Fun and funky boutique hotel style with the convenience of a condo. Newly updated and professionally decorated, our condo has new appliances, mattresses and flat screen tvs. This top floor end unit has vaulted ceilings and clerestory windows in the living room that highlight the gas fireplace, with a 50" flat screen tv wtih HD cable and access to a balcony overlooking the forest. Free wi-fi in the unit. The front porch offers excellent views of the Continental Divide. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need to feed your family. Elegant master bedroom with high-end mountain style has a new queen bed and its own bathroom. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle to sleep three, and doubles as an a second family room with a 48" flat screen tv, dvd player, a Wii with games, and its own bathroom.

The free shuttle to Winter Park ski resort stops at the front door and goes directly to the ski area with no stops during ski season. In the summer, its a short walk to town, with restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and a bowling alley as well as the amphitheater for music festivals. Across the parking lot are trail heads for hiking and mountain biking and a quick 30 minute drive to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Our condo is a short walk thru the forest from the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, laundry facilities, free movies, a meeting room and kitchen for catered events.

The owners had great communication. Check in and check out process was very easy. The location was perfect- near all of our destination spots. The condo was clean and well kept. The kids loved the children's room. The wii was a hit every night. We appreciated the board games and played family games every night. Kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay there again!! Love the location of this unit. Easy access to multiple trails and walking distance to downtown activities. This was our second stay. Owner is easy to work with. VRBO caused us some communication problems because they did not send to us all the info that the owner sent thru them.

Second spring break in a row that we've stayed at this property. Perfect condo for our family of 4. Property has everything you would need for a ski trip. Had other family staying on the second floor and we realized how nice the vaulted ceilings and sky light make this unit. Absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay. Easy to grab the lift bus out front for a short ride to the resort. Cozy place for happy hour and family time at night. Also easy to visit the grocery store, distillery, and brewery. Enjoy!

Christy is a 5 star host. Everything was spotless and in working order. The condo was beautifully appointed and there was not 1 gadget missing in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and cozy. Christy replied back to us when we had some minor questions. The condo is located just 2 miles from Winter Park Village and easily walkable on a paved trail. A shuttle bus also takes you into town. The 3 story building is nesstled in the woods. I would certainly rent from Christy again if I return to Winter Park.

Property was exactly as advertised! Plenty of space for our family to wind down from days filled with activities. Location was excellent as it is close to town and the mountain. My kids have both said this was their favorite place they’ve stayed on any vacation. Highly recommend.

Very clean space! Watch your toes on the bathroom floor because the tiles are starting to come up. 45 min drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and a short walk to lots of restaurants.

Unit is clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We were concerned when we saw the railroad tracks out back but were there for 18 days in the summer with the windows open all the time and only heard the train whistle twice. Owner is easy to work with. We already booked for next summer.

Loved everything about this condo! Very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Has everything you need to enjoy your time in Winter Park. We stayed here on a Spring Break family ski trip. Shuttle picks you up right in front of building, but we ended up driving most days for the convenience of our own schedule. Pictures show exactly what you're getting. We will definitely look to reserve this place again. Only downside is the laundry is in another building and not very close which is a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker.

Great place to stay. The host was very helpful. Great location. Has everything you need. The bus route stops at the building and takes you right to the ski resort. It was so easy. The fireplace was nice in the evening along with the pool and 3 hot tubs. My kids enjoyed playing the wii. Lots of dining options close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in process with keycode access. Place was well stocked with all the basic necessities as well as games and books. The bunk room was a hit with our kids. They also enjoyed their time at the community indoor pool and spas. Property manager was very responsive.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Winter Park- condo is very clean, cozy, nicely decorated, and has everything you may need to make a meal in the kitchen! Beds are comfortable! Box fans available in each room which was a big plus for us! There are plenty of games, lots of TV channel options, and the view off of the back porch is gorgeous. The owner was easy to communicate with and accommodated us for early check in which we greatly appreciated. The only downfall was the shuttle system (which was out of course out of the condo owners control). They are so short staffed in the bus system that shuttles either come 2x an hour or on some days 1x per hour. They also weren’t alway super dependable on timing. We were with a younger kiddo so this became a challenge. If you have your own transportation or are with all adults/older kids this may not impact as much. We loved sitting by the fire and we also used the hot tubs & indoor pool in the main building which was nice. Highly recommend- you’ll love your stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly like it was listed. I was even able to get information from our host about local grocery stores. She was super easy and quick to communicate with us. We had an unexpected turn with the weather, but we were still able to have fun with our family with the provided games in the home and local indoor recreation facilities. Highly recommend this stay! It was very easy to get everywhere we wanted using the local transportation services. Hopefully we can plan to stay again!

Super easy check in process, very quick replies for any and all questions. The only "issue" was there was only one kitchen towel which I thought was weird but we made do. We didn't have any issues, really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

Hopefully Winter Parks relatively laid back feel will stick around a while. Many areas in CO have become overrun and are somewhat like a suburban mall in the mountians; big BUMMER!! So far Winter Park has escaped this fate. Time will tell. Pleas tell your friends to visit the beach instead!!!!

Great apartment for a family trip. Has everything you need! Awesome having 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs/wii for kids. New appliances and well equipped kitchen . Nice quiet complex super close to everything. Pool hot tub at the club house was great after long day on slopes . Laundry access too A plus. Couch pulls out as well as extra sleeping space.

We loved our stay at this property! Christy was a wonderful host and communicated all details perfectly. Property is super convenient to Winter Park Resort with a shuttle stop right outside the door and a few seconds from town. Condo is beautiful and very well-equipped for families. My kids loved the bunk room and all the games. We had a perfect stay!
