This stunning four-bedroom townhouse, boasting 2200 square feet of elegant living space, is the ultimate getaway destination for families and groups, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. As you step into the main level, you'll be greeted by an expansive living area that seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The decor exudes a sophisticated ski lodge feel, with plush furniture, clean lines, solid wood cabinets, and dark wood accents. Gather around the corner fireplace on the comfortable sectional sofa, leather recliners, or love seat, and enjoy movie nights with the TV, cable, DVD player, and surround sound system.
The dining area features a beautiful table that seats six, complemented by three bar stools at the kitchen island for additional seating. The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with matching appliances and essential tools, including a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, and dishwasher, ensuring that meal preparation is a breeze.
The lower level of the townhouse offers a cozy family room with a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space. This level also includes a private bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a full-size futon and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The laundry room, complete with a full-size washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, ensures that you can keep your clothes and towels fresh throughout your stay.
Upstairs, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed, a private balcony with a hot tub, and an en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, dual sink vanity, and shower. The other two bedrooms each have queen-size beds and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For your comfort, the townhouse offers forced air heating, central air conditioning, and free high-speed WiFi.
We are proud to offer a pet-friendly environment for monthly stays, welcoming your four-legged family members with open arms. The home provides pet essentials like a crate, dog dishes, toys, a mud mat, a slip lead, and poop bags. To include your dog, you must request approval, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive written approval prior to your arrival.
Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $100.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The townhouse fit our needs perfectly and the community amenities were amazing. Close to everything and the downstairs den was cool and cozy during the very hot temperatures.

Do you hate having to load up all your stuff in the snow and then drive for 30 minutes to the ski resort? If so, this place is for you.
Its super convenient to get to Canyons resort and just a little bit farther to Park City. A large garage allows you to pull in and not battle with the snow outside. The home is very spacious with three bedrooms and two baths upstairs and a bedroom and full bathroom plus additions living area downstairs. Large kitchen to keep the family fed and multiple TVs to keep everyone entertained. There’s even your own hot tub on the balcony.
I love that it’s 1 mile from the canyons in one direction and less than a mile in the other direction to get to Walmart, Whole Foods, and dozens of other restaurants.
Skiing/ski out is not something you must have, then this is about as close as you can get while getting a huge place to stay, with proximity to shopping and restaurants.

Our party of eight thoroughly enjoyed this home and were able to enjoy quality time together and yet have space to relax. Four bedrooms and also a basement room with additional sleeping space provided an additional bedroom area for all of us. The open concept of the kitchen and family room area was great and we all enjoyed meals and relaxing from skiing and walks through Park City. We were able to enjoy restaurants and shopping closeby and were next to Utah Olympic Park. Definitely recommend this home very highly.

We had such a nice relaxing time as a family at this property. The rental had everything we needed for preparing our own meals. The owners included detailed information about the property. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub and cozy but spacious living space. We enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood and exploring park city. This is a quiet relaxing neighborhood. The property management was really good to deal with. They provide good comminication and were so friendly. We loved our stay.

Worn and Used
For the amount of money we paid, you could use that to repair and replace. The dishwasher looked like a spike trap. The trays were rusted and broken off. The downstairs shower....didnt drain. 3 Chairs in the kitchen were wobbly and were on the verge of breaking apart. The place had accumulated a mish mash of kitchen utensils, pots pans and containers. The pots and pans were worn and I had fear of using in since the teflon was scratched and chipped. The heat needed to be balanced, The upstairs was stifling and the basement bedroom, extremely cold. Again, perhaps we are spoiled but for the $$, this place should be pristine. Burbur rugs were dirty as all heck, since no one seems to observe the request, take off your dirty shoes. Its a shame, cause the place was at one time super nice. Finally, 1/2/ the hot tub worked. = HAlf the jets working. Took 4 days for the garage to work properly, finally a repairmen came out and fixed it. Positive note, the management company was responsive and cared, but there was only so much they could do. Go elsewhere unless you dont care.

Suggest removing old/outdated items such as retro DVD’s/DVD player and pine decor over kitchen cabinets. Location is great, but the experience wasn’t worth the price.

Park City Adventure
The property is wonderfully located. It has a terrific 25+ acre dog-park beside the community. The Olympic Park is visible from the property. Stores and activities are a very short drive away. We really loved the location.

Amenities and location were perfect but our unit needs a little TLC. There are white dry wall patches everywhere that need to be finished, a kissing can light, pots and pans are needing to be replaced, NO AC, which typically wouldn’t be an issue but this summer out kids were trying to nap when it was 91 degrees upstairs. I don’t recall no ac being mentioned in the add. There were dirty socks and a bottle of old chocolate milk left in the unit from who knows who. When we walked into the unit the pictures were crooked on the walls and garbage cans all up on the bed. Kind of strange first impression. The TV electronics are very cumbersome to work and yes we are tech savvy. There was also dog poop in a doggie bag left behind the bush on the front porch. Needs more attention to detail and some maintenance and housekeeping help

We do not have dogs and have those in our family that are allergic. We are all covered in white dog hair...

Great place. We wish we would have realized the access to the bus on the main road and taken advantage of that instead of using the rental van every day.
