Just a few steps to the most popular street in BOTW but quiet and peaceful.
Very clean and spacious for two people, it had everything we needed without expensive frills we didn't. A great value, especially considering the location and date.
We especially enjoyed the unique tilting windows and fresh air throughout the flat as the day warmed up. Our clothes dried very quickly. There was central heat for chilly days too.
Our hosts take excellent care of the flat and are very responsive but not intrusive at all. We loved being able to buy a few things from their shop as mementos.
It was nice to have a good kitchen to prepare meals and save some money. There is a well-stocked grocer in town and several lovely bakeries. We were addicted to the sausage rolls at Cornish Bakery and discovered the bread at Bakery on the Water on the last day. It was also on our last evening we discovered through a maps search there were other good food options outside the tourist area.
Highly recommend this place and our gracious hosts.

Jude was helpful and friendly without being intrusive. The flat was very comfortable and just 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village. We loved the many footpaths and walks from the flat. It was easy to self-cater (a large coop just 10 minutes walk away) and there were also lots of places to eat out.

3 minute walk to river and shops. comfortable property, clean and tidy. Everything that was needed for our 1 week stay. Central to most of the cotswolds.

I was very much looking forward to this visit. I became ill and was unable to travel. I tried to reach the managers to see if I could change dates many times but was unable to reach them. I would love to stay there another time. It was very frustrating to be unable to reach anyone.

Lovely apartment in gorgeous Bourton-On-The-Water.
Lovely apartment in gorgeous Bourton-On-The-Water. Wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. Only thing that could of made it any better, was maybe some big glasses for my husband's beer and a few more plates/cutlery, so we didn't have to wash up as often. Wasn't a problem tho, we were very happy with Terracota.

Excellent location for a walking based holiday. The village was a little busy for social distancing in the current pandemic however, this was easily avoided.
