Clean, decorated beautifully, beautifully located on the marsh, corner unit

We really enjoyed our stay The condo was very bright and clean. The windows in the living room made the place seem even bigger. At of all the properties we have stayed at on Seabrook, this property was the most stocked that we have seen. They had plenty of trash bags, complimentary bath soaps, ziplock storage bags and extra dish detergent. Thank you We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful updated unit with stunning views of the marsh. We love the proximity to the marina and Freshfields.

Condo was great. Communication with property manager was great. Seabrook Island is beautiful. Only complaints were 1. when people moved in upstairs the noise was significant and 2. the stove is a pain to work and clean. All in all a great stay.

Really enjoyed this place. Nice outdoor space and cute finishes. We’d stay again.

Beautiful condo! We loved our stay. It was super clean, adorably decorated, and up to date conveniences. We really enjoyed the 2 screened in porches and the walking pier out into the marsh. It felt very private. We used the pool everyday and most times were the only ones in the pool. The closeness of the condo pool was so convenient. We never even used the Beach House or the amenity card. We kayaked in Kiawah and enjoyed both Bohicket Marina and Fresh Fields Village. It is a perfect place to stay for a couple wanting some quiet, rest and relaxation!

The property was exactly as described. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it.

We returned after our first visit in 2019 and found the home excellent. Beautifully decorated and furnished in warm coastal colors, well-equipped and in an extraordinary setting. The condo hovers over the edge of a classic Low Country marsh populated by blue herons, white herons, egrets and even one lone roseate spoonbill. From two screened porches—so no mosquitoes!— we watched the tide quietly rising and falling. A good bargain on pricing too. We will return, if the owner will have us.

It had been 10 years since coming to Seabrook Is. It never disappoints. The untouched nature that surrounds you, the beautiful homes with immaculate landscapes and wildlife. To top all that off this condo was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. The decor was beautiful and themed to being on the coast. The views were amazing to wake up to each morning while sitting on the porch with your cup of coffee. Every evening we made our way down the dock to see some of the prettiest sunsets. It was very quite and peaceful in Bay Point. Also, we took advantage of the pool that was just a few steps away from our condo. We will definitely be back!

Susan is a wonderful host and the condo is so magical. You are surrounded by the marsh, which is a beautiful lull to sleep. The condo itself is well stocked and immaculate. I cannot say enough good things. We can’t wait to comeback.

Excellent accommodations and amenities within a very upscale private community with everything you would need and want to do at a coastal location.

This property was perfect for the two of us! We loved the back porch overlooking the marsh and the boardwalk to the dock where we had stunning sunset views every night! The kitchen was just right for two people--small but equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home when we weren't dining out. The furniture was comfy and attractive and the bathrooms were immaculate. We enjoyed our stay here!

My wife and 2 teenage girls had a blast staying at Susan's condo for a quick 5-day spring break getaway. We felt right at home as Susan has the beautiful condo fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The beds were comfy, the updated kitchen had everything, and the marsh views of the sunset were magical. We loved the location because Bohicket Marina and awesome Freshfield's shopping/eating was a short 7 minute bike ride away and Seabrook's beach access was only a 15 minute bike ride. Susan is the best host you will find and we plan on coming back!

My husband and I needed some time away to rest, be still, and appreciate the beauty of God’s creation in this beautiful place and listen with our hearts. From breakfast and lunch on the porch, cozy chairs for reading and conversation, to soft beautiful bed linens and afternoon naps , maybe this will be our retirement life one day….one can always hope.

I rented this unit as a getaway for a long weekend just for myself, and I couldn't be happier. The place was beautiful, well furnished, very comfortable and so quiet. Also there was not one, but TWO screened porches ... admittedly where I spent 90% off my time. Loved the community, several options for access to the beach. I can't wait to return!!

Three very close friends, who live in different states have been getting together for over 20 years. This was the perfect location for one of our long weekends.
The home was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well stocked.

Condo was so clean and beautifully appointed. Everything appeared brand new. The beach was stunning and very posh mall with great grocery store about half mile away.

The property met all of our needs. The owner was easy to reach. Everything in the condo was as described. The directions given by owner were helpful. One thing I think could have been explained more clearly (at least for me) is the “Amenity Cards”. It seemed from all of the instructions from owner and other online sites, it was a necessity to have at least one. Everything said “Don’t forget to pick up your Amenity Cards…” The owner did say she wasn’t a Beach club member and did not have access to amenities other than the Lake house Pool/gym. I ordered one to have ready because I didn’t know if I would make it before the Amenity Office closed. I noticed instead of $15 charged that it said on the paper from the Amenity Office , it was $215. When I asked, they explained the owner didn’t cover the Beach Club Amenities which I read that, but I didn’t know I’d be charged for it. At first it seemed okay since the paper they gave me with the restaurants had some that we could access according to the paper yet said to scan QR CODE for updated hours and the hours agreed with the paper. We were only at Seabrook to use the beaches in general and maybe a pool once or twice. We did use the small condo pool which was fine. We never went to the lake house. We never used the pool at the Beach club. And sadly, we only ate at the Pelican’s Nest twice in 6 nights due to owners only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Only the pool grill and Osprey were other dinner options, but were like stop in & take out. No other places were available for dinner to guests. The only other place we could have ate at all was lunch at the Island club and that was only until Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for lunch. No other dinner options. I had to call for this info since it wasn’t updated on the QR CODE. It was mid July, peak season. This is what the Island House said, “ the island house hours are Thursday Friday Saturday open for lunch to amenity cardmembers Thursday Friday Saturday & Sunday brunch are members only the pelicans nest is Monday through Sunday only open to everyone except for Tuesdays and Thursdays which are members night”. So, in a nut shell, the $200 wasn’t worth it for me. I wouldn’t have even got an amenity card just to go to the Pelicans nest twice. The condo is perfect and the owner fantastic. I would just really check to see if it is worth it for you &your trip members to get an Amenity card & to understand the charges before hand. Bohicket Lounge wasn’t open

One Night Stay
The property itself was nice, the check in process, however, was problematic. Upon arriving at the complex we encountered a code required security gate, now keep in mind we had reserved the property more than two months prior and had received multiple pages of rules, regulations and instructions, and at that moment we could not locate the security gate code. Some what frustrated, I phoned the host for the code and left a voice mail. After not receiving a call back I phoned again and this time spoke with host, who appeared to be totally disoriented. Now remember, all I needed was a simple code, but she seem to think that the unit was not even rented for the evening, after several minutes of establishing my legitimacy, we got into a lengthy conversation on whether or not I had previously received the code, which I had, but simply could not locate. So, what should have been a 30 second conversation, turned into a five minute confrontation, highly unprofessional. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

This is a really nice property. The whole island is nice. Because the island is gated the beaches are uncrowded and very clean. I always felt very safe. It is an absolutely beautiful area. A grocery store and great restaurants are only a mile away. I loved walking out on the dock at sunrise. Tons to do in Charleston area. Perfect for 2 couples/ 4 people.

Check-in process was well described and easy.
Upon first entering the condo, it smelled clean. And in fact, the condo was immaculate.
It is about 3 miles from the condo to a beach in a gated community- plenty of open space to relax on the beach with not many people.
About a 40 min drive to Charleston if traffic is not too bad.
Overall, a very nice location for beach and city.
A very good spot for our family vacation and would highly recommend.
