This oceanview, dog-friendly Lincoln City vacation rental is the perfect place to recharge your senses with that someone special (and your beloved pooch)! The accommodating space is both cozy and romantic, offering a private balcony, gas fireplace, and space for two along Oregon's rugged coast.
The rental offers fantastic ocean views and is located on the middle, parking-lot level of Sandstone Point, a welcoming hotel-style building toward the south side of town along the famous Highway 101. The beach is just a short one- or two-block walk away, and you can easily drive north or south to the rest of the city's attractions!
Watch a romantic comedy on the flatscreen cable TV by nightfall or dim the lights and get cozy by the gas fire. The cooking area offers only the essentials, including a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker so you'll never have to burden yourself with too much cooking (or too many dishes)! By nightfall, uncork a special bottle of wine and enjoy the fresh air on your private balcony.
You'll have a queen-size bed to curl up in when night falls, and a full bathroom as well. Sleeping two guests, this studio condo is best for a couple, though it would also be fantastic for a relaxing solo getaway!
A community courtyard provides the perfect green space to dust the sand off your toes or unwind with a cool drink. Ask fellow beachlovers for their advice on the perfect restaurant in town or the best place to go beachcombing! Your dog friends are invited to join in on the fun with an additional nightly pet fee.
Split your mornings and afternoons between the beach and city. Drive along the iconic Highway 101 in search of the perfect vista for photos or rent stand-up paddleboards or kayaks to explore Devils Lake State Park. Look for seashells and agates along the beach, or run like a kid again trying to catch your kite in the breeze!
Lincoln City is ideal for a romantic getaway as the charming community offers plenty of art galleries, restaurants, and used bookstores. Purchase silly mementos in the gift shops and then watch the sunset to make memories that will last a lifetime.
You deserve an escape, and this Northern Oregon Coast vacation rental is the perfect hideaway!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It was a good place to sleep after a long day out and about, and that was really the main purpose. Main highlights for me were the beach access, the larger mini fridge and the digital access code. The room itself could use some work. I think the furniture needs to be updated, and a new coat of paint inside and on the balcony. The bathroom was a bit dirty, but we managed. One of the main issues I had was wi-fi. Neither of our phones would connect to it, and upon contacting their service via text I learned there wasn’t a router in the room. I went back and forth with people over text over 3 days of our stay and finally decided that I wanted to actually focus on my vacation, rather than solving the wifi problem. It was unfortunate because we had spotty coverage in the room as well, so wifi would have been nice at night for us to plan our next day. The neighbors upstairs were pretty loud with music and stomping, but it usually stopped when we were actually going to sleep around 11. I’d stay here again, but would ideally have working wifi.

The room had cobwebs in the corner. We could not lock the door when we wanted to leave

Great view of ocean with a deck

Everything was perfect. If you go summer 2024 there may be construction by the beach access and you’ll have to be rerouted but other than that, it was perfect!

For the price, I think it was a decent value. The TV didn't work and the microwave had a short in the cord, so it was hit and miss. Otherwise room was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the breeze from the beach and sound of the ocean.

Clean, quiet, with nice ocean view. I was disappointed thay tv didnt work and microwave cord had a short. Otheewise this is a good choice for someone on a budget.

The bathtub was perfect after a long day walking on the beach! The bed was comfortable too!

The build quality of the place looks like it was done by a handyman, and it feels like you are in subsidized housing because of the type of people that are in and around the units. The place was clean and well-stocked with towels.

Very convenient how close the beach was. Walked there every morning with our dogs. Super clean room. Needs some updating but very clean.

Room was like a hotel room. Had fireplace which was nice. Had travel size shampoo/conditioner as well as hair dryer and coffee pot. Furniture and bed need to be updated. There is room to have a king size bed. The bed was extremely soft as though 10000 people have slept in this bed. Remote sometimes worked. We had to turn the tv on by hand. The view of the beach was limited by the trees. The picture of the facility looked nothing like the place we stayed. Will not be staying here again but will work with Vacasa again. Friendly people to work with.

Was expecting the worst.. by price and reviews and was amazingly surprised. I clean homes as a living. And was very impressed with it. Has a view fireplace big bath/tub ..

We enjoyed our time here. The room was clean and cozy. The bed could have been a little more comfy but no complaints really.

When I went in I was expecting spectacular views of the ocean per their advertising… not so could barely see the ocean. They had a huge jacuzzi tub, so I thought something to ease my aching muscles…. Nope only tepid water at best. Going down the room is kinda creepy and I wouldn’t of done if was dark. Very disappointed. Usually the places I stay are excellent….. oh yeah when I walked into the room there was a definite sag in the mattress

The room was clean and nice. I felt comfortable right away. The vista was amazing and I enjoyed feeling the soft sea breezes coming through my sliding door.

I was unable to get into the property. Lock code was unusable. Stairs were unsafe with a broken handrail.
Phone Representatives were pleasant but unable to guarantee a refund. Each time I went to the office (during stated office hours) there was no staff and door was locked.

While I appreciate the property manager wanting to communicate via text, TEXT BACK!! Had a couple issues with the unit and in 8 days NEVER heard back on our request(s) for assistance. This is our second time staying here but sadly will not be back.

This is not a home, it’s an old raggedy motel. The bed is like a box spring, view of trees and houses not the ocean and who knows what the smell was. We couldn’t even breathe in this room, ended up renting somewhere else. Vacasa says “enjoy your vacation.” I will never use Vacasa again.

The view was great, and the room was clean. Unfortunately we heard EVERYTHING the upstairs tenants were doing (everything ) and there were fireworks being let off right above us. VACASA said they couldn’t do anything because the rooms didn’t belong to them, which I get, but sucks because we couldn’t sleep, the bed was also like sleeping on plywood.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable little place to stay. The weather was hideous so we mostly stayed inside with the door open and fireplace on listening to ocean and enjoying the view. We will definitely stay here again. Great value.

Stayed 3 nights. I was not overly expensive and I got what I paid for.

beautiful location, but everything was outdated. my room had atleast 10 chips in the paint and walls and some outlets didn’t work. very small tv. would stay here again but it wouldn’t take them much to just repaint.

There isn’t a working shower. Or ac. Just keep that in mind. It was very clean and I loved the contact free check in. Just be prepared for the first two things. Also check out procedures weren’t communicated very well. And I didnt get a checkout text until 10:20. Which we had already been gone for 3 hours by then.

The location of this unit is excellent, with a (slightly obstructed) view of the ocean, walking distance to the beach, and a 3 minute drive to multiple shops and restaurants. From the outside it looks a little bit sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. Lots of nice vehicles in the parking lot made us feel more comfortable parking ours. Coming from the Portland area, we are all too familiar with vehicle theft and break-ins, so maybe I'm being hypervigilant. Upon entering, we didn't see anything alarming or anything too impressive other than the view. The bed is old and a little bit squeaky, furnishings are also old and a little bit rickety, but for a budget price and how welcoming they were for our little dogs, we definitely gave this place the thumbs up to return in the future. The fridge was more dorm sized than a mini fridge. Freezer works well, fridge not as well, but things were kept cold enough that we felt okay eating leftovers, though we did question it. The walls were a little thin but the sound of the ocean drowned most of it out. There was also no silverware or plates or anything to eat off of. Three paper cups and some paper towels was the limit of the kitchen supplies. I had to make a trip to the store just to buy plastic silverware and paper plates, definitely would have packed those from home had I known that. My only real complaint was the febreze smell that was so strong it gave me an immediate headache. I asked my husband just to take them down, he folded them and put them in a drawer and we left the windows and doors open for a couple of hours upon arrival. I didn't have any problems after that, though without any curtains we were a little bit lacking on privacy, haha. Overall, knowing the things we know now, we would be a little more prepared, but we would definitely come back. I would recommend this for people on a budget who don't care about frills. For the price, the location of the view are definitely worth it especially if you plan on bringing your pets. But with that said, if we didn't bring our pets, I don't think we would return. We would likely splurge a little more for amenities and a nicer bed.

Nice view, cozy fireplace, short walk to the beach

Room was clean, bed comfortable, great view of ocean, WIFI worked well. Listing implied easy beach access but it required two long flights of steps and walk along public streets to gain beach access, I found it easier to just drive to the public at grade access off 52nd street (5 minute drive). Also note floor 2 is at grade others require stairs. Unit did show some end of season maintenance issues, pealing paint around the shower for example, but that did not bother me. Location is good for access to Lincoln City and nearby attractions and beaches.

This is an older property in need of some maintenance but my room felt clean and the area felt safe. I was just staying in LC for work but would probably book something a little nicer if I was there for vacation. Was perfect for what I needed - a bed, shower and TV. The gas fireplace was a bonus!

I like this venue because the ocean is very loud here and I love the sound of the waves crashing below the balcony. The fireplace is great and the fact that I could have my dog made it a good choice for me.

Overall, my impression is that this vrbo needs some tlc-repainting & repairs. I totally enjoyed the deep jacuzzi tub. I would have loved a table & chairs to sit at. It was hard to sit on the bed as it sorta sagged in the middle. I did enjoy my stay though. Thank you

Great and close to the beach

It was a bit in ill repair...paint peeling in the bathroom, beds were a bit worn. It did the job for us--gave us an inexpensive place to sleep and shower in between activities. However, the TV is small and the bed isn't the greatest, so it isn't a great place to just hang out./

Had an amazing stay! Decent view, great atmosphere, kind of a hike to the beach but overall convenient and a great stay.
Parking is difficult in Lincoln City. No “public land” parking (streets). The lot was full every night we returned, but hotel next door was a great relief. Stayed elsewhere on our trip which also had limited parking, but no options.
