Lovely family home, well appointed, quiet, great accessibility to local attractions. Comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend.

We stayed here in June when we visited Seattle, Tacoma and Mt. Rainier. This home was so comfortable. The kitchen was big and fully stocked. Nice front porch. The laundry machine, dryer, refrigerator and all appliances were top quality! The home felt like home away from home. Even pantry had items that you would need to make a quick meal. We loved the lawn and the flowers in the front yard and back yard. The TV was big and the bathrooms also had enough towels, toileries etc. Beds were comfortable. Very, very convenient home.
Mt. Rainier was a day trip from here. We also went to Boeing factory, other places in Seattle, Redmond, Tacoma, Puget Sound, Port etc. We had such a memorable and wonderful trip.
I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a family. Spacious, comfortable and had a nice vibe.

We go seattle a couple tims a year and have always stayed in hotels. This house made our stay so much more comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and has the most adorable little back yard to relax in. Would definitely stay here again when we visit this area next time.

This property is ultra clean. It's locatedcin a quiet neighborhood. We were there during a work event and really only slept there. The beds were comfortable. The only thing that should have been indicated in the listing is the third bathroom is only a toilet. We were expecting 3 full bathrooms for all of to have our own bathroom.

We stayed to take in a show at the Dome and this house was the best place ever! Close to the show but quiet and cozy. Saved for future concert dates

I have stayed in many VRBO’s, but this property was outstanding for its comfortable chairs & sofas!
In addition, a well stocked kitchen, updated decor & comfortable beds made this a home we could completely relax in.

We really enjoyed our stay. Home is in a quiet neighborhood, but within minutes of freeways that allow you to reach all the nearby cities (Tacoma, Renton, Sumner, Puyallup) in minutes. Seattle is 60-90 minutes.

This is the only place i want to stay in if i visit The Seattle/Tacoma area ever again! Met the Owners the First Day and they were Awesome! The House was more than enough space for me and my wife and adult daughter. Whether we went out or just stayed in the place was quiet and uncongested! Loved Our Stay! Thank You Thank You Thank You for a great 1st timers West Coast Experience!

Owner has used light colors to make home appealing but that puts an onus on renters for no shoes in the house. Beds comfortable, ample towels and linens. Kitchen is well stocked but disorganised. Refrigerator has many stable items but some seem fairly old. Loud party across street on Saturday nite and three train’s horns at night. Grocery shopping over 5 miles away. Borders on three stars. Have rented multiple VRBO properties. Suggest you bring slippers if you rent.

This house was perfect for my friend and I who as 1st timers to Seattle from the East Coast did some sightseeing and attended the Sew Expo at the Fairgrounds. We each had a comfortable room, fluffy towels, our own bath, and a kitchen to have breakfast a a couple of dinners. The pantry of left behind items allowed us not to buy spices and other kitchen supplies. We want to return to Seattle and this is the only place we will consider staying. Wish we would have taken the opportunity to enjoy the backyard. It looked delightful. Communication with the owner was super fast and easy. They were very kind and gracious.

Very well maintained and well furnished. Served the needs of 3 adults and two teenagers nicely.

It was pretty nice. Not a fan of the white catpet and house rules that would prevent you from having popcorn in the "theater" room.

It was perfect for myself, and family members. We all flew in from different places. It was a great opportunity to also spend some quality time together, and to do a little catching up. I noticed it was a very quiet neighborhood, close to stores, gas stations and places to eat. Overall, it's a wonderful house. I would definitely like to rent it again if I needed to. Thank you very much Steve.

Cute, comfortable house w a retro vibe that was great for 2 couples and their 2 adult daughters. Patio was great for unwinding. You can see how lovingly the yard was cared for.
Took us about 1.5 hrs to get to the Paradise entrance into Rainier NP. Spent the day there and returned in time to catch Monday Night Football on their huge big screen.
Appreciated them supplying shampoo and body wash and some spices and condiments. We happily contributed a few items for future guests.
Would book here again.

This house is convenient to everything we were attending during our stay. The home, itself, is very convenient and made the stay very comfortable for myself, high school friends, family and late night chats. We really didn’t have time to write about our stay as we were in and out with little down time. I would highly recommend the house and beautiful yard for anyone wanting to be nearby activities.
