Ok, but could have been a little better with diligence

Clean, tidy, had most of facilities your need

WiFi signal keep dropping while I was working, arrived late at night and couldn’t initially access hotel with car as gate closed, supervisor at breakfast a little brisk

Not really a hotel -

Clean, good location, friendly staff, large room.

This is not really a hotel. It feels more like student accommodation. Breakfast could be more varied, if you let rooms to non athletes perhaps they might like pastries etc. in line with most hotels. TV blaring on sports channel all of the time. Maybe turn it off for breakfast or just have general news - especially if you have non-athletes paying for rooms. No hotel facilities and you have to pay £8 to use the pool/gym in sister hotel. Had to pre order if you wanted lunch or supper. No bar or area to relax. Heating in room did not turn on until 7am - so you have to get up and dressed in a cold room if you want breakfast at 7.

Sehr angenehm.

Sehr sauber und ruhig, geräumig. Lage auf dem Campus, was für uns wichtig war, Frühstück für 10,-- recht teuer, aber nicht schlecht. Exzellentes Abendessen, super frisch gekocht und gesund.

Amazing hotel - inspiration to watch athletes train daily

The hotel was amazing. Very clean and tidy. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Definitely recommend!!

A functional hotel and practically located for access to the University.

Very good selection for breakfast, including fresh full English breakfast.

The bathroom facilities were very minimalist but clean.

Booking cancelled by hotel on day of arrival without informing

I booked in abril for september. I received a message 2 days prior to arrival with some instructions and thanking again for the booking. "All good" Upon arrival my booking had been cancelled due to a group booking the hotel had to accomodate. No information was provided till we arrived to the hotel.

We could not enjoy the hotel since they cancelled the booking on the day of arrival.

Poor, dirty rooms

Check in manager was very helpful and polite and answered my questions by calling around (I was looking for a charge point for my EV)

The morning receptionist asked if I had paid whilst I sat down for breakfast, which I had on check in. Her approach was rude and impolite and surely her system would tell her. I arrived at breakfast and was the only one, no greeting, just completely ignored. Room was dusty, broken phone and empty toiletries left in the shower.

Nice and tidy, good-sized rooms.

Room was very clean and spacious, didn't realize the hotel was located so far into the University Campus but everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Was a bit tricky figuring out how to get back to the hotel late at night (could only access via one entrance, which is quite far away from where we originally came in from). Some very helpful students helped steer us in the right direction

It was a perfectly good stop over but not to the standard of other hotels I’ve stayed in at the same price bracket.

Convenient

Only one person available, very helpful but one person can only do so much. Had to ask for extra pillows as only one was provided. This meant that the front door had to be locked in order for them to be sourced. No room service so had to take them to the room myself. Not a big deal but I have a hidden physical disability which made it awkward.

Hotel nice but no food

Loction was good although a bit of a nightmare to find and security on the gate were terrible. Breakfast was very dry and I could not eat any of it.

Breakfast and the security hut as they were rude and directed us the wrong way, when we eventually found the exit they would not let us out of the estate instead another 15 mins trying to find another as it was a staff exit
