The description is a little misleading as I thought we were renting an actual cabin, but the place was very nice, beautiful view, and worked just great for the guests staying in it. We did have trouble with a downstairs neighbor who harassed us a bit, but other than that, everyone had a great time.

The property is great for large groups. It really is a 7 bedroom condo spread over three floors, with two different living room areas. In addition to the bedrooms there were additional bunk beds in the open area of the loft making total capacity about 20 people.
Ski in /ski out is a term that has many definitions, so I always like to share the realities. Ski in- yes! Ski down Frank’s Fave run and you will be at the back door of the building. Ski out - yes, with a short walk. From the back door, walk about 100ft up a slight incline, then ski down to the American Eagle lift. For beginners it’s a short walk to Green Acres beginner area. East Village is walkable in 5-10 minutes, but not easy to ski to because of a few uphill sections.
Pros
- Very large unit
- Located in Center Village area
- Responsive management company - we needed a few kitchen things (paper towels, colander, etc), called and they were delivered same day
- Easy check in process
- Easy check out process
- Well equipped kitchen
- In unit washer/dryer (that’s not accurately listed in the ad, but it’s really there)
- Glove/boot dryer - a great addition that they should mention in the ad
- Nice grill on the porch
- Well outfitted with radiators and humidifiers throughout the unit.
- Plenty of bedding, additional blankets, and towels
Cons
- One parking space in the garage, remaining spaces are in Alpine lot (accessible via shuttle bus). Would be nice to have at least one more for a unit this big.
- The unit is clearly being updated. Some areas are complete and others are in the process of being updated. Everything is functional, just some rooms/bathrooms are ready for a fresh coat of paint.
- Fireplace was not working
Don’t let the “Cons” dissuade you. I just want to be accurate in my review. This place is great for large groups, convenient to the slopes, and a good management company to work with. You won’t regret booking this place.

Property was more run down than appeared in photos and description. Listing a few of the issues
1. Protective glass in the fireplace was shattered and pieces left all over the ground. The fireplace had been broken for a while(employees confirmed when we called about shattered glass), but wasn’t changed in write up until after our stay.
2.Pieces of a broken glass were left in bottom of dishwasher.
3.The extra parking spot written about in description doesn’t exist.
4. The furniture was old and in many cases broken.
The location was great and bed were comfortable, but overall disappointing.

This is a fantastic place for a large group. Fairly nicely appointed, comfy beds, plenty of space. We've stayed here for two years, and our camp stayed here in the past as well so it was nice enough to return to!
But you can barely brush your teeth with the shower water pressure, much less rinse shampoo from women's hair - if that were better I would give it a 4.5 star.
Pluses:
- LOTS of beds so everyone can be in one place;
- great walking access to village, Rec center, and lifts;
- great beds all around;
- storage space for extra dry goods/ food in both downstairs bedrooms including mini fridge in #417;
- mountain lodge feel/ decor;
- massive BBQ.
AND SkyRun has always been fantastic to work with. They are friendly, responsive, and provide a fantastic experience. I really appreciate working with such great staff - Bear of particular note.
Drawbacks:
- small kitchen (& only one fridge & one oven) for a place that houses this many people (maybe add one in the 415 remodeled entry/ space?),
- kitchen utensils/ pots/ pans/ knives could be upgraded,
- limited bathroom access for top floor guests;
- atrociously poor water pressure (except in the 3/4 bath off the kitchen apparently), and
- only one parking spot in the garage downstairs (although SkyRun was great about providing access on a space-available basis to the Ten Mile garage).

A perfect home and location for a large family. Close to the left close to restaurants and very comfortable.

This condo does not have a hot tub as listed on vrbo. A hot tub is .3 mi away for $x/ day per person, the hot tub was out of order for at least 2 of our 4 ski vacation days and it is segregated by gender. I would never have rented this condo had this been clear. I now see other web listings for this place say “hot tub access”- the vrbo listing was deceptive. Even so, “access” is not the appropriate description.
Furthermore, there was some weird accounting. Although It did not change my total cost, vrbo showed cleaning fee when i reserved it ap 2021, now that was changed to misc fee that was double the original cleaning fee. I could not get clarification from either vrbo or copper mountain inn. It feels “funny”. The nightly rate was reduced, but instead of passing that along they made up a misc fee and neither vrbo nor property manager would answer my concern- they just blamed the other party. I wont do business with vrbo again.
The condo is in a great location, truly ski in/out. However, its odd because there are no ski lockers so equipment is being hauled up and down. the ski storage area inside this condo was small and not accessible from the hall, thus you haul your equipment through the unit in order to store it. The unit is spacious and great for large groups. It is a bit run down…. Fireplace “on” looks like a pilot light, space heater nob broken so it was anemic heat, range top button loose so one burner dysfunctional, some lamps burned out and shower water pressure weak and ice maker ice melts in freezer. For the expense, we were disappointed.

This is a fantastic setup for lots of people to house together. Beds are plentiful and were comfy, SkyRun was super accommodating for small requests (like extra towels for all of our people). There had been some recent light construction so there was still a shopvac and some sawdust, but that was easy to remedy. The extra space of the two first floor King rooms with baths was fantastic, and stuffing several people into the other rooms worked out very well for our large group of 19. I think at one time or another all the beds were actually in use! Definitely a plus to have W/D in the unit if even just for washing kitchen towels a couple times during our 9 night stay. The huge couch on the second floor was GREAT.
Downsides:
1. The kitchen is rather small for feeding a large group. An extra bonus was the open area in the side unit which we used as a dry goods pantry. But there just isn't enough fridge space for large groups, so we had to buy food for everyone about two meals at a time rather than being able to plan further out with perisherables/ fruit/ veg/ protein.
2. One parking space doesn't suffice underneath when this combined unit is essentially three units together. Even two parking spaces would've been very helpful. But not a deal breaker (at least in the early season when town is uncrowded).
3. The water pressure in most of the showers was horrendously low, despite good pressure at the sinks. As a male with short hair, I could barely rinse shampoo out of my hair. Our gals fared worse. SkyRun was trying to remedy this for at least part of our stay with new shower heads, but I didn't see any improvement (in my shower anyway).
Overall a fantastic stay, and we love working with SkyRun. We've been coming for multiple years and I'm not sure I can find a better lodging outfit.

Our family of 11 enjoyed the weekend skiing on Copper while staying at this condo. It was as described and had all the things we needed to have a good weekend (such as big pots and pans, plenty of plates). The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our group, we even had a couple of beds left unused! I would stay here again!

Perfect Condo!
We all enjoyed this spacious condo. Our group had plenty of room to spread out and to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment! We used the huge grill for several meals! I have already booked it for next year! Thank you Sky-Run!

The location and size of the condo are great. The kitchen is new and well appointed. The unit needs major updating. The carpet is old and dirty, paint is peeling in many areas. The TV in the main living area shuts off randomly- not good for our football fans. The bathrooms on the second floor don't allow easy access for all four bedrooms and for those sleeping on the third floor. Towels and toilet paper should be refreshed midweek. The humidifiers did not work and some were filthy. The coffee pot in the master bedroom had moldy coffee grounds in it.

Spacious & Comfortable Condo for 14 Adults
We stayed in the condo with 14 adults and had a very good experience. Overall, the place is HUGE and there are plenty of bedrooms/beds for at least 14 adults. Everything was in working order, and for the price, it can't be beat! A few notes for future travelers: management is VERY responsive, so if you need anything during your stay (bigger pots, more towels, more bedding, info on parking, plumbing fixes, etc.) do NOT hesitate to call! Would recommend this condo for large groups and had a great stay!

Good size but needs upgrages
the condo space is great.
the only thing it needs are
1) new carpets in all the floors
2)The heating control systems need to be upgraded
3) better TVs in the rooms...
4)wall outlets need to be upgraded
over all it is a good place to stay

Great location. No problems

Disappointed and Dirty
The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the fact that there were beds for all 19 people we had staying with us and the beds were comfortable. Look under the beds and be prepared to be disgusted by dirt. Look under a couch and find the same. Venture to the upstairs bathroom and look at the bathtubs and shower curtains...same. One of the upstairs bedrooms smelled like urine. There was some type of water damage on one of the walls of that same bedroom.
While SkyRun, the management company, was incredibly responsive to us notifying them, they only brought us a can of air freshener as a solution.
In addition, 6 out of 8 adults had allergic reactions every evening after we would come into the condo from skiing. We don't know if there is mold or if it was just dirty.
Overall, the kitchen and downstairs bathroom had been nicely renovated, with the exception of the stove. The burners on the stove were sporadic. Either they would be so hot they would burn things or not hot enough to actually cook things. They were not easily regulated. Bottom line: These owners should take some of the money that people are paying them and update the entire place. Case in point...the 70's model lampshades and floor to ceiling mirrors in the living area. Until then, I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here.
