La déco chaleureuse , l’impression d’être chez soi dans une maison confortable
Il manquait un peu de vaisselle

Excellent location, approx 25 minutes walk to city centre. The house is lovely, very nicely decorated and furnished. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Very clear directions and instructions received from the agent on the day prior to arrival. Also a phone call before and after to ensure our stay was satisfactory. Complimentary snacks & bottle of wine were waiting for us on arrival.
Steep stairs, be careful

The property was clean and what we expected, the photos match.
The house is very close to a big shopping centre and other shops.
Walking to the city centre takes, 10-20 mins depending how fast you walk or you can take a bus or a taxi into the city centre very easily.
The host was very friendly and called if we were able to get into the house etc.
The only thing that I could say is that the boiler was a bit noisy and the kitchen tap turned on slightly when using the shower or the washing machine.
And there were only towels and toiletries for 2 persons, but we just bought some extra in the city.
Summary: nothing much ;)

more comfortable bed
There are many problems in the house, the heating is not hot, the customer service brought the heater the next day. Although the heater came to be repaired the next day, it was still not hot after the repair, and there was no reply to the customer service staff. In addition, the washing machine was broken (without a rubber ring), and the pan and kettle could not be used at all. These problems existed before we moved in. Why do houses with so many problems still accept guests? Very disappointed!

First of all I would like to thank the hosts for being so kind and accommodating through the booking, arrival and departure process. Most helpful people I have dealt with when booking accommodation and very attentive. The property is modern, clean and very cozy. The wine and crisps on arrival was a lovely touch. The couch in the living room was so comfortable and it was great to have access to things like Netflix etc whilst chilling out in the evenings. The bedrooms were great. A family with 3 or 4 kids could be easily be comfortable here short or long term. The location for us personally was perfect. About a 20 minute walk into the city centre or a bus stop 60 yards from the house gets you to the centre in 10 minutes. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Central enough to walk into Belfast in 20 minutes
Well furnished, spacious and suitable for our needs.
Area is clearly down on its luck but as long as you are comfortable walking in the area it was fine
Bedding and single beds weren't especially comfortable

Beautiful and very cosy house. Clean and comfortable. All the appliances are there.
Highly recommended to anyone, especially for families with children.
Thank you.

The staff were very helpful and responsive all throughout. The property was very reasonably priced for 4 people and was central, so easy enough to walk or get a bus into the centre of town. The property itself was spacious and tidy.
The street the property is on is sadly very run down, with a dilapidated building next door. This had just been quite a surprise to us on arrival as it hadn't been suggested at all in any photos of the property, but is understandable.
While the property was generally clean and tidy and will certainly have been cleaned after the last guests, it seemed like perhaps noone had been at the property for a while, as it had some cobwebs in the small bedroom and some areas like the shower doors could have been cleaned more thoroughly/stairs rehoovered etc.

It was nice and clean on arrival.
They left a bottle of wine and bags of taytos for us. Nice touch
Very spacious
Good location for the city
All mod cons
The couch is really old and dusty. Made my skin itch. A cover from amazon would sort this as it is very comfy.
There is a smell of must/damp.
Carpets are a bit old.

Nicely located about a 25-30 minute walk from the centre of Belfast. A short 5 minute drive/uber. The house itself was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Netflix and various other streaming apps on the tv.
