The condo is in an excellent location - easy walking to Lionshead Village and Vail Village. The condo itself is a little dated, but we were comfortable and appreciated the ample space. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware , dishes, etc. The cupboards were a little stuffed, so it was a bit of a chore to find specific items. Communication was good. Enjoyed access to the pool. Would stay here again.

We could walk everywhere easily from this location as it’s right in the center of the villages. It’s one of the few places to get good views from the balcony. The space was clean, but somewhat dated. It was great having a separate bed/bath areas for each couple on opposite ends of the condo with shared space in the middle. One area for improvement is the pillows as they were hard and very uncomfortable, making it challenging to get a good nights sleep.

The condo was great. The kitchen and living areas were very nice. Beds were comfortable and the views from the balconies were great. Bathrooms were a bit dated but still clean and nice.

Really nice condo with a great view from the balcony! Easy access to the free Vail bus system and just a short walk or bus ride to the Lionshead lifts.

Amazing view from the balcony, we enjoyed that the most!

There were six of us, we intended to use the three beds and the sofa sleeper to accommodate the six of us.
The sofa sleeper was locked up with a bike lock
We paid for an additional room at the hotel because we could not use the sofa sleeper
The master bedroom that I used had plugged sink and tub drains that backed up after a few seconds of use also there was a code lock on the master bed door that would lock me out, I had to go through the balcony slider to access room.
Kinda of a joke but we got our bike ride in... I won’t be back

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious and clean. Close to both villages. And, it was the perfect location for my daughter’s ice skating competition. We hope to stay here again!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home over July 4th. The condo was a great size and astounding views. Everything we needed was there for us upon arrival. Easy check in. Comfortable, airy and spacious home. We will be back soon.
Aidy.

My family of four absolutely loved our stay at Evergreen Lodge 705. The beds were comfortable, the condo was very spacious, and the gondola was a 10 min walk away. Would recommend!
4.6
Our stay was very comfortable but need to point out some issues. First, the pictures shown of the property were not accurate. Secondly, there was no useable closet in the 2nd bedroom. There were closets, but they were locked and marked as owners do not force open. Next, above the locked closets in the 2nd bedroom was an emply TV box and several cans of paint. Finally, there were several extension/cable cords just laying on the floor in front of the fireplace.
I mention these issues, while they did not disrupt our stay, they should be items that should be address for other who stay there.

The condo is super clean and spacious, pool is awesome and perfect walking distance to Vail village… would definitely stay here again!

Reservation process and communication with manager were great! My husband and I, along with our 3 children (ages 4, 8, & 11) stayed in the condo in the summer when we traveled to Vail for a family wedding. The size of the condo was perfect for a few days. There were areas that seemed like they could do for a deep clean like the carpet and under some furniture. I understand that a property like this has locked areas for owners’ items but this condo had about ten locked areas and left little room for us to store items. The views of Vail Mountain and location in town were great!

Great location and excellent ameneties
The small things make the difference - fresh coffee every morning in the lobby , super clean pool, hot tub and sauna - the staff was super friendly and helpful

Presidents Week Holiday
I will give the condo a 5 star for service, space, being clean, local to Lions Head and being comfortable.
I was disappointed that many of the closets and pullout bed were locked and unusable. I understand that there is owner space needed to store belongings but there should be more closets available and a pullout sofa as an option to use.

Great Location!
Overall, we loved our stay here. The condo is walking distance to Vail Village and Lionshead and has a beautiful view of the mountains.
There is a spacious living area that's great to relax in with your group.
Our only complaint was the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful time. Condo was spotless views from all windows were breathtaking. Easy walk to Lion’s head slopes. Great restaurant downstairs. Highly recommend staying here.

My Daughter's Wedding
The people I talked too were great. But the results were so-so. I had to have some parts of my tuxedo shipped to Vail overnight. I called iTrip for an address. They gave me an address for The Laundry Room. UPS could not find the Address for the Laundry Room and the package never got delivered.
Then on our last night, the elevator at the Evergreen Lodge did not work, and would not be fixed until the next day. So we had to use the stairs to go up 7 floors to room 705 to pack our things and move out since we were leaving the next day at 5:30 AM. I have a heart condition, so I really did not need the 7 story walk. Fortunately, the Evergreen Lodge gave us a room on the 1st floor, so the room we paid for on our last night, room number 705, was not used.
In summary, the people we talked to were great. But our stay was less than satisfactory.

Too many cubbards and closets were locked. Snowboard or something under bed. Windows were filthy, we cleaned them ourselves to see the great view. Indoor Hot tub wasn't inviting. Barking dog on our first night. Called to get bedside lamp fixed, never happened. Just not so great.

Property was ready for early check-in when we arrived, which helped immensely. The stay was great and perfect location. We could walk to Lionshead lifts and easily jump on the free local bus to Golden Peak. Nice property!

One week family trip in Vail done to perfection with the specious cozy appt. Designated parking spot makes it a lot easier. Be sure to use the screen when leaving the window open at night as I had to get rid of a bat.

This condo is newly redone it seems but is in an older building. The inside was clean and well appointed. The balcony looks out over the pool and towards Lionshead. It is located on the frontage road almost to Lionshead. Walking to mid-Vail or Lionshead was easy.Bedrooms can be hot in the summer but there are numerous fans available. It was tricky for us since we didn't want to have windows/doors open due to the forest fires/poor air quality. The beds are listed as Queens. My husband and I have a queen at our home...so we are doubtful about this description. We appreciated the reserved parking spot in the garage. You do need to use the elevator since the condo is on the 7th floor. We had wished there was more obvious signage about having only 1 family in the elevator at a time during COVID. The hot tub was indoors and open. We did use it a few times when nobody else was inside and it is sizeable. The pool had it's pros and cons. The pros: it is medium/large sized, heated to a nice warm temperature, lengthy hours it's open, and has a 9' deep end. The cons: I'm not sure that everyone using the pool was actually staying at the lodge. Also, it was sometimes family friendly, and sometimes not. There were a few times groups were there highly intoxicated and swearing up a storm. Overall, the condo itself was good. It was clean and had what we needed in the kitchen. It was also easy for our family to walk around Vail. And, during COVID, anyplace with a pool is a plus!

Perfect view and location, but watch the showers
This unit is located in a perfect place with amazing views. The living room is comfortable and the fire place adds a wonderful touch. The showers are very dangerous for smaller children and older adults because they go from freezing to scalding without touching anything. That needs to be addressed ASAP or at least a warning about them before using. Someone is going to get hurt. The bedding needs updated with new pillows etc. Overall a nice unit with amazing views, but has a few challenges. The management company was wonderful to work with and very responsive. I would give the views a 5 and the bedrooms and bathrooms a 3.

Great stay
We enjoyed our ski vacation, staying at 705 Evergreen. Nice property, plenty of room to entertain. Not too bad a walk to Lionshead. Small Hot tub. Pool not open in winter. Clean, easy access.
