Room was not ready when we got there, had to wait for 2 hours for the room to get cleaned. Also, the "accessible" room was anything but that. Room was on the second floor, far from the elevator. My father is with me and barely could get to room due to his disability. Beds were uncomfortable. I couldve gotten past all those things though if the front desk associates had a shred of respect for us or anyone that stayed. They were rude and impatient with us, which is crazy when they make us wait 2 hours for a terrible room.

The rooms are dirty and messy the beds and sheets were smelling horrible I asked the receptionist for a different room because this one was not clean and receptionist told me that I have to Wait 10mintes to get another room and I would have to pay more money it’s like I got the worst room there there carpets in that place needs a lot of cleaning or a new carpet the carpets in the room was so dirty it’s like it was taken from a dump yard I have pictures of the room too it’s the worst experience I ever had

Door lock broken, one lamp cord plug was cut off (!!). Place is very run-down. Desk people were nice. The sign said breakfast, but I never saw anything offered.

The room was extremely hot when we arrived, the AC barely worked, there were holes in the blankets. Generally grimy. You could smell the drugs people were smoking in their rooms throughout the hallways. The shower was TERRIBLE. Either ice cold or scalding hot with no in between, would just go back and forth between the two without even touching the knob to adjust the temperature. The water was also brown and the shower had to be run for 20 minutes before it cleared up. The staff literally do not care at all and made no attempt to fix or even apologize for any of the problems. They advertise breakfast but do not have it because of Covid even though it is now 2024. This hotel needs to be shut down.

Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Staff was excellent. Conditions correlated to cost. It was a cheap rate and the window was cracked, AC didn’t work and lots of stains. Still, bed was clean and comfy so might consider staying again in cooler months

Washroom door lock not lockable. Elevator floor looks unpolished. Carpet was not clean. It has look like it has been vacuum for a long time. Lamp switches did not work. Remote control to tv, the battery case did not have a cover. Broken down vehicle drug use around the venue was unsafe. Every thing smells like cigarettes. No breakfast available. I was under the impression that I would get breakfast. Garbage along the hotel. Clean it up please. Bathroom floor was not clean. There is a dead bug. Someone should clean. Bathroom wall was not clean. Splatters of debris on the wall. The wall outlet is popping out of the wall. Reattach the outlet. Please. Messed up reservation. Reserved a king bed - but receive 2 double beds.

We ended up not staying because how dirty the room was. There were homeless people hanging by the garbage dump out side. Several cars that seemed to have people living in them. An abandoned building next to it and across the street. I did not feel safe leaving my car parked outside. The ac in the room did not work and the entire building reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpet was gross, windows, and so were the light fixtures. The bathroom had mold in the shower. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Room was dirty, no electrical outlets that work near the beds, as for an extension cord to use Cpap machine they said they would bring it up and didn't two nights. Room was very poor shape wouldn't stay there again ever!

There wasnt really anyrhing good to say. The facet was barely atteached to tge sink..there was somethi g splashed down the wall..hole in door..tear in couch..there were lamps on the wall but no outlits to plug them into..the water was super cold or blustering hot..no breakfast even though advertised..house keeping just put our toweks on the counter..took the trash can but left trash on the floor..like three cops in the parking lot just after we got there..the bar next door was boarded up..the place across the street was burnt down an covered in graffitti...dont recommend

This was the most dirty and disgusting place I've ever stayed. I checked in late afternoon on a Friday, and once it was clear that I couldn't get used to the mystery smell stinking up the room, I knew that I couldn't spend the night. I didn't even ask for a refund.

Everything was broken. There was no toilet paper roll holder, the toilet kept over flowing, none of the plug ins worked. The bed sheets weren’t washed and it had no toiletries. You had to use a plastic bag that they didn’t even supply to get ice which was only on the first floor. They didn’t offer late checkout. Just terrible

What this place lacks in; it makes up for with its service and hospitality! I would definitely stay here again! Only thing was a deposit that we had no knowledge of but thankfully it wasn’t too big to manage.

The front desk was amazing, but the state of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms was horrible. There was smears all over the bathroom walls, floors sticky, and noise from other rooms was unbearable. We booked 2 nights and ended up leaving after the 1st night. I want to say again, the staff were some of the most friendly and supportive I have ever encountered and thankful for them in getting us what we needed as they could.

Upon arriving they took a deposit that should have been $25 I gave her $20 cash went to get my wife because we were going to use a card instead and she said no sorry I already put it in the system can’t use a card which was obsurd. We then went to our room and not only was there food all over the halls there were kids jumping running and howling all over the building. The room was clean but we only stayed for a matter of minutes before going somewhere else. We asked for a refund and they wouldn’t and didn’t even give us our deposit back!

The girl that checked us in was pleasant and helpful. There seemed to be several families living at this motel. The kids were running all over and it smelled like people smoking in their rooms when walking down the hall (though the girl that checked us in reminded them there was no smoking in the rooms). The room had numerous items broken or not working properly (towel rack in bathroom, outlets for TV and computer until we realized the circuit at the sink was kicked and once we reset it, the tv and everything worked). The microwave was not plugged in (maybe that's what blew the circuit) but it also didn't reach the outlet where it was).

I liked the the people that work here for the most part there is one employee who is ill trained she will no who it is she is quick to make assumptions letting her foolish behavior get the best of her she is quick to walk into others space not noing she is not welcome and that her presence is unsettling and not professional as a employee I hope they train their employee better in the future because it is the difference between 1 or 2 more stars I have worked with the best of the best hands down as employees you do no take your brakes with customers not to mention you do not discuss customers personal business with other people with that said it's not their fault it's the people that train them with that said if I was an owner of this establishment I would make sure that the employees read at least three to five reviews a day

The staff is courteous & the cleaning staff very humble & non-invasive. Having better lighting around the property would be better, but the motel may not own those areas or have control over that.

Upon our arrival, the room stank, there was hair in the shower, the mirrors were dirty, and the vent was pulled out of the wall. The tiles were cracked and there was a random patch in the shower wall. The sink was chipped with specks of black, and clogged .

We were given a room without a proper lock/deadbolt ( very unsafe). 1st floor window did not have a stable screen or lock. The window was Also cracked. The overall cleanliness was a 0/10- the carpet floor looked like it clearly hadn't been vacuumed anytime recently. The layer of dust/ grease/black spots was Apparent all over the floors! Disgusting. Also- we didn't receive our $40 cash deposit back because they said we smoked in the room?!?! They found ONE butt from a previous guest ( I assume) - because we don't even smoke! Overall - we will never stay there again 😭
