About this apartment rental

Our beach front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is available and ready for your beach vacation! During June, July, and Aug. we require 7 night stays, but we're flexible on the check-in and check-out days. We accept off-season stays for three nights or more. Summer stays less than 7 nights will be considered beginning in June. You can send an inquiry if you have a question, but requests less than the minimum will receive a polite response asking you to consider increasing your stay. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.

Located adjacent to Freeman Park and north of the Carolina Beach boardwalk area, you'll have everything you need for a fun vacation. Our condo is situated in an independent 6 unit structure that has parking for three vehicles, including a one car garage. Private beach access keeps our area a bit more secluded and quieter than other places. The condo is on the raised first floor, which makes the loading up part of your vacation less grueling and time consuming without sacrificing the beautiful ocean view from the large covered porch with plenty of seating.

In 2024, we renovated the master bathroom! The new bathroom includes a custom tiled shower, new beautiful flooring, new vanity, backlit mirror, and sparkling light. Check out the new photos.

In 2022, we updated the patio furniture, living room furniture, and upgraded three appliances in the kitchen. Be sure to check out the photos. You'll find open living space with a full kitchen ready for cooking light or big meals, dining space, and living room. The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with one bath off the master bedroom. Both baths have shower stalls. The hall bath was completely renovated in 2020 with an oversized, custom tile shower. All mattresses have been replaced over the past three years. Everything your family, a group of friends, or three couples need for a great get away at the beach.

Outside, you'll find an oversized covered deck for outside enjoyment without having to head down to the beach. Our deck has a patio table and four chairs for dining on one side. On the other side, there's a patio loveseat, table, and four lounge chairs for your relaxation and conversation. There's even festive lights to enjoy the deck any time of day or evening.

A linen package is included in all rentals from our cleaning service. All bed sheets and bath and kitchen towels will be delivered and set up before your stay. No making up beds when you get here! Beach towels are available to use, but must be washed and dried before leaving, or you can bring your own.

Our story- Soon after purchasing this unit in 2016, we began updating the interior. In 2020, we completely renovated the hall bathroom adding an oversized custom tile shower, installed a new secure storm door, and replaced the queen bed and mattress in two bedrooms with new hybrid spring-foam mattress. In 2022, we replaced nearly all the outdoor furniture on the deck, living room furniture, and kitchen appliances. In 2024, we renovated the master bathroom completely adding a little bling and luxury to the space. We use the off season to continually update our place. You are renting directly from us, the owners.

During the summer season, we accept requests that are at least 7 nights. We will accept check-in and out on any day of the week.

Its was Beautiful! Beach was a bit busier than i had hoped but the sand and water were gorgeous! My children loves it! The condo was perfect too! Only complaints I have is the master shower drain was clogged on the first night and i had to clean it. It was disgusting lol. I wish there was a bath tub for the littles, my youngest being 3. But the showers were gorgeous! We found so many pretty sea shells too! Definitely worth the money! Sue was incredibly kind and always quick to respond! Such a lovely Lady!

We had a group of 8 adults and kids and this condo was perfect for us. The location couldn't be beat! It was so great to have beach access and not have to drive and park to enjoy the beach. The condo was clean and cute, and our host was SUPER responsive! If you like a firm mattress, you'll be in heaven. The condo is located just steps from the beach and the pier, so no need to haul a wagon and all your stuff for the entire day down to the beach - if you want to take a break or grab a snack, you can just run back upstairs. And, the patio was huge, big enough for everyone to sit outside and enjoy the views and the live music every night at the pier. Would definitely stay here again!

There was an issue when we arrived but the owner responded within minutes and had the issue resolved within 45 minutes. We loved the location away from the crowds. The condo had everything we needed, was comfortable, and cute inside. We left a shell in the table!

This was the second time we have stayed. Love the location at the end of island and ocean front. Views are amazing and quiet area. Condo was very clean and spacious. Love the porch and the updated bathrooms. Wish the master had a king bed. Traffic of trucks going to drive out on beach gets a bit congested in the mornings. So plan on making breakfast in condo. Only one disappointment were the 3rd floor Trump Flags which were an eyesore! 😩. At least they kept to themselves and didn’t cause any trouble.

We found the unit to be clean. We found the furniture, the mattresses to all be in great shape. A few of the oven pans in the kitchen probably are about ready for replacement, but overall it was well equipped, and we were able to make meals without any issues. We loved sitting out on the deck and watching the sunrise in the mornings. Great stay.

The room was perfect for myself my girlfriend and my 3 young adult children. 16,17,20 years old. Location was nice to be able to enjoy the peer no fee to get onto the peer. Beach wasn’t over crowded and plenty of activities for everyone liking. Room was clean and had all the beach things we needed (chairs, skim boards, etc etc). Highly recommend

We adored our vacation here! The condo was absolutely perfect- it was so clean and came with everything we needed. Sue was amazing to work with and was very quick to respond with any questions we had through our entire process. The view is so great and the location couldn’t get any better! This unit comes with ample parking and the garage and one parking parking spot are located next to the steps making loading and unloading so easy! The walk to the beach was so short and our 8 and 9 year old could easily walk back and forth alone to the condo. We were able to rent a gas golf cart and the garage was a perfect place to park it and store all of our beach gear. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the area!

Had a nice long weekend here. Unit is nice, though mattresses are super firm, which we found uncomfortable. Location is between pier and Freeman Park. Noise from pier definitely carries to the deck here (and into the unit of windows are open). Freeman Park is great for walking on the beach, though, at least once you get past all the fishing poles.

We rented this property with one of our best couple friends for the long Labor Day weekend. We have a son (6) and they have two kids (5 & 6). It was the perfect location with each pair of adults getting a bedroom with a queen bed and the kids sharing the bunk bedroom. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and this part of the beach was kid friendly for waves and sand castle building. Will gladly book and stay here again!

Just wow! This was our first family vacation to the ocean and I was not disappointed! The location is so great - because you are at the end, it's not super crowded. We never had to worry about a spot at the beach. The property was easy to get to and was a great base for us - very close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We had some difficulty at check-in because we hadn't received the code for the key box by the time we got to the condo (some kind of email issue) and it took a little while to get in touch with the property owner, but once we got in though, it was a nice condo, clean and cute. Just the right size for our family. Oceanfront was nice with easy access to the beach. It was a nice place to stay!

The owners did a great job communicating everything we needed to know about the property. The condo was nice but the best part of our stay was the location.
