ABOUT COPPER MOUNTAIN: Known as the 'Local's Favorite,' Copper Mountain is the largest ski and snowboard resort in Summit County. It is also the only ski resort that features naturally separated terrain, allowing beginners, intermediates, and experts to ski and ride on their own distinct areas of the mountain. Its central location (situated between Breckenridge/Keystone to the east and Vail to the west) makes it ideal for the guest who wants to get out and enjoy other resorts as well. With 2433 acres of ski able terrain, Copper Mountain is the biggest and least crowded mountain resort area in Summit County, Colorado. Despite being the biggest, it has the least amount of lodging units available which is the main reason for Copper's uncrowded lifts and runs. With its naturally divided ski terrain that separates skiers by ability across the mountain, Copper has been called 'the most nearly perfect ski mountain in the United States' by the Forest Service. It's also known as the Local's Favorite. Perhaps that's due to Copper's long, steep mogul runs, or its ample above-timberline open bowl skiing. You can get your skis out of your heated ski locker located on the first floor and be at the American Eagle Lift within a minute.

The condo was perfect for our family ski trip! Especially loved having 3 full bathrooms. Also having 2 pullout sofas was a bonus - gave us plenty of room to spread out and the large dining table was perfect for meals & games! Justin with Skis & Seas was super responsive & helpful - we requested an early checkin and added another night to our reservation at the last minute. Thanks for accommodating us!!!

The condo was large with two master bedroom suites plus a third bedroom with queen bunks across the hall from a third full bathroom. The condo also has a great view of the base of Copper Mountain.

The condo is exactly as it appears in the ad. Very nice well maintained property. Only issue we had was a lack of dish towels and hot pad holders. We would definitely stay again.

Great location with just enough amenities. Kitchen is not overstocked but had just enough to make meals. Beautiful view of center village. We travelled with 10 people and condo slept us great just not a lot of room for all our “stuff”. Hooks on the wall would be a great addition for coats. Bathrooms are large which was great! Quick walk to all the shops and restaurants and the bus stops just outside to the other villages for ski school or to catch lifts to easier slopes. Condo did sleep warm at night and you do not have control over the thermostat so we had to open windows slightly at night. Host was very responsive and helpful with questions. We brought our own coffee pot as there is only a Keurig in the unit. Hot tubs were great for after skiing 🙂. Ice skating and sledding were great as well (bring your own sleds).

Good size unit centrally located in Copper Village. Enough sleeping options for the kids and hot tubs are great.

Great ski trip
Great location and spacious condo. The carpet was a little worn but everything else was good.

Fantastic place, and so very convenient for the ski lifts. Highly recommended!
Everything about our experience was seamless, from the check in to the departure. Comfortable apartment, conveniently located, and well appointed. The only tiny grumble is that the only coffee maker was a Keurig, so it would have been nice to know to pick up some pods on the way.

Mountain Fun
The location of the condo is perfect and the view of the mountains was great! We loved sitting in the sun on the balcony after a day of skiing and watch the last stragglers make their way to the base. A stop at the condo for lunch is easy too. We had college age adults with us and there was enough room for everyone.

Great location
Liked the ability to come back to condo for lunch.
The condo had no lamps in the living room- and not a lot of extra supplies in the kitchen - not enough bathroom soaps and shampoos.
Great vacation - thanks.

Top notch ski condo, walk to lifts, great hot tubs
Very clean and modern unit with big kitchen and seating area, <5 min walk to the lifts and shops/restaurants and three great hot tubs. We are definitely going back.

Great Condo!
Location is great! We have stayed in this building before, but this is the best condo by far. Plenty of space for our group of six. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The living space was large and provided enough room for us all to lounge around after skiing. We will certainly be back.

Best location
Condo was in the perfect location. It is much roomier in person than it looked in the photos. Elevator, ski lockers, heated parking, washer and dryer made this stay a dream. Best ski experience we’ve ever had. The coffee pot needs to be replaced and the plugs are all very loose making it difficult to keep chargers plugged in. Other than that we would stay here again no question.

The location was great. It got us within easy walking distance to the slopes.
We enjoyed the convinence of this property and the comfort of the facility. It was comfortable and provided most of the amenities that you would expect at such a place. If we were to ever make another trip to Copper Mountain, we would likely inquire as to the availabilty of this property.

Good location, but needs some maintenance
This condo is in a great location--close to the ski lift and all the village shops. We enjoyed the balcony and the view. Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen appeared to be very well stocked with dishware, utensils, etc. However, the unit is looking worn and could use some maintenance. The shower in the main bath--the kind that is part of the tub and you lift a lever to switch to shower mode--didn't work correctly. Only half the water would redirect to the shower. The carpeting was stained. The windows were stuck shut (we were there in August). One smoke detector was sitting on a table with the battery removed--did not inspire confidence! Some minor irritations: the kitchen sponges looked like they'd been there for years--really grubby; no dish towels provided; the blanket inside the comforter in the smallest bedroom appeared to be the wrong size so you ended up with no blanket in half of it; the hand towel in the main bath was dirty. Even with these issues, it turned out to be a good place for us five adults--enough room and privacy for all.

Do we have to leave????
Six adults and two small kids stayed in this condo for some spring skiing. The condo was very comfortable, especially nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The washer/dryer was an added bonus! The kids loved the pool after a day on the slopes. Shuttle bus stop right outside the building or an easy walk to center village lift. Also, the dining table was large enough to easily seat eight at meal time. BEAUTIFUL view of the slopes with spacious and sunny balcony. Marcella was super easy to work with! Would certainly stay here again.

Ideally Located and Fabulous Mountain View
Our three generation family stayed here for two weeks from February 18 through March 4. This was our second year in the unit and we plan to return in 2018. We were pleased to see three new sofas in the living room, two of which pull out into comfortable beds. The two bedrooms with king beds have ensuite bathrooms, and the third queen bedroom has a bathroom across the hall. The in-unit washer and dryer are very convenient and got a lot of use during our stay. We had occasion to call the maintenance number early in our stay and were pleased with the promptness of the response to our problem. The outdoor hot tubs are always a hit after skiing all day.

We Love the location. The Condo could've been cleaner.
We've stayed at Passage Point before. We love the area. We've stayed in different condos. This was a great location, nice size. But it was a little dirty. Carpets needed vacuumed. Dust covered the wood working above doors and closets.... Needs a little heavy duty cleaning. The Bedding Duvets didn't fit the Bed covers. I think with a little more TLC, it would be perfect! Our family enjoyed it despite all of this. I have girls, when you find food under a bed, or hairs on the sheets they freak out a little......... we rent from VRBO on most of our Colorado trips and are always happy!

Great Copper Mountain Condo
We are from Southwest Florida and my 10yr and 4yr old grandsons wanted to see snow. I wanted to give them an experience they would remember and this location could not have been more perfect! With some cousins from Denver, and my 22 year old son, we needed a spacious condo with lots of sleeping area. We also had a fantastic view of the mountain and were centrally located at the resort. The beds were comfy, and the living space was perfect for our group of 8. The 10yr old loved the skiing, and I was able to fulfill my dreams of skiing again after 36 years of living in Florida. Everyone loved the tubing and exploring the resort. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling with a group of 6 to 8. Perfect for 2 couples and 4 kids!

We had a great stay, very easy to access to location and very centrally located in the village. Highly reommend location.

The property in Passage Point was beautiful and comfortable for the seven of us.
Our only complaint is that the condo sleeps 10 (one of the hide-a-beds seems to be broken, but we didn't need it) and there were only enough silverware and dishes for five people. Many of the original place settings (probably for 8) are missing several pieces. Also, because the washing machine is a high efficiency machine, it would be best for the owner to furnish the proper soap to ensure the machine is not ruined by the use of regular soap powder. There was only one kitchen towel and no pot holder, which was not enough. The largest pot was not big enough for making chili or soup or stew for the 7 of us. It had to be filled too full and caused overflow onto the stove. We are vacation rental condo owners, as well, and have pointed out these things that I'm sure the owner would want to know about.

Passage Point Condo
This condo was beautiful and perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and two children, 11 and 9. Acoomodations were awesome and a perfect location walking out the door into Center Village of Copper Mountain and steps from the slopes. Owner exceptionally easy to work with. We hope to stay here again.

Awesome Condo and Beautiful, Convenient Location!
Three couples enjoyed staying in this condo July 2015. It is nicely appointed, an easy walk to the lifts, Center Village and the Union Creek area. I hope to stay here again July 2016! We were happy for the lovely gas fireplace. That and scotch warmed us up after a long, cold, rainy bike ride.

Exceeded expectations
This unit was large, comfortable, clean, beautiful, easy to find and close to the lift. just a few hundred feet to walk to American Eagle!! Heated parking, hot tubs, and ski locker. The only thing missing was a butler, maybe next time. We will stay here again!
