This stunning Park City vacation rental is beautiful inside and out, and has been thoughtfully designed and furnished for up to 10 guests! Located in the desirable Jeremy Ranch neighborhood, you'll be just minutes from dining and shopping at Kimball Junction, and only 20 minutes from the fabulous Park City Resort.
This home has all the comforts of home, and then some: a two-car garage, chef's kitchen, private hot tub, and two luxurious master suites. You'll even see exotic taxidermy animals in the home. Each master has queen beds, with two additional queen bedrooms and extra sleeping space spread across two living areas and a den. The lower-level living room has a queen sleeper sofa, providing a comfortable space for younger guests to share, while the office has a more private feel with a queen sleeper sofa of its own.
In addition, this home has two patios, a laundry room, and four TVs: one in the largest master, one in the office, one in the family room, and one in the living room. Everyone can socialize together, but finding a quiet spot to grab a little alone time will be easy too.
For ski retreats, summer hiking adventures, or just reconnecting with family and friends, you'll love making memories at this beautiful Park City vacation rental!

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

If there is anything I would change, and believe me there is really nothing to change, I would put a day bed in the office and a bunk bed or two in one of the rooms downstairs. We had two families for a total of 9, although one member of the family was only 5 years old. Excluding the 5 year old, each family had a teenage brother and sister. While they could share a room, they weren't thrilled about sharing a bed. There was a sleeper sofa in the media room which my son used once his sister arrived, but since he goes to bed early, this presented obstacles for those who wanted to stay up and watch TV downstairs at night. However, there isn't a shortage of TV's through out the house.
