks in September and then again in June. Great unit, great views. Homeless situation is definitely improved. Unit could use a few upgrades, but overall it was great and we'd stay there again next time we are in Seattle

Right beside Pike Place Market with amazing views of the Sound. And our greeter Doug was waiting for us when we arrived (thanks!).

We have never been to Seattle outside of the airport and we wanted to see the city. My wife and I are 73 years old but are healthy enough to walk several miles per day. We came with a rental car but chose this property because it included secure downtown parking. We found that we could walk to see everything in downtown from the Space Needle to the ferries. and everything in between. We found all the waterfront restaurants on Alaskan Way, and we walked through the Pike St Market every day.
And when we were in the unit itself, we felt we could see everything going on in town. From musicians in the market to the boats on Puget Sound. We saw ferries and container ships plus we saw six cruise liners come and go.
The unit is very well equipped in the kitchen with appliances, utensils and cookware. There were clocks in the bedrooms too but when we wanted to know the time, we usually looked at the big clock on the sign in the market below.
It was our best VRBO experience yet.

Great View and Excellent location to Pike Place Market
Very spacious. Excellent location to all places in downtown especially walking to Pike Place Market. Our family likes the fact that there is a Target store in the building. We definitely enjoyed a great view of the waterfront and sunset.

All about the View
Nice comfortable space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were accommodating and great to have washer/dryer on site. The view is what really sold us and it did not disappoint! Would have been a bonus to have had no inside smudges on the many windows. Enjoyed being able to walk downtown as well.

We loved our week here. The layout of the condo is nice and open. The concierge staff were wonderful.

Great view, urban setting
View was just great -- truly beautiful. Newmark Towers is in an urban setting, so unfortunately there are a lot of homeless people around (not the problem of the unit, but this is part of Seattle now). That said, we had no problems and would stay here again. We were here for 3 weeks for a very extended stay -- everything in the unit was great.

Beautiful Views
Views were amazing; great wheel, cascade mountains, sunsets. We enjoyed the views in the evenings, spectacular and the location was great as it was easy to walk to the market or down the stairs to great restaurants! The not so great part; for a little money, upgrade your mattresses, bedding, linens, window coverings, working ice maker, cooking pans that aren't warped, knives that actually cut food and furniture. Or at least clean the couch, pillow top on the mattresses, nicer towels and get some blinds that work. The old school white metal blinds ......seriously gotta go. High end condo should be have high end accommodations. One final note, sadly the homeless population in that area is pretty bad. Just be careful and no eye contact, they leave you alone!

Perfect location!! Amazing views !!
Our family is 3 people. Myself, my spouse and our 18 y.o. son. We stayed 07/12/21-07/19/21. This apt. is an excellent choice for location, views, and convenience. The location literally could not be better. The apt. is well appointed, clean, a 2/2. One bedroom has sliders and is adjacent to the living space. The Baths are good. The beds are comfortable. No rugs helps with cleanliness. There is. small stand out balcony and huge floor to ceiling windows with a view which is priceless. There are two additional amazing perks : 1- There is a locked dedicated parking space which is like gold in downtown Seattle, and secondly there is a Target (with food/beverages/beer-wine/ and everything else literally in the building. You can shop at the Target without leaving the building- and can use the Target cart to bring your purchases back to the apt. all without leaving the building. Very, very convenient !!. Walkable to so much!! hundreds of restaurants - Pike Place market across the street. Seattle aquarium down the stairs-1 mile walk to the Space Needle, Chihuly and pop art museums. Downsides are the TV(s) were not working and we were unable to get anyone to assist. I did the usual re-boot etc. I made a call to the main VACASA # and they told me that would "make a ticket" and someone would call me and come and fix. That did not happen. There are no typed instructions for the TV. I believe they do not have cable channels- mostly it looks like streaming Netflix/ Amazon which we could not make function. Not a huge deal for us however if you have young kids- or want to 'watch the game' or like TV in bed before you sleep you may want to ask about this. I would suggest that the owner provide typed instructions in the unit for the TV and be completely clear on the description as to what is available. The other thing to be aware of- and there is nothing the owner or building can do about this- This particular area has a very very large homeless, mental illness, and drug addiction problem. There are 24/7 people passed out on sidewalks, urinating, screaming, living on the streets throughout the area. The police presence is minimal. We are from a city so are not unfamiliar and navigated with no issues. No one was aggressive towards us. Would 100% stay here again for a return trip to Seattle !!!

CONS - Closet door fell off it's track,,,the Bitta water pitcher filter should have been changed...the toilet seat in Master BR was loose...need to let guess know that the trash goes to the 4th level...the vacuum cleaner didn't start...need to provide instructions for use of TV ...
PROS - the view was great...good location...very clean and comfortable...check in was well executed and Doug was wonderful. Will use this service again.

Seattle Vacation
We vacationed in Seattle for a week with our two daughters. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and had a great view of the city, sound, and the Public Market. With parking underneath the building, we were able to easily navigate the city and take day trips to Mount Rainier and Portland.

Location, location, view, view! Amazing!
I could have just set in the condo all day looking at the amazing view! I did not though because in addition to the view I could walk out and walk one block and be in the Market! Also a short walk to Macy’s, Nordstrom’s and tons of shopping! You can also walk to the needle and the ferry to Bainbridge. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this same condo next time we are in Seattle.

A mostly great stay. Apartment is a reasonable size, beautiful views and is well appointed with everything you need. Discovered a problem with the fridge, & had a kitchen light fail, staff responded very quickly to resolve all issues. Cleaning crew needs to do far better--they clearly never sweep under the carpets (tons of dirt and debris). We spent 2 hours after arriving just deep cleaning to feel comfortable which was unfortunate.

The view is stunning. It's like waking up in a Seattle poster every morning. You look directly onto the Pike Place Market and the famous sign. You also have an incredible view of the Great Wheel and Elliott Bay. People watching can be done from the living room! The Market is a short jaunt and the Target store is directly downstairs! Although there were minor issues with the condition such as a faulty shower door, Id recommended this condo to everyone and I would definitely stay here again and again

There were a few things that we didn't like about this condo. It wasn't super clean, some things were in need of repair (one door to the patio, shower door seal). These things paled in comparison to the FANTASTIC VIEW!!! You could people watch at the market and on the street. You can watch boats go in and out of the harbor all day! Beautiful by day or night. If you are wanting to see the main tourist destinations in Seattle you don't need a car! Harbor is a short walk, the market is only a block away, the light rail is easy to use and only 3 blocks away, monorail is 4 blocks and it takes you to the space needle and city center. A really great location for your first trip to Seattle. GO BLUE JAYS!!!

Reviewer Comments:
Staying in the hear of Seattle, this is a tremendous location. A block from Pike market, easy walking distance to most of Seattle's landmarks and tourist places. The unit is a simple two bedroom apartment with a fold out couch. Perfect for a family. My only complaints are the appliances need updating (washer and dryer) and the shower door did not work properly leading to a wet mess with every shower. Those two fixes along with adding air conditioning would be a great upgrade. The lack of AC is disturbing at night because you must sleep with the windows open to keep it cool.
