The 'cabin' exceeded our expectations and was an amazing place to have our family reunion. Beautiful view, beautiful home, close to great hiking and biking, and Dorothy was a great host!
4.8
The family loves the cabin, especially the game room. The number and arrangement of bedrooms was perfect for our family. We loved the different gathering spaces and the great view.
4.8
There were four families. The house is big enough that everyone had their own space. The ski and ski out was wonderful.
4.8
Our family reunion was a blast because of this cabin. The location can’t be beat if you ski. We also enjoyed the sauna and game room.

We had a family reunion here with 22 people ranging from ages 1 to 62. The property was perfect for us, giving everyone plenty room to spend time together and, when needed, space to make a private phone call. The property is well located, in a beautiful setting. The amenities were just as advertised - we enjoyed them all. I definitely recommend this property for those with a large group. We came in the middle of the summer and enjoyed being up high and out of the Southern Utah heat.

We did a family reunion here. 28 people. Brian Head is beautiful, and the house was great with all the games and amenities. Dorothy was awesome to respond when we needed things, and the house is really well stocked. We easily cooked for everyone.
4.8
Lovely property as advertised. Had some issues with ants. Game room awesome BUT in need of some equipment replacement. Three of six pool cue sticks either broken or missing felt tips. All of ping pong paddles had partial or all of rubber padding missing. House well supplied with paper products and kitchen equipment. Two large refrigerators which we needed for our big family. Plenty of parking space too.
4.8
Our seven children, spouses, and 14 grandchildren had a lovely time reconnecting at this cabin. The furnishings are exquisite, including some nice art pieces, and the setting at Brian Head is wonderful. We went on some hikes, had a campfire, and spent lots of time together in comfortable environments. The altitude didn't seem to bother family members from Boston, so it was great.

A truly wonderful home for our family reunion, the kitchen was well supplied for making and serving meals, indoor and outdoor tables and extra folding chairs too. There were two refridgerators which was also a plus. The ice maker didn't work fridge but we made our own ice cubes and it wasn't inconvenient.
Everything was very clean, some dusting was needed but it's a large house. Plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, etc. Lots of areas to gather in, upstairs, main floor and downstairs also had plenty of couches, chairs and sofas.
We did have an ant problem the 2nd day in the Master Bedroom with lots of ants coming from outside and covering the wall by the bed. We were able to get rid of them eventually, vacumned and plugged some holes and didn't have that problem again. We also had wasps upstairs and on the main floor of the house but were able to deal with them and we weren't bothered after the 2nd day.
There were so many fun activities for everyone to enjoy in the upstairs game room and also downstairs. The kids didn't want to leave for our outdoor activities as they were having so much fun.
The views from the living room and outside were outstanding plus everyone loved this house!!
Dorothy was a wonderful host and was very conscientous and communicated well.

Some leaking in the home but couldn't be helped considering the
amount of snow Brian Head had this year. Perfect size for our
family of 16. Great location for ski in and out. Overall had a
wonderful time. Just would suggest that some of the white
duvet covers on the beds could use some replacement or
a good washing. Some of the pillows need replacing and not
all beds had mattress covers. Some sheets need replacing.

The place was perfect for us. The owner was very kind. We would definitely stay again.

We rented this cabin for 4 nights but ended leaving after the 3rd night. The best thing about this cabin is the ski in ski out part. If you like to enjoy your vacation inside the cabin, you’ll be greeted with multiple roof leaks, trash cans and bowls set on the carpet to catch the leaks which hindered mobility to and from the surrounding rooms, FLEAS!, broken door knobs, shower tubs that drain SO slow that water level is knee high by the time your 10 minute shower is complete and kitchen ceiling wood debris that fell onto our food left on the counter directly beneath that ceiling area. I kept the landlord updated with everything and never once did she apologize for the mishaps. She even acknowledged she knew about the leaks and the falling ceiling wood debris when I brought these two problems up. The only solution she offered was to fix one broken door knob. I have photos of everything I’ve mentioned. We cleaned and followed her check out instructions perfectly. When I brought up all of these mishaps to her at the end of our trip, she responded with we left trash in rooms, used toilet paper in bathrooms and said her cleaner sent her photos of these claims yet she couldn’t send me these “photos”. If my group left such things behind, I was not aware of this and would have apologized if she could she me the proof. I did a final walk through and saw nothing she claimed. Her cabin has deferred maintenance that we had to suffer through. The WORST cabin + landlord ever!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This beautiful house is more than enough space and the ski in/ski out is very convenient for our group. The owner was very communicative and easy to reach. We highly recommend this wonderful cabin!

We booked this property for Thanksgiving week with my wife's family and it was incredible. Such a nice property for a large group and the ability to ski in and out as we pleased was great for everybody in our group. It was hard to pack up and leave.

We had a wonderful time! This turned out to be a beautiful location for our wedding with a great view for some spectacular wedding pics. The cabin was very spacious and easily accommodated the 13 who stayed there along with the additional 6 that came to our wedding. We had a couple of hiccups that Dorothy was able to take care of right away.
The location allowed us to plan a couple of group activities that got a lot of people involved. We did a morning hike with a group of 11 and we had another 11 go see a show at the Utah Shakespeare Festival.
If you are thinking of a destination wedding, this place has plenty of options.

Our family had an enjoyable time and found this property perfect for us.

Beautiful, spacious home. Well decorated. Many kinds of gaming for the grandkids. Yard large enough to play games on.
Great view of several valleys from multiple rooms.

This cabin was great for our large family group. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the property is much nicer than it looks in the pictures. Lots for all of the kids to do and beautiful surroundings. We would happily stay here again.

Great communication with property owner. They really make sure our stay is perfect.

Great Trip!
The property details and location were as advertised! We stayed with 4 families (8 adults and 10 young kids) and had an amazing time. The location is a true ski in/out and truly made it an amazing skiing experience, especially skiing with young kids. The house has tons of space and amenities, which made it really nice even with 18 people. We truly had an amazing trip and already booked the cabin for next year!

Exactly as described! Ideal for ski in and ski out right onto Navajo Express chair 4. The cabin has enough space for a large family and plenty of room for the little kids to play hide and seek in. We loved the game room with seating for everyone to sit down and enjoy a night of family games or simply to just sit and relax with everyone before turning in for the night. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything you need to make a hot cooked meal after the slopes! Bedrooms were cozy and beds were comfy. There was a bed for every single family member. We had a little plumbing mishap during our stay, but host Dorothy was awesome and resolved the issue in a timely manner and made sure we were accommodated promptly! She's sweet and easy to work with and we were always able to reach her for any concerns/questions. Overall, it really felt like a home away from home and is easily one of the best places we've stayed at for a family vacation.
