The cabin and property was beautiful. We had a great time by the fire pit, at the river and searching for elk.

We loved the cabin and the location. It was quiet and peaceful. It was great having a creek in the back yard that the kids could play in to stay cool. Communication with owners was great.

Had a great time. Clean and well kept .

Myself and 3 friends came to ride dual-sport motorcycles in the mountains. This camp is right on the BDRX route, but we also did a fair bit of just exploring and riding wherever the mountain roads took us. We stayed for 4 nights. This was a perfect place for us to plan our day trips and return to for dinner and to relax. The back porch swings and the sound of the creek in the back were nice. NOTE: You will need to bring your own linens and towels. The tap water did have a bit of a smell so also bring your own drinking water.

My son graduated from Penn State last weekend and instead of doing the traditional State College experience… we decided fly fishing and a remote getaway is just what the family needed. Our stay was perfect, even though it had rained the entire weekend.. it didn’t stop our fishing/relaxing. We headed into State College for the official graduation and returned afterwards. A weekend earned and time well spent celebrating successes. - Thank you!! - Amy

We had a great weekend, the cabin was nice and had all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare meals. Just a note you have to bring your own bedding and towels. You may also request bedding and towels through the hosts for a fee. We had our grandkids with us and our sons and daughter in law, a fun weekend was had by all.

The cabin was smaller than we thought. Could have used lighting over the dining table and curtains on the windows. Other than that, we enjoyed the cabin, good location, easy access to everything.

The cabin was nice and as described. Lots of taxidermy which is ok but they are very dusty lots of cobwebs. The biggest complaint we had was the coffee pot didn’t work and we notified our host but it was never taken care of and it’s about a 10 mile drive each way to get coffee. More lighting in the dining room area would be helpful.

We have been coming to Elk County for several years to view the elk and this year we brought our best friends along with us for their first time. They were so excited to see the big bulls and listen to all the bugling!! We had such a relaxing time at the cabin as well! It was perfect! Thanks for great getaway!!

We had one day of over 4 hours without electricity (no fault of the property owner). Otherwise, enjoyed the visit.

We were only there for 1 1/2 days...but had a great stay! Heard lots of bugling, saw some Elk, not near the cabin had to drive to the lookouts, but also had a bear run across the road in front of us and saw turkeys. Had a small issue that turned out to just be a GFI that needed reset, but I emailed and he was there almost before the email was sent! Appreciated that quick response! Good cabin, good times!

We had a fabulous time just enjoying the scenery and being with family. Nice to disconnect from our busy lives and just enjoy. Everything was just as expected and more. Great weekend and can’t wait to return hopefully this fall.

My husband, myself and my two adult sons along with their spouses and my 2 grandkids age 4 and 7. We had a wonderful time!

This was a charming cabin. Wish we could have been at the cabin to enjoy it more as we only ended up being there to sleep. We really had a great time out sight seeing as we were able to see a fair amount of elk, lots of birds, and we were able to witness a bear training exercise, where we saw 14 bears. It was an awesome trip.

Had a great time at this cabin. Cool stream goes right through the property that was stocked with trout and your flanked by mountains on each side of you. Everything about this trip was perfect. We'll definitely be doing it again next year...maybe even twice!

A fresh and clean cabin with everything you need in the hills. Highly recommend!

The property was a described. Camp Can’t Keep Up met all of our needs. Though we didn’t find any sheds this year, we are looking forward to returning next year.

The property was as advertised. Check in was an hour late because the handyman had car problems and was running behind but he was nice and did a great job cleaning. The dining room was dimly lit which made it difficult to play board or card games. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time. The stream on the property was an added bonus.

We all had a great time. Beautiful place.

The cabin is beautiful and had everything I needed. It was warm and clean when I arrived, and there were some Christmas decorations including a small tree in the corner. The wood stove was great to have, and there was plenty of firewood that could be purchased next door at Hicks Run Outfitters. There are other cabins close by, but the location is very peaceful with only the sound of the stream and the occassional vehicle passing by. Highly recommended!
Thanks Bryan and Jennifer!

This cabin is wonderful for large family gatherings, with ample sleeping and seating arrangements. The cabin was super clean and so well stocked in the kitchen, I was surprised! The location is perfect, and it was simply a fabulous time. We even woke to a herd of Elk in the side yard, which thrilled my children and grandchildren alike. The outdoor areas are inviting to all ages, with the swings and firepit seating area! It would be great in the summer as well. The owners decorated for Christmas and its was gorgeous, very fitting for the decor and surrounds, quite tastefully done!

Really enjoyed the cabin it fulfilled all of our needs! Would definitely stay again!

Very easy. Simple process. Electronics usage is spotty at best. But we loved that. Totally disconnected and spent quality time with family from four different locations came together for a great time. Very close to activities but far enough away that we had a lot of privacy. Will definitely book again.

This cabin is absolutely adorable! Cozy with plenty of seating indoors and out. Lots of pots/pans and other utensils if you plan on cooking or baking. The location isn't too far from town and there are some nearby sights to see and hike at. We were even lucky enough to see an elk!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was a great location to see wildlife and explore the surrounding area. The cabin was fully equipped and spotless. Overall a wonderful stay and great getaway!

Family weekend trip to enjoy nature. We loved seeing the elk and touring local attractions like Straub Brewery, the Zippo museum, and Kinzua sky walk.
Camp can’t keep up allowed my family including our fur babies to spend the weekend together comfortably. We loved cooking over the fire, swinging on the swings, listening to the creek. The puppies loved running through the leaves.

Very comfortable, cozy and a great location. Didn't need to venture very far for everything we needed. In the two days we were there we saw approximately 200 Elk, more than any of our other trips to Benezette. Will definitely return, highly recommend.

Beautiful cabin & property. So relaxing sitting on the back porch or by the fire pit! The rope swings are a big hit with our grandkids! Very much enjoyed our stay!

The property was clean and inviting, comfortable. The property owner provided us with all info we needed pre check in, during and after our stay. Property owner was accessible and encouraged we could text them witg any questions or concerns. Made for an enjoyable, stress free stay and we were confident in the cleanliness and sanitation of the property. Very comfortable seating and bedding.
